Dough Girls Pizza

We stayed at Seven Springs Ski Resort over MLK weekend, and wanted to grab food outside the resort one night. Yelp and Google both seemed to agree that Dough Girls is the best place for pizza in the vicinity, so I ordered ahead and drove over to pick up our food. Figuring out what to order was a bit difficult, because they don't have a website. They do have a Facebook page, but it doesn't have a menu posted. So I ordered based off of a menu someone had posted onto Google like 4 years ago. Fortunately that menu was still pretty accurate, except the prices had gone up across the board. The girls at the pickup counter was very nice, and my food was ready at the time I was quoted over the phone. They do have seating for dine-in as well, but it's very limited. 2 booths, one circular table, and a small bar. Another caveat is that they close relatively early on Sundays... 7pm I believe.We ordered their Buffalo wings, pepperoni pizza, salad, and mozzarella sticks. The Buffalo wings and mozzarella sticks were excellent. The pizza was tasty too, but their pizza sauce was sweeter than I personally prefer. Other pizza places in the area also have reviews saying their sauce is too sweet, so maybe sweet pizza sauce is an western Pennsylvania thing? The only miss for us was the salad-- too many of the iceberg lettuce pieces were turning brown.While it wasn't perfect, Dough Girls supplied my family with a filling dinner after a long day of skiing. We would definitely try them again during our next trip to Seven Springs!

Order a Italian Hoagie Toasted to perfection with fresh lettuce and tomatoes with 3 meats. With provolone cheese...Fantastic Homemade Hoagie!!! AlsoMy wife ordered a Wedgies Ham and Cheese with Lettuce and Tomatoes...... also was Fantastic! Wife and shared Sweet and Warm Wings and the sauce was outstanding and wings were delicious..Over by the Door they have fresh Baked Gobs... they are huge....The prices are Reasonable and the Quality of their food made our bellies happy...

Food was hot and delicious. Had pizza, zucchini and wings. Good find. Service was a bit slow.

We ordered the chicken bacon ranch, and classic white pizza. We also had zucchini planks. Everything was great. I would highly recommend this place if you are in the area.

In an adorable, small town south of 7 Springs Ski resort there's a perfect little pizza parlor! Called in order for their Supreme Pizza. Pilled high with all offff thheeee meats and toppings, the generosity was complemented by the fluffy crust and mildly spiced red sauce. Service was fast and friendly and we were extremely satisfied with our pizza. Nice find and well worth the trip for those visiting falling water or any of the ski slopes in the area!

Visited today after riding on the GAP. From the outside, wasn't too sure how the experience would be since parking seemed sketchy, HOWEVER, we discovered there was additional parking out back. Restaurant has the appearance of a remodeled old bar but comfortable and staff was friendly and service was great. Pizza and hoagies are delicious! You can tell the dough is made fresh. Prices were average for a pizza/sub place. Definitely would recommend this place to anyone traveling through

Pizza tasted great. Would definitely come back. Close to Seven Springs ski resort and a good place to get some nice pizza.8/10Parking is right next to the restaurant in a gravel lot. No soots, just pick a spot.

Great little pizza shop! The food here is amazing. The pizza crust is just thin enough to not be doughy but thick enough to not be soggy. In my opinion the medium or small pizza has the best dough and therefore the best flavor and texture. I'm sure it's the same dough for all pizza's but for some reason the dough on the large comes out much thicker and therefor just taste different. It's still not bad, just not as good IMO. The sauce seems to have a good amount of spices and not just Ragu dumped out on to some bread like some other "pizza" places in the area. My only concern (not complaint) is that they may add a bit too much cheese for some people's liking. I don't have a problem with it but others want just the right amount. There is an ice cream shop in the same building which is a perfect after dinner treat and it is not overpriced.There is also a few bakery treats located in the restaurant my personal favorite is the thick and heavy brownies. They have the perfect amount of salt to bring out the flavors of the chocolate brownie and chocolate chunks with out the chocolate being to rich and sweet. It is a perfect balanced brownie.

I was looking for a small town pizza/sandwich shop to grab some dinner from on my way home from biking on the trail. I found this pizza place just by a simple google search. I called, probably 20 times with a busy signal or no answer and was pretty much giving up at that point. 5 minutes later I tried one more time and got through. Italian Stromboli's and Pizza was amazing!! 5 stars on the sauce.....so good!! The girl at the register was helpful and kind. The interior of this place is adorable, very rustic ~ country ~ clean and new. I am from the area and am embarrassed I have never tried Dough Girls Pizza before. I will be back on a regular basis and recommend them to others.
