We were a party of 8 and were seated right away for lunch. I ordered the #18 which was the perfect amount for lunch. It was a chicken burrito with cheese sauce. Unfortunately, the shredded chicken was tough. My dad and sister agreed with my assessment on their chicken items as well. Next time I go I'll try the beef. My nephew's beef burrito was super flavorful and delicious. My mom had the chicken enchilada and said her meat was super tender though. My sister loved her mango margarita. Our service was perfection and they have televisions so we could catch some of the Olympic events which was fun.

Don Patrons is a nice little Mexican restaurant in the Deep Creek area. The food was pretty good! The fajita burrito was massive and the cheese sauce was delicious. My girlfriend said the arroz con pollo was only okay since it was kind of bland in flavor. Chips and salsa were very good. The margaritas let me down though...They tasted like virgin margaritas. Not enough 'punch' of alcohol for my liking. Service was very good and had no issues! Definitely will stop back again sometime!

Went with my sister, we were having a Sisters Day Out, and got hungry. Went in, place was wonderful. The employees were pleasant, the restaurant clean/quiet, and the food was AMAZING. Absolutely loved it, will definitely be back. My sister got one of the enchiladas and I got a different lunch special where you got 1 soft shell and 1 hard shell each, with a side of rice (which is also some of the best rice I've had in an age). Free chips n salsa are brought to the table right away, and based on taste, I'd say salsa is made fresh, in house. We also had dessert, a fried ice cream for each of us (small word of warning, if you don't like cherry- make sure to ask them not to put the sickly sweet cherry syrup overtop the fried ice cream) and it was nice. Their salsa was so delicious though, I wanted five gallons to take home with me. It was THAT good. And the chicken was so tender and well-cooked in our meals. Highly recommend going here if you're hungry and in the area.

I live in California, where we have the BEST Mexican food. I was a little apprehensive about checking out this place with my parents. Well, I was very pleasantly surprised. The food was delicious. Margaritas were very good. I was impressed!!

Service is always excellent and the food is good. We especially like the mushroom quesadillas, the veggie fajitas and their tomatillo hot salsa.

Always exactly what we expect. This is the first restaurant we visit when we arrive in Deep Creek.

We're from the west and this is pretty authentic Mexican cuisine. Would highly recommend this establishment.

Stopped in on a Monday evening since many restaurants are closed. What a surprise, the service was spot on, drinks were good and the food was excellent! Even though they took over a KFC building they made it warm cozy and authentic!

Our dinner experience was great! The service was fast, food was made quickly (we were the only dine-in guests), and decor was enjoyable. If choosing between here and El Canelo (the only other Mexican restaurant), here are a few differences:The food is comparable and so are the prices.DP has more of a cozy feel, with glass-blown pendant lights and textured wallpaper. More "upscale" if you will.DP doesn't have a private dining area but EC does. At DP, you can see the main road (Garrett Highway) from wherever you're sitting in the dining area. DP's bar is much smaller and narrower (maybe enough for only 4 people). EC is attached to a motel.

I'm a little hesitant to share this because I don't really want the tourists to find this place, but it is definitely the best restaurant in the deep Creek area. Service is quick and super friendly and the food is always delicious - everything on the menu. Portions are generous, prices are fair, and we always leave delighted. If I could pick them up and move them to my primary home, I would do it. Five giant stars to Don Patron.
