Bed and Breakfast. Terrific hosts, an excellent site for discovering Gettysburg, beautiful, peaceful property. We selected a room apart from the.main house on the first floor with both a front and rear entrance. The front porch complete with wooden rocking chairs; the back exit a large patio with four.tables and accompanying chairs. Plenty of.shade and relaxing garden. We spent two nights heading back to CLE via Shanksville (Flt 93) and Johnstown (1880's Flood). I referred to this as our Vacation of Death) Gettysburg, 5000; Shanksville, 40, Johnstown, 2000! Gettysburg brought tears to.my eyes as I thought of all these young lives lost to man's stupidity. Fly 93's heroics and Johnstown's resilience. On the upside, we saw Flank Loyd Wright's. "Falling Water" and spent two nights at Seven Springs Mountain Resort, which BTW is a 5 Star.

A beautiful B&B right on the heart of town. Easy walk to food, shopping, and the charming center of Ligonier. The short drive from Saint Vincent makes it a great option for visiting parents. The private breakfast service was a nice treat and delicious. Self service coffee was on demand but we also tried Abigail's which was a great cafe down the street. We were pleasantly surprised to have live music and drinks only a few doors down on Friday night. Colonial house checks all the boxes for comfort and cleanliness as well. We will stay here again.

Delightful, special place, you can tell the owners pour a lot of love into this darling inn, from the cozy robes to the relaxing music playing in your room when you arrive. It was very clean, I felt comfortable and safe here in regards to Covid-19. Dawn met me wearing a mask, dropped off my breakfast in a basket and followed every safety protocol. The classic architecture, skeleton keys and woodwork adds to the period feel, like a trip back in time but with the modern comforts of cable, a fridge and a microwave in the room. The owner's extra touches really make it fun. There was an antique medicine cabinet filled with antique lineament jars in the bathroom and you adjust the heat via knobs on the beautifully restored original radiators. I was in Ligonier on business but I enjoyed myself so much I put on some Louis Armstrong, looked out the window at the Diamond and just relaxed back into my memories of days gone by. What a treat! This would be the perfect place to rent out the whole house for a wedding weekend or friends get together. I will definitely stay here again.

I've stayed here twice and each time it's been great. Dawn is warm and accommodating and will make a portable breakfast to go if you have an early schedule. She's also a wealth of info about restaurants and activities. Breakfast at the inn is very good. With very comfy beds and linens, rooms with coffee makers, and a location a block or so from the Ligonier diamond, it is a sure thing.
