Coffee Express-O

Had been here a few times. Terrible coffee, terrible-service, never coming back . Go somewhere else get your food or coffee / stay away.

Service was good. It was busy inside but it didn't take long to get my frappe. They were out of a lot of flavors. I settled on the kona mocha. It was okay enough to finish but I wouldn't get it again. The frappe consistency/blend texture was good but the flavor didn't have enough balance between coffee and chocolate.

Great place. Great coffee. Great service. My only complaint is that they do not offer Oat milk. I feel a "true" coffee shop caters to creating the best for every customer who walks in the door.

Definitely not a gourmet coffee place. I ordered a soy latte, and my boyfriend ordered a regular latte. He asked "can you put two sugars in for me?" And the woman sharply stated, "It's over there." Any coffee place I've ever been to would gladly add sugar upon request, and they were not to busy to accomodate. The latte was giant and I could barely taste the espresso. Maybe I was expecting too much from a coffee shop in a food court. Next time I'll be sure to caffinate elsewhere before going shopping.

Not so good! We wanted to get coffee from another source besides the big chain. We made a special trip here just for coffee. It was nothing special and we were wishing we had just hit the chain instead. Boo hoo. If you are an espresso lover don' t bother. So disappointed.

I make it a point to stop here during any outlet trip. I love the coffee an$ all of the sweet treat options are an added bonus. I wish they had a location outside of the outlets.

I stopped in this coffee shop for coffee. The 3 women working in there were unfriendly and didn't want to wait on me and my husband, they looked at us as if we justed landed on earth. I will never shop in this coffee shop again. Plus I will warn my friends. We didn't get a hello or thank you. We got silence and rudeness.
