After my initial review I spoke to a number of people who liked this place. I felt my review inferred I may try again, and I will based on word of mouth. Probably a bad night. Now as far as the manager response to my initial review, I do not leave many bad reviews. I understand the restaurant business is tough. That being said, I was not upset about the special not being available. A little disappointed would be the best description. You mentioned the finishing of my meal. I did not say it was inedible. Just pointed out I would not recommend it.The items we took home were later thrown away.

My wife and I ate here yesterday for our Easter meal. The food here is very good. I had spaghetti and meatballs and it was awesome. The pasta and sauce is made fresh in house. We also had BBQ wings, fried green tomatoes and a salad. Everything was awesome. The portions are large. The wait staff is also awesome and friendly. They have candles on all of the tables. We definitely will be back.

Went to this place to celebrate my birthday with 12 other people and to say they easily accommodated us would be an understand! Kendra was our server and she was great too. I order the swim with the fishes. It came with two sides, I got the green beans and buttered pasta. They were good and I left with an empty plate. Others ordered pasta dishes like the chicken parm and Alfredo. I tried the chicken parm and thought it was delicious. The Alfredo looked soupy but most people said they enjoyed it. Overall great Italian food with great service.

I went here because of all of the reviews stating how great the place was, but i'm going to be honest. I was not overwhelmed in any way, and really didn't like quite a few things. Maybe it was just me, or maybe a bad night, but, I was not a fan. To start, we tried the Pretzel with Cheese, and the Bruschetta. The bruschetta was good, although I think it may have just been a slice of that Garlic Texas Toast you buy in the store. The tomato mixture on top was well seasoned, though. The pretzel was okay...nothing special. I chose to try their wedding soup at the suggestion of our server. This seemed to me to be nothing more than a normal soup you buy yourself from a wholesale restaurant supply. If that was homemade, then, something was wrong....Not impressed, and I expected more from somewhere that labels themselves as authentic, quality Italian foods. For dinner, we tried the Spicy Chicken Sandwich, and the Chicken Parm (again, at the suggestion of our server). The spicy chicken sandwich was "ok". The chicken itself was good, but the rest of the sandwich was just "blah". Barely any cheese on it, dry, and a couple peppers thrown on, all on a pretty basic, crappy bun. Was not impressed. The Chicken Parm was "ok", too. Good portion. Again, the chicken was good...but the sauce...did it come from a can? Very metallic tasting, like it was just opened up out of a can from Sam's Club. I was very saddened by this, again, with the "authentic Italian" claim. For dessert...don't even get me started. We tried the Reeses Pie and their Tiramisu. Both were hard, dry, and pretty terrible in my opinion. I would not get either ever again. So...to sum it up. Was everything, short of the desserts, "ok" and edible? Yes. But, in my personal, honest opinion, it seemed to me that a lot of stuff is fake. There was very little in our meal that told me this is homemade, or "authentic". It literally seemed like the quality I could get at an Eat n' Park. Hoping it was just a bad day...but I had nothing that would make me go out of my way to go back.

This was the 3rd chance I gave this place, considering it's a a small business, Covid etc.Food just as flavorless as before. Alfredo sauce is gross. Soup really tastes like Progresso. Now on a positive note, the bread they give you is fantastic! Drinks are okay but overpriced and the patrons at the bar had loud, bad mouths. Not too family oriented. I think they have a good idea, and as much as I'd love a homemade Jtalian restaurant there, this isn't it. It's just too bad...unfortunately it's not very classy and the food isn't good. Maybe stick with bar food.

We sat in the bar at a booth and the bartender was friendly and attentive. Unfortunately the food was sub par at best. I got a meatball hoagie and it was just okay, dry, not very tasty. My husband wanted to try the steak and cheese. Couldn't believe it was burnt Steakumms covered up with lettuce and tomato. Yuck. He ate some of it because he's not one to complain. And he was hungry. I tried the mac and cheese and found it very salty. So the two stars were for the service the food was pretty bad. Won't be back.
