Duke's Upper Deck Cafe

I so badly wish the weather had been nice enough to take advantage of the patio/upper deck, but we still loved Duke's regardless. It's laid back, service is great, and the food was incredible! We split the pierogi appetizer and the Pinkerton sandwich, which is a staple there for good reason. The sandwich comes absolutely loaded with sliced sirloin and the bread managed to be perfectly crusty and fluffy at the same time. Full disclosure, it's my first experience with pierogis, but I was impressed with how smooth the filling was and how flavorful they were. How could you not love little potato pillows covered in buttery, sautéed onions?!

Atmosphere is great!! Welcoming and cozy. If I lived closer this would be my go to!! I had the Roast Beef Sandwich with tots, it's the best I've had in years!!!!10/10!!! My wife had the Steak sand and loved it!! Service was great. Place was busy.

First time at duke's and it did not disappoint !! Lunch with family on a Sunday afternoon turned into an event. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, every server flashes a great smile and friendly personality, prompt service and attentive! And the best part.. ? The food was amazing! Potato soup hot and tastyThe cohwer club!! Oh my! And duke's steak salad cooked to order!! Just the best. Will definitely be back for more!!

Great place in homestead to watch a Steelers game! Even if we don't win :( maybe next time! I had the best steak salad I ever had in my life! They gave me so much steak and it was cooked to perfection, the fries were crispy and they must have homemade ranch because it was bomb! Huge beer draft list available, the cranberry cider was amazing! Many local breweries featured as well. I'm giving 5 stars cause they deserve the high rating, however the French onion soup was so so salty. I had my friends all try it too so not just personal preference. Chef if you see this go easy on the salt, some of us have high blood pressure

Dukes always hits! I'm not sure what they do to make their burgers so good but they are the best in the area hands down.

Dukes was very good for the portion size. Their Reuben was big and filing and provided for leftovers. I felt like the service was standard. The overall takeaway was that it was just okay and left me wanting more

Had an awesome lunch at Duke's today! Wonderful quick service. We sat in the bar that was nice and had a difficult time deciding what to eat since everything looked good! We started with the zucchini as an appetizer and would definitely get it again. I had the Pinkerton-the sandwich and the roll it was on was amazing! My husband had the prime rib sandwich special -which he also loved!Great selection of beers and cocktails. Can't wait for family to visit so we can bring them here.Great place to meet friends to watch a game-we will be back!

welcoming atmosphere, great service, large menu with personal touch (hand dipped chicken stripes and onion rings).

Just reprimanded by our server because I questioned the bill on a $1 side I selected with my Build Your Own Burger. I ordered the baked potato, one of a long list of $3 sides, the fully loaded potato $5 listed, a clear upcharge. The server's response instead of adjusting the bill, was that the menu was printed wrong and confusing, but a baked potato didn't quality as a $1 side implying I should pay. I responded that I didn't know and as my server, she should have pointed out the upcharge when I ordered so I'd know beforehand rather than after I ate. She said she'd take it up with her manager, then came back and lectured me that they'd do it this once time but BETTER NOT ORDER AGAIN AND BETTER REMEMBER THIS. Turned a relaxing dinner into an annoying one. She could have been more gracious as it's their mistake. Tip adjusted. Will rethink how soon we return there.

First off we ordered that app platter and the wings came out cold. I ordered a bacon cheese burger medium and it came out so burnt it was almost unbeatable! Never going there again!! Wouldn't recommend it to anyone!
