Colonial Grille

We have discovered a hidden gem that we didn't know existed! We arrived early for an appointment nearby and decided to get a bite. We had breakfast which was delicious and not to mention didn't take long to get. The service was excellent! Incredibly friendly! We will absolutely be returning and maybe try out their lunch or dinner menu.

THE go to brunch spot if you're in irwin! they also have really good lunch in dinner options, but breakfast is always my favorite! located in the heart of irwin, the colonial has been a personal favorite of mine for years. the inside gives you that classic diner feel and it's great! service is always super fast and the staff is friendly!my personal favorite item there is the southwest skillet, it's a MUST try!!

This review is mainly for the catering side of the restaurant. Although I will say every time I've eaten at this restaurant it has been good; good food for a good price. We ordered catering for a picnic party that we had at a local park and we had a great experience. We got a variety of things ala carte because we didn't need the full service of coffee, plates, utensils, and whatever else they provide with a "plan". We got chicken which was really good, everyone loved that and kept mentioning it even a few weeks after our party. The other entree we got was the sandwich tray which was not as popular but I came with plenty of different meats and toppings, also a variety of breads such as buns, pumpernickel, white, and so on. For the sides we got a fruit salad, potatoes, and pasta salad. The pasta salad was good. The potatoes were cooked well, but whatever seasoning they used was not my favorite and a lot of people agreed, a number of people really liked them, but they weren't a crowd favorite like the chicken was. The fruit salad was just ok, it had some canned fruit in it, it was also not much of a crowd favorite. The best thing about the catering was that they delivered and set up for a very reasonable additional cost. The ordering process was easy, I just called them up about 10 days prior and told them what I wanted. They gave me an estimated time of delivery but they came at the very end of that window, that kind of put a delay in the party because people were hungry, but I can't really complain because they did come within the window of time that they provided. Overall I'm really happy with how everything turned out, I think if I order from them again I would change some of the side dishes we ordered, but if I could only change one thing I would get more chicken and less of the sandwich platter, cause the chicken was just so good.

This place is a must when you're visiting Irwin. The establishment has been around for a long time and is all about quick service. We went for breakfast and everything we had was reasonably priced. In Irwin, you can either park on the street or in some of their lots around town and walk there.

I alway's get great service, the staff at Sky Nail's in North Huntington is so friendly and helpful, they take me almost immediately and around my schedule, every staff member is is well trained in their profession, I usually ask T, she's very polite and very great at doing manicure's and pedicure's, I can show her photos, she just paints on my Mai's to perfection.

Local to the area, Colonial Grille is my go to for some homemade breakfast! Everything breakfast is awesome! I normally go for the skillet or a breakfast combo! Staff is so sweet and the prices are very affordable!

My friends and my First time there. We went in and sat downstairs. There was 3 things on the menu. A chicken dinner, wings and I honestly don't remember the other item. We all got wings. The sauces were good. I usually have my wings done a little extra so they're crispy and not rubbery. I forgot to tell the server/bartender that. They were rubbery inside. I was hungry so I didn't fuss. The server/bartender was very polite and fun to talk with. It would have been nice to have more than 3 options to choose from but I guess they do more with the bar than food. I might give them another try.

Good bar food and a huge selection of beers. It was rather busy on a Friday night but we had a minimal wait of only 10 minutes.We tried a few local beers and were pleasantly surprised by the tastes. The wings were excellent. The bar area was quite packed too.

We love this small restaurant. Just like my grandmother's restaurant from so many years ago. Food made to order. Breakfasts are especially delicious. Service is good.
