Who is in charge of buying for this chain? You gotta serve Heinz ketchup in Pittsburgh because anything else isn't ketchup. The kitchen got my burger order wrong but I was able to remove the items I asked to be kept off and still enjoy it.The waitress was having trouble with their new ordering system but was very pleasant.

Came while playing in a soccer tournament. We were about 10 minutes from where we were playing at North Allegheny High School. You can drop a ton with the games at Dave and Buster's, but the kids love it. My son got boneless wings as part of the "eat and play" option. I had the Chumichurri Bowl which was really good. My wife got a chicken avocado sandwich.

AWFUL! DO NOT GO HERE! I let my two kids go with there friends on a weekend! They are teens and have jobs so I suggested they go there for some food, MIND YOU, ITS LITTERALY AN ARCADE FOR CHILDREN! They were told they need to have an adult or they will be FORCEFULLY removed, And they didn't inform them of this before they charged them for a playing card, Do not go here if your a child. this is worse then the time when my aunt took them fishing in colorado sewar dump!

They need to bring back humans to help - we couldn't find anyone when games were broken, lines for prizes were insane and one bartender literally said she couldn't do anything.....

Came here with my mom so we could get a quick app and something to drink. After 10 minutes We weren't approached by any waitstaff after being told someone would be with us, so we decided to go to the bar because there was a bartender back there. Mind you, this place was dead with not many patrons in the bar/ restaurant area. Before I even sat down I was asked for my ID which I didn't have on me- my mistake. I was going to just order a soda anyway and was told I couldn't even sit or stand by the bar with my soda while my mom got her drink because "I didn't look 21", I explained my age and that I'm wearing a wedding ring, I'm obviously of age to sit at a bar. Meanwhile there were literal children down at the other end of the bar with their parents. She then told us they had gotten in trouble the night before for serving underage and that's why she couldnt let me sit there. So we left.

Worst service ever and rudest staff ever. My family and I all gathered here to celebrate a 2nd birthday and there were at least 10 people in our party so we spent A LOT of money. First, we called ahead to ask for a wait time on a table so the person over the phone said 20 minutes loud and clear. We arrived maybe 20 minutes later to put our name on the waiting list, well the hostess told us 2+ hours for a wait. As expected we were confused because the girl over the phone obviously made a mistake so we explained that to the hostess, so she brought the manager over and that's where it all started. He was VERY rude and cut me off mid sentence multiple times to the point I had to tell him there's no reason for you to be this rude over a mistake made by your staff. We did not mind waiting because it was visibly busy but I could not believe how we were treated and talked to. That's not it. So after the manager talked AT us, we still waited to be seated and it was well over a 2 hour wait so myself and another member of our party sat at the bar and was completely ignored for at least 25 minutes. Nobody said I'll be right with you, nothing! So we flagged the bartender down and said told her when she gets a moment we're ready to order. She rudely said they're very busy so we'll have to wait. When the bartender finally came over we told her we'll just have water because it's been a while and we were going to go play games with the kids. So for whatever reason she was visibly upset and actually asked us "Well do you just want somebody else to take your order" and we told her NO we just would like water thank you. So everyone played games for the time we waited. We finally got seated and the manager tells somebody at our table they are out of chicken wings.. So when our waitress came over we asked her if we would have an issue with our daughter's order because we ordered her chicken bites.. the waitress says no it shouldn't be a problem. Well EVERYBODY'S order came out except for my 5 year old daughters so I asked the waitress what's going on and she said omg I'm so sorry we ran out of chicken. Now, I'm furious. I asked her to bring the manager over now, he came over and stooped next to me so he's eye level with me, no mask! I explained to him my issue, by this time everybody has eaten except me and my daughter, he was rude and unapologetic the entire conversation and I said I would like to be accommodated because we've spent a lot here and we have been treated like trash the whole 4+ damn hours we spent in that place. He offers me GAME PLAY.

Jess is bad at her job. She spilled water on my friend and decided to get him a new drink before getting towels. Absolutely awful. She may have given the worst customer service of all time. I think that she should be fired. She is rude and did not accommodate to anybody's needs. Now Colin Z will review: jessica is a creature of great ambiguity. At no point, could I decipher her. The wall she places to protect her feelings is a craft of no level I could compare myself to. Simply incredible. How can someone be so shallow on the outside. I simply wish i could have.... service. From both: We HATE Jess.Other than that, great place!!

Brought my family here looking forward to a fun evening around 5:30 on Sunday evening. After waiting at the host stand for a few minutes as several employees and supervisors passed by us a line of people grew who were waiting to be seated. Not one person looked up to greet us. After a couple more minutes, we were seated. We waited about 10 more minutes at the table and received no attention from the waitstaff, at which point we began looking for an alternative place to go. We left around 6 and enjoyed a nice dinner together at Texas Roadhouse -with attentive staff!

Stopped for lunch. Sat at the bar and ordered a beer. The girl asked me for ID (I'm 65) and I didn't have my wallet. No beer so I went to B-Dubs. I've been to D&B numerous times and was never asked for ID. What's the deal management? Girl acted like a smart ass and my arms were sticking to the bar anyway so I'm glad I left.
