Commerce Bar

Commerce Bar is one of my favorite bars in the city! They are a classy speakeasy located in East Liberty. Anytime I am grabbing dinner around East Liberty I have to stop in at Commerce Bar after for a quick bev :) They only allow you to sit, which I like. It helps keep it feeling less crowded and spread out. The servers come to your table and grab your drink orders. They are also so kind and eager to help you decide on a drink! I usually don't get food here, but they do have a small food menu! I have tried the charcuterie board before and it was great. If you have never been to Commerce Bar, I cannot recommend them enough.

We stopped by on a Friday night around midnight and were able to get a table for three right away. The inside is always gorgeous with the huge chandelier. We got a couple of snacks to share along with some drinks. They've expanded their cocktail menu and made it better which I was really excited about.

This spot is very cute! It is a lot smaller than I thought it would be based on pictures online and is pretty hidden in an alley behind Lorelai. I like the vibes inside a lot and they have a lot of cool drinks. I really liked my mezcal drink, it was delicious. My friend didn't like her drink as much since she thought it smelled like ham. Most of my party really liked our drinks though. Staff was pretty chill and nice too. It wasn't crowded on a Wednesday night which was nice and low key. Definitely recommend this spot for a nice nightcap with a small crew.

I loved Commerce Bar! Everything from the ambiance, the service and the drinks were fantastic. The cocktails are crafted with care and attention to detail. I loved the variety of options. Will definitely be back!

Very cool speakeasy tucked away in a back alley. It has a cool vibe and creative cocktails. The bartenders are great and will make you a cocktail based on your preferences. I've done this and the cocktail was perfect - highly recommend doing this if you're adventurous or just can't decide. The do have a short bar food menu, which is great to go with the cocktails. I had both the spinach dip and cheddar dip and both were excellent. This is a very small space so there is sometimes a wait to get in, especially on weekends.

What a fun little spot. Definitely reminds me of the type of speakeasy you'd expect to find in any major city.I was a little disappointed that the door was unlocked. I wanted to tap the knocker and be let in all sleuth-like.Really amazing service with incredibly talented mixologists.That PBJ cocktail is literally everything.

If you want a true speak east experience this is it!! I absolutely love this bar. The service the atmosphere and the drinks are all top notch! They have small plates to munch on. I'm telling you this is THE SPOT!! Everything is truly fantastic

Raspberry beret was divine. Reasonably priced and nice atmosphere. They were able to squeeze a table of seven. Service was a little slow but otherwise fine

What a special intimate speakeasy! The vibe was perfect, dim lights, creative drinks, amazing service - I live fairly close and have been wanting to visit and finally chose to celebrate our anniversary toast here. We couldn't have chosen a more perfect location. We actually arrived pretty early, around 7:30 pm. We walked right in, were sat immediately, and felt relaxed because there wasn't a rush- we could just "be." Cheers to the Commerce Bar for making our anniversary night special

Really cool speakeasy in East Liberty. They have an online waitlist to get on if you're on the way there and I would recommend that because it does get busy especially over the weekend. We were seated fairly quickly because of the online waitlist. We didn't get any food, but I got an old fashioned and it was so good. Came out promptly and service was good. Chill and nice vibes. Would recommend and definitely will come back!
