Second visit here, another pre-show dinner before seeing a act at The Lamp Theater. So convenient to park here and then take a leisurely stroll after dinner to the theater. Of course they don't take reservations so we were unsure if we'd get a table , but it was not problem. I think the majority of their business is take out judging by the steady stream of people through the door. To that end, there was only one waitress on duty for the whole restaurant, but she did take care of us very well. The pizza was delicious again and my husband thought it was the best Margarita he's had lately. He noted the crust had "leopard spots" (little burnt spots) which makes it especially tasty. It's really great that they only have two prices for small or large pizzas with out extra charges for toppings. The same goes for salads. One price and you can have asa many veggies as you want!We sat in the addition that night. Kind of a sparse industrial vibe, but it's a pizza shop! As long as they keep such reasonable prices, I don't care! I want to come back and have a sandwich next time!

This pizza is beyond thin. Nothing like the pizza here last 5 years. Spoke with the manager. He said depends on who spins the dough. Very disappointed. No offer for replacement or refund.

Excellent thin crust pizza. Toppings were fresh and very tasty. Service was quick. The side room worked great for a visit with friends. We will return for more pizza.

No idea how the pizza is. Stopped here before a show, ordered immediately when we sat down as we only had an hour or so. Two tables next to us ordered and ate. After 30 minutes we asked what was going on and was told it was coming up. After 50 minutes we got up to leave and ask for a refund. While they were trying to figure that out, a pizza was produced. I didn't want our waitress to eat the cost or anything, so took it and left.It sat and got cold in the car while we were at the show.Pizza could be great, I'm not sure, but can say that service is terrible.

Excellent pizza. Actually, the best in the Norwin area. They serve standard and gluten free pies. According to my daughter, the gluten free are every bit as good as the traditional.

We love to support locally-owned restaurants, and Do Wood Fired was worth the stop. Create-your own salads and pizza with delicious pizza crust perfectly cooked. Fast, friendly service tops it off. Truly enjoyed our visit here!

This place may be smaller but the pizzas are very good. They have an price and you mat add what appeals to you. The staff is friendly and efficient. Salads are the same. I believe it is BYOB.We love their pizza most of all

Excellent pizza. Love the idea of not charging for toppings. I got an all veggie and they did a great job cooking it so that it wasn't soggy. Also let us do 1/2 & 1/2 which isn't always allowed.

On a road trip and stopped for a quick dinner. What a great spot - our group had a variety of taste preferences and we were able to customize a salad and pizza just the way we wanted. Food came out quickly and was quite tasty. It was decently busy but service was still on point, and clearly there were a number of regulars since the waitstaff knew all their orders by heart. Will be coming back!
