I love a good small-town diner, and this place did not disappoint.From the moment we walked in, I had a good feeling--and it delivered.A few things to note: it's cash only, extremely family-friendly (they even brought our kids goodie bags!), and they've got a great high chair. However, there isn't a changing table, so keep that in mind.The service was just as great as the food--friendly, welcoming, and super attentive without being overbearing. They really make you feel at home.Everyone at our table left happy--no complaints at all. My omelet was awesome, and they definitely didn't skimp on the ingredients.I know pancakes are basic, but these were delicious and generous. Breakfast is served all day, and they've got great options if you want a full spread of eggs, meat, pancakes, and more in one order.If you're in the area and need breakfast, lunch, or brunch, this spot is definitely worth a visit!

Finally got to try this black owned business located in a small house like structure on a Sunday morning for breakfast. We arrived shortly after 9am and they had a decent crowd on hand filling the majority of the tables. We were able to snag a two-top right next to the open kitchen where all the cooking was taking place. Our server was quick to bring out drinks and menus. She was very friendly and provided suggestions and detailed out the days specials. I opted for a pecan pancake with scrambled eggs and hot sausage. My dad had the corned beef hash bowl and we got a slice of the cornbread on the side. The pancake was massive and had a ton of pecans. It tasted lightly of vanilla and was the perfect crispy texture on the outside and fluffy on the inside. The scrambled eggs were cooked properly. I had high hopes for the hot sausage patties, but I didn't find them spicy at all. They tasted like regular Italian sausage. The cornbread was moist, slightly sweet, and crispy on the outside. My dad liked the corned beef hash bowl, but did ask for hot sauce to add a little extra kick. The coffee was fine and the server always kept our mugs full. The water is brought out as plastic bottles. The bathroom is one small unisex room right off the dining area. They have a small parking lot out front and additional parking around the back. Cash only with an ATM on site. After tip, we spent $40.

Friendly, prompt and professional service. Delicious food & reasonable prices. Breakfast served all day. We had the Spinach tomato feta omelette with sausage added and the "large breakfast " and it was! The serving sizes were generous and everything was tasty. Interior updated and is nice; open room with open kitchen area. *Cash only

Pretty solid food! It's a nice little family-run small business, which is great for the community. Service was friendly. I hear their ribs are legendary. Can't wait to try those soon! Give Davis Diner a try!

Great little small town diner. Food was excellent and the staff were friendly. Really enjoyed this place for breakfast. Highly recommend the biscuits and gravy and pancakes. Best part is their toilet paper is soft!! Place was wonderful

Found this place for breakfast on the way home from Pittsburgh. The food is delicious. Omelette cooked just right. The staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. 2 thumbs up.

Our food was excellent , our service excellent, and the ambiance excellent. This is our second day back in a row.

Split the big breakfast, eggs cooked perfectly, hash browns were tasty and great texture (only complaint, SLIGHTLY greasy). And great coffee even (don't get that in most diner type environments!). Highly recommend.
