Collage Coffee

Eeeek! I just love a wonderfully cozy coffee shop. We were traveling through the area for business, and I'm always one to scope out the best coffee in the area. I'm happy to say Collage was just that! They hit the ball out of the park! My husband consistently gets an oat milk mocha at every coffee shop, and this had his stamp of approval. I got the seasonal sugar cookie latte (according to the kind barista it is a mix of butter extract and birthday cake syrups, yum!) it was just a touch sweet for me, but I am not someone who would typically go for the sweeter drink on the menu. But today I needed a sweet pick me up. Either way, it was delicious! You can taste the flavor of the latte while the coffee flavor still shines through- just the perfect balance! They have a variety of drink options including kombucha, coffee, and tea. A little bummed I wasn't in the area longer to head back for a booch, as the flavor options sounded delicious. They also had a small variety of baked goods and some different panini options- definitely seems like their food options are best on Saturdays when their brunch menu is in full effect. Inside the space is both spacious and cozy! Decorated a bit for the holidays, and places to sit and yap- love that for the locals. Single room bathrooms that were also spacious and clean. Overall, a wonderful stop with kind and helpful staff, clean spacious and cozy amenities, and top notch coffee!

I love this place! Staff is always friendly. They've got treats and lots of options aside from an amazing drip coffee. Cozy atmosphere and they have plenty of seating. Locally owned with people who truly care about their business. Give them a try!

So happy to have this location. The coffee and beverages are always amazing and the employees are always super friendly. I tried the greek salad and it was phenomenal.

I was in town to do some shopping and my hotel coffee was awful. I came here and enjoyed a delicious cup of coffee and a really good breakfast panini. Wonderful spot.

I LOVE both locations of Collage Coffee!! - their house roasted beans are complex and flavorful- I love knowing that all their syrups are house made out of real ingredients - their food is creative and homemade - I often buy beans to take home.

Stopped in for brunch and they just rolled out an amazing menu. I felt like I was in a New York City speciality coffee shop. I recommend nightly.

I don't leave a lot of reviews, but I had to for this coffee shop. I went there five days in a row. A different person made my latte every day and it came out great. One of the employees explained how detailed the owner was in training employees on how to make, the espresso and steam the milk I just wanna compliment the owner. They're doing a great job and I know they have two locations. Wish these people the best and their food was really good too. I had a chicken pesto Panini.

Collage -Cafe has incredible and friendly service, thoughtfully roasted and intentionally crafted coffee . They also have AMAZING cinnamon rolls. We bought some of their take-and bake, homemade rolls for a trip and the entire pan was demolished, down to the last drips of icing. They tasted fresh and homemade.

A fantastic second location! The new space is really open, clean, and spacious. The food and coffee is just as great as we've come to expect from collage! And the baristas are super friendly, as per usual. :)
