The tacos here are so freaking delicious. You can't go wrong with any taco you order! The restaurant itself is super fun and super cute. The drinks are really amazing.

My first visit to Doce Taqueria was almost four years ago, and I recently tried this restaurant for a second time. Their menu lists tacos (e.g., ribeye, carnitas/pork, pollo/chicken, carne molida/ground beef, fish, and vegetarian/vegan), entrees (e.g., quesadilla and loaded nachos), sides (e.g., queso, salsa, and black beans), and drinks (e.g., sodas and teas). My recent purchase was through a food-delivery company. Here are my reviews for the foods:Chips and guacamole - 4 stars - An entire brown bag was filled with tortilla chips. The guacamole was in a smaller container and tasted good.Street corn - 3 stars - Half of the corn on the cob was a bit too burned and black. I enjoyed the other half of the corn.Vegan potato taco - 3.5 stars - I usually do not order vegan food, but I did so for temporary dietary reasons. The potato chunks were fried and crispy. I liked the other ingredients of bell pepper, lettuce, pico de gallo, cilantro, and lime.Vegan black-bean taco - 3.5 stars - This taco simply contained black beans, lettuce, pico de gallo, guacamole, cilantro, and lime. It tasted fine for being vegan.Dino bowl - 4 stars - For my protein, I selected shrimp. The shrimps were a large size, and they were fried, crispy, and tasty. Other ingredients were lettuce, black beans, pico de gallo, guacamole, crema, cheese, cilantro, and lime. This entree was fresh and tasted good.I greatly appreciated that this restaurant packed my foods into containers that were biodegradable rather than plastic.

I had the shaved ribeye taco, and my boyfriend had the americano. Very fresh and delicious. My boyfriend loved his so much that he ordered and extra taco. There were rather small but for me hit the spot! The restaurant inside is spacious and has cool vibe if you are a taco lover.

1st time customer. We can't wait to come back. Everything was very flavorful and the staff added to the ambiance. I highly recommend Doce Taqueria...a local owned restaurant growing in Pittsburgh.

I tried a variety of the tacos. I ordered the combo. The chips were good. The salsa, queso, and guacamole are great. Ribeye was dry and weak. Carnitas we're pretty good. Pollo had the pulled chicken dryness which I have found at most taco places. Potato was terrible (never order this). The fish tacos were delicious. This would be the only thing I get if I ever come back. The margaritas were terrible. I would never order these again. They were dry like the bottom of a slush that you sucked all of the liquid out of.A previous time there a worker made a smart remark when I told him this was my first time being at the restaurant The only redeeming factor of this experience was the decor and the fish taco. I likely will never be back.

Stopped here for the first time when I was shopping in the area a few weeks ago. I got the box deal with is two tacos, chips, and dip for $12. Restaurant is very clean and staff was friendly. Pretty run of the mill "hipster taco joint" but cool, funky decor. I got the carnitas & fish tacos and enjoyed both, especially the fish. Chips tasted just like Chipotle's- staleness included. Guac was kinda old and brown and not fresh-tasting which was disappointing. I would definitely come back for tacos though and would like to try their drinks!

Wow these are some good tacos. Pretty much tired everything on the menu. The carnitas taco was the best in my opinion. Fried fish taco was also pretty amazing. Tried one of their seasonal apple cider cocktails too, it was tasty.Overall, quality food. Fast service. Friendly staff. Can't wait to come back for some more. Only reason for 4 stars is price. $5 per taco seems a little hefty especially when theres a taco place up the road that is cheaper, high quality, and gives you free chips/salsa.

Excellent!! So delicious!!Got the 3 boxed tacos plus drink.Service was excellent!!Food was outstanding!!Atmosphere is very cool too!Highly recommend!

Fire tacos. Quick service. Great ambience. The tacos came out quick and hot. Good amount of meat on them with the perfect toppings.
