Went there to meet her friend on Friday the 13th. We were so pleased with our service with our drinks and with the meals that we ordered. The food was amazing the artichoke appetizer amazing, vegetarian, lasagna, was delicious. Will definitely go there again!

Great neighborhood bar and restaurant. They are known for their daily specials and monthly features. Menu options range from great appetizers, homemade pizzas, hearty sandwiches, Italian dishes, steaks, and salads. Very reasonably priced with ample portions. I have been a regular customer for years and the same servers are still there. It is almost to the point that they know what I am about to order even before I do! The décor is simple and a little outdated but it's one of those places that it just doesn't matter because the warmth and vibe comes from their patrons, the staff and in the manner of which you are being served..

Some of the best pizza around! I always have driven by and wanted to try it so on a Friday night while my wife and kids were out of town I ordered a large pizza for pickup. 30 minutes is what they said l.. it took less time to get there - about 20 minutes. The waitress was really friendly and went back and incidentally my pizza was just coming out of the oven hot and fresh. Got it home and it's really good. I'll definitely come back friendly people, nice atmosphere, clean restaurant. Thanks!!

I wanted to like the food better than I did. The pizza was drowning in sauce. The Weeding Soup was good with lots of flavor but also more salt than I like. The pretzel cheese sticks are massive! 4 of them took up the entire take out container. Very good. The pasta sampler was very good. Homemade things. I wasn't real fond of the sauce. It was good, if I liked the sauce I would order again.

Went there 2 days ago, just got around to comment.Not good...sauce was not homemade. Tasted more like coming from a jar.The lasagna was huge and utterly tasteless. If portion size is your measure of good, then here is the place for you. If you want flavor and quality, go somewhere else. Never thought I'd rate Olive Garden over a local restaurant with Italian food as their specialty but here it is!

Last resort for dinner. I mean last resort.. Service was mediocre after waiting 10 mins at the door to be acknowledged.. I ordered a lemon drop martini and got a glass of vodka with lemon wedge... food was edible. Can't mess up pasta.. too bad. Prob wouldn't waste our time again unless it was last resort, heard the pizza was good so could eventually last resort try that.. but last night it would have been a 2 hour wait. Atleast our server told us ahead of time.

Don't waste your time unless you enjoy terrible service. Maybe if you are a regular you wouldn't be an annoyance and could stay to spend your money at the bar or otherwise.

When you order homemade chili and are served spaghetti sauce (the first clue was that there were no beans), you have to wonder about the entire operation. Did not the cook not be able to read? Did the wait staff not be able to determine that it wasn't chili when served? The explanation was the jar said "chili". Well, if it's in a jar, & was advertised as homemade, what was it doing in a jar. Ok, maybe they pre-prepare & put it in jars: but don't you think someone would have noticed? The cook, wait staff? Not the first time we've been disappointed with the food. We've had indigestion with other food items prior. On the other hand, the French Onion Soup is very good; which is why we went there in the first place.

Degennaro's is one of my favorite spots. I will agree with a FEW of the comments made by others, that being - the atmosphere is a little divey and dated. However, every time we have gone I've had EXCELLENT meals. I feel like this place is almost a secret in Greensburg. The staff is always welcoming, they make you feel like you've been a regular for years. It's not a record fast restaurant, so we like to go here when we are not in a hurry and just want to sip on some drinks and enjoy each other's company. Good food and good service with decent prices. Also, best Brussels Sprouts around!

I have never written a review about a restaurant before but I feel like I have now because the food at this restaurant was terrible.the staff was changing shifts so I cashed out with my waitress before my food came. When my food came I only got the entree ,my 2 sides never showed up. Blackened catfish is not a dish that they should try serving. It was on the menu as 2 filets but I only got 1. I didn't even want my money back I just wanted to get the hell out of there and go somewhere else to eat. I won't ever go back
