I've been coming here for over a decade with my family, and it seems as though the food gets better every time. The lamb is a must. Absolutely try the Karlovacko (Croatian beer), they will even serve it to you with a frozen glass.

Steel Street on the west side of Youngstown is known for serving lamb and pork on Saturdays. Dubic's Palm Cafe is by far the best. I've been getting lamb there for years and it's phenomenal. I recently tried the pork and I can honestly say it's one of the best things I've ever eaten. Make sure you get it with skin.

Yes, the Lamb and chicken and all the fixings are good and great, the atmosphere is loud but acceptable but what's not acceptable is sitting near the owner and his friends and for a constant 4 hours that we were there, the use of the..F...word was unbearable. We almost got up and left. It wasn't too bad at first, but minute after minute again and again, one right after the other was deplorable. It actually was sickening. What even made it worse was when the owner's friends starting using that ..F.. word too. The more they drank the more they swore. Just completely disgusting and to top the cake, the owners wife hears this and never says a word. Just happy to say, we WON'T BE BACK. The owner needs to clean up his act & wash his mouth out with soap. No respect for anybody especially woman. And I don't need anyone to tell me that it's OK to use foul language because it's a Bar. Totally disrespectful towards everyone. I couldn't give 5 stars and now you know why.
