Cookies, ice cream, & homemade flavored cones! Large assortment of flavors, clean and inviting shop, brightly lit, & energetic & friendly staff. This shop is new to the area but definitely stands out! Our first time - won't be the last. The only negative is that parking could be a challenge as it is a narrow lot with tight spots for several businesses.

Inviting store front and easy parking options. I kept forgetting to give this place a try over the summer but took advantage of being in the area today. So many ice cream choices and options. I went with a strawberry milkshake today since it is usually my go- to at ice cream spots, and because I typically cannot make up my mind. The team member on duty was very friendly and helpful. Ask for ice cream samples! I think the one I tried was labeled Graham Canyon.

Just left Cookie's Creamery. I told my husband that was the best ice cream that I've had in a long time. I'll start with the positive. They had a huge selection of all different types of ice creams. I had the peanut butter cup and it was so creamy with tons of gigantic chunks of peanut butter. I'm obsessed with peanut butter and it was a dream. My husband got study break in a dark chocolate cone that he said tasted like dark chocolate. He really liked study break because it was mocha iced cream with the giant bands of peanut butter and big brownie chunks. Only one minor annoyance: They have a numbering system they weren't using. It made it very confusing because no one knew what to do. They just waited on whoever was around. We finally got waited on by the girl. She was nice. In the end, the one guy asked what our number was and they started doing it from there. Either use it or remove it and use the line concept. The ice cream was very good and we'll be back to try more.

Cookie's Creamery opened in April 2022. It is a family-owned business that is named after the grandmother who was nicknamed Cookie. The ice cream shop's menu lists over 30 flavors of ice cream as well as sundaes, milkshakes, floats, freezes, slushies, yogurts, and cookies. Some of the more unique flavors of ice cream are cotton candy, coconut, and brown butter bourbon truffle. As soon as my husband and I entered the restaurant, the employee greeted us and offered us samples of ice creams. The employee waited patiently while we considered the flavors. I ordered a sundae with one scoop of strawberry ice cream, one scoop of roadrunner blackberry ice cream, a strawberry topping, and whipped cream. My husband ordered one scoop of strawberry cheesecake ice cream. The total cost was $11. The employee quickly scooped our ice creams. A few tables were available to sit at. My husband and I enjoyed the taste of our ice creams. The employee checked in with us by saying, "How is everything? Enjoy!" When my husband and I were done and were leaving the restaurant, the employee thanked us for visiting.

Today was opening day. It was all hands on deck for this family owned and operated business. It all started from the relationship the family had with Cookie. Cookie (family matriarch) went everywhere with the family. They recounted stories of sitting on the boardwalk at the beach eating ice cream with Cookie. Ice cream flavors were plentiful and and even included fat free no sugar added (why???) I had a single scoop of the raspberry swirl ice cream. As I drove home eating my ice cream, I regreted not getting a quart for the road. My parents got a quart and a cup of ice cream. They called me with rave reviews.Seating is available. Parking may become an issue once more people hear about this business on the corner of Thompson Run Road & Babcock Boulevard. They support another local business by selling Red Ribbon (Natrona Bottling Company) beverages. I love their MINT gingerale (very similar to Tom Tucker).Gift cards aren't available yet but ... I see purchasing lots of them in my future. Watch out Handel's & DQ ... Cookie's has arrived.

I have been wanting to try this place since it opened. It did not disappoint. With about 40 different flavors of hard pack ice cream and several different flavors of cones, you can't go wrong. It has a modern look with an old fashioned style ice cream parlor. So don't go by, give it a try!

The ice cream is good and the service has been good, but they seem to have lost their way when it comes to serving gluten free cones as they are constantly out of them. Always recommend calling ahead if you're looking for a GFice cream cone. Honestly, I can eat ice cream out of a dish anywhere. Having an option of a gluten free sugar and cake cones was the reason we were patronizing the store as ice cream in a cone is half the fun. Cookie's Creamery was a 5 star rating for me -- but now just a 3 because i can get dished ice cream at Dairy Queen right up the street.
