Dixon Meats

I bought 3/4 of a cow in April of 2018 and Dixon meats was used to process the meat. I received a call from them yesterday after 3 years that they finally found the remaining 100 or so pounds of meat that they did not realize they had from my order. Over 3 years!!! I questioned them about the weight at the time of the order and I was assured multiple times they had no more meat in their freezer for me. Now they expect me to take meat that is 3 years old and be happy. No refund, no replacement for their mistake. Their solution, is that I should have complained to them more at the time.... Pitiful business. Absolutely do not trust them.

Beware when utilizing this processor's services. Hidden and extra costs. Wrong order per instructions. Blatant dishonesty. Was once a reputable and trustworthy establishment but is no longer. This customer of many years will never return.
