I took the little ones here for a really nice dinner treat after camp one day. Most of the diners were on a date with significant others so we were the odd ones.The service was really speedy and efficient. And the food was quite delicious. The restaurant has a lot of crosses and Christian symbolism. If you're in the mood for a meal sparing no details, check it out.

Not sure if this is related to the one in Bridgeville or not, but it looks like it is. We only went to this location for brunch and it was delicious! The shoestring fries were super crispy and everyone liked their meals. One warning tho. For some reason they put onions on a BLT without mentioning them on the menu. Since it was the Eggs Benedict one, it was annoying to pick them out with hollandaise sauce covering them. The service was great. We were only in the bar area and it was pretty empty, but I like the decor.

We came for dinner at 5:30. They offer a dinner special from 4-6 for $20. It included soup/salad, and chicken pasta dish. It was delicious. The service was amazing and the restaurant was clean and welcoming.

Service was on point. The filet was cooked to perfection and so tender. The drink list is great. I tried the Irish cosmo and the peanut butter Manhatten for dessert. A lovely restaurant in the heart of Carnegie!

Don't go here on a Saturday night. Service was terrible . They can't even cook a steak properly. I asked for peppercorn sauce. Which never came. My son's pasta was bland. I like this place. But I don't think I will be back. To expensive and not worth the money

I would say the best word for my experience at Deblaze 131 is uneven. Appetizers were absolutely incredible. That wedge salad was so good, the meatballs, and Brussels were both outstanding. Service was friendly and pretty good but also uninformed - A diner at our table had a dairy allergy and when he asked if the meatballs had any dairy in them, and the server said she didn't think so. I asked her to go back to the kitchen and check because many people put grated cheese and meatballs and sure enough, that was the case.Entrées were where things fell down. The (expensive) steak looked as if it had been steamed and was way under seasoned and the pasta under the chicken saltimbocca was just damp noodles - both limp and completely unseasoned. Dessert (apparently made by the owners momma) was really solid. I think this place has potential!

If I could give this place 7 stars, I would. First, I am the chef at our house and I would consider myself pretty ambitious and creative. At almost every place we eat, I'm disappointed and bored by the lack of creativity, presentation, and flavor. Not this place. Incredible from top to bottom. I started with a smoked Old Fashioned that was perfect. The French onion soup was perfect. My entree, the bone in pork chop with chipotle sweet potato mash and Brussels sprouts, was probably the best entree I've tasted in about 5-7 years and we eat once a month at different restaurants across the city. My wife's short ribs with wild mushroom manicotti was other worldly. We finished it off with caramel cheesecake that was perfectly fluffy and sweet. Everything was literally perfect to the point that I told my waitress that it was the best meal I've had in years. And I never say that. Don't understand the overall review of 3.7 stars. It is a must visit restaurant for me!
