Super cute store! First time stopping in on a Saturday and there were many options to choose from. Place was clean, welcoming, & staff was friendly! Huge Donut assortment! Everything was wonderful! Brownies & donuts are huge in size!

Donuts and pizza rolls were great! Felt like the donuts were a little pricey and that's the only reason I gave up four star. The ladies working were really nice and helpful as it was my first visit. Sounds like there can be long lines and luckily it was not like that when we went.

Wins my vote just for being open on Sundays until 4pm. I usually go there to pick up their hard rolls and bread, but almost always leave with way more other stuff. Their donuts are freshly made, and never leave a bad after taste like some places. I am a fan of both the raised, and cake donuts. Cookies, fruit tarts, and pound cakes are made with quality ingredients at an affordable price. Love stopping in whenever I can just to see what treats they have for the day and to support small businesses.

Very good donuts. I've tried their apple fritters, cinnamon sticks, and glazed- alllll are good. Fluffy with a crisp edge and very sweet and mouth-wateringly good. They bake all day, so no worries about getting there at 1 and there's no donuts left (at least I haven't had any trouble yet). This place does get busy though. I've stood out of the door multiple times, and it's worth it!

Mmmmmmmmm. Incredible homemade donuts. Lots of choices, options, and flavors. Nice and quick service, coffee strong and fresh, what more can you ask for? Hidden gem, totally delish, make sure you seek and destroy some heavenly donuts here!

Not going to argue, they sell great stuff, that is if you get there very early. Stop there different days but after 11 and noon and sold out of a majority of items. Good for them but what about people stopping after noon? Even on Fat Tuesday I was there at 11am told sold out early cause they were busy. Again great for you, but knowing now how busy you get, why not make more product? It's not like it wouldn't sell the next day? They even post they are closing early due to selling out, again great for them, but what about their employees time?

Been my goto bakery for few years. Since new owners shrinkflation is areal thing here. Donuts smaller. Prices way up. Quality way down. Point in case 1 doz glazed only sides were glazed top n bottom nothing. Dry. Avoid.

Saw com comments on here that were surprisingly only one or two stars, so I took a look at those reviews to see what possibly could be that bad; but what I quickly saw is how old those are:Just wanted to point out that if you see those, be aware that they are old and there has been new ownership running the Donut Chef for a couple of years now and there is nothing to not like about this place.Staff is great and regulars are recognized by name. The quality of the donuts was always very good, but the selection and quality is now even better than it was before. The new owner could not be more customer focused and friendly. The selection had added chef specials each week that go beyond the normal collection of choices, the fixtures have been refreshed, the entirely place was painted and brightened up, and it is even more popular than it was before. Bottom line, if you see any reviews from 3 or more years ago, they do not reflect the experience you will find there today! I never miss catching something from here at least once every week! It is that good!

Excellent bread and rolls. Service was very good and friendly. They take orders for delicious cakes.

I just have to say, Wow! Donut Chef is amazing! I'm visiting from Baltimore to get an oil undercoating at Steel City Undercoating on Route 22. As I was passing by, I saw Donut Chef and realized I was starving. After dropping off my truck, I decided to take a walk. Two miles later, in 84-degree weather that felt like 100 degrees, I finally arrived at Donut Chef. I walked in and placed my order for a cinnamon roll and an old fashioned donut. The owner, I assume, asked me if I had walked all the way there. She kindly offered me a water and even asked if I needed a ride back to Steel City. Now that's old-fashioned customer service at its best! If I could, I would give this place 6 stars! Make sure to check them out until next time.
