Difficult parking lot on a crowded summer day. Super slow service Left So many much better choices sorry DQ your not what you used to be

I have driven past this Dairy Queen for several years and never went.I decided I was in the mood for ice cream.I do not think I have ever been to any Dairy Queen's.The service was fine a little slow but fine.The staff where nice and friendly least so it seemed.I ordered a small chocolate cone with chocolate sprinkles.The ice cream was good.I would go again in the future.I have not been to any other soft serve ice cream places in Pittsburgh.

I ordered a royal fluffernutter blizzard. After waiting in line for over 20 minutes, one lady took my order. Another younger worker said "is that even on the menu?" I said yes and pointed to where it was ... one of the only two royal blizzards offered. The lady who was taking care of me looked annoyed with the other younger worker. When I got my order, the girl who was sassy gave it to me. It was an Oreo blizzard with maybe some marshmallow in the center. It didn't have any peanut butter in it at all! So disappointing. Everyone is saying don't go here and now I know why :( dq do better!

Way friendly than the one on Perry highway. Better quality and friendlier staff. Just wish the parking was better and safer

Arrived at this location at 8:40pm on a Sunday night. Google and other places stated the location closes at 9pm. All other Dairy Queen's close at 9pm as well. We pulled in as another car pulled in as well and they had gotten out of their car. One of the workers placed the "Closed" sign in the window. Completely ridiculous for an ice cream shop to close 20 minutes early in the summer. This is why I typically avoid this DQ to begin with. Won't be back.

My family and I ordered 3 medium blizzards and each were given to us as a size small. I personally ordered a oreo brookie blizzard, and given to me as a puppy chow blizzard, but I wasn't aware until I left. If I had a nut allergy that would've been a big problem. The workers need to pay more attention to each order. So disappointed that i paid for such a higher cost and receiving an inaccurate size and not getting the blizzard order i wanted. Get it together DQ. Just ice cream not rocket science or difficult. Listen better

wasted time - paid - waited 10 minutes - told no chocolate and they would make some if I waited. I waited 10 more minutes - given $ back said cannot make my order - asked for coupon or $ off next time - they said no can do - I say no can do to coming back to DQ disappointing quest and waste of time

Your time will be wasted at this location. I have been here twice and both times were terrible experiences. The first took about 20 minutes to finally get our order, mostly melted. The second time, we waiting in line for 10 minutes and left without ordering due to the amount of time it was taking. While in line we witnessed multiple people have to remind the staff what they ordered. Additionally, the staff was calling out items that did not seem to be ordered as they were not claimed by any customer. They did not have chocolate soft serve either. The parking is terrible and getting out is a safety hazard with a blind spot to Babcock. I will certainly NEVER waste my time going to this location again.

Every time I have been to this location, I wonder why I go anywhere else. The ice cream is more frozen (i.e. colder and will last longer) than other locations I have went to. The employees here are nice and I have had better blizzards here than any other location. The only downside is a tough parking lot. My recommendation is to go on off hours when less people are there to make parking easier. Keep up the great work!

Summertime and people love ice cream. My wife and children went out to get ice cream an got in the typical line which moves as lines do when high school kids are in charge without any supervision. But it's summertime and plenty of patients to go around. However, after waiting in line for 20 minutes, the children declared the store closed and locked up! Could this have been handled differently- you be the judge. All I will say is we will drive farther, plan better, do whatever it takes to never be a customer there again. I will tell this story to my friends, my family, unsolicited to complete strangers. If I was the owner this would make me really angry because I plan on making an effort to poke a hole in his wallet.
