Good, quality reasonable bakeries are a dime a dozen to find these days. As part of always honoring, tradition my mom and I had, to check out new local bakeries , had to stop in, in honor of her memory.Aubrey, the young lady that took care of me on my visit, was expectational , friendly, outstanding, customer service and patient.Visiting from out of town after a 5k in Sandy Lake, PA, on my way to Astubula OH and in need of bread , and sweet treats for adopted family visiting.I ended up spending under $12, for assortment of cookies, sliced Italian bread, two turnovers and a peach muffin, and decorative cookie.Defintly, im sure a favorite for locals, and can understand and agree. Conveniently located in a plaza, well worth it, glad I discovered this gem. As always thanks fellow Yelpers.

Food, chefs kiss (muah) the service is definitely not skibidi. Hawk tuah definitely got my gyatt out with these cookies. This place is always crowded and we're always in a line which means that it's good ambiance get these cookies so you can be sigma

If I could get move this zero stars, I would. I purchased a cake for my mom's birthday. We went to cut it and found a hair. Cut another piece and another hair. Called to tell them and they said to bring it back for a refund.Went in for the refund and waited almost 10 minutes for the manager to come over. She never apologized and was just rude the entire time.

We always enjoy our items from there. Sometimes the women can get overwhelmed when really busy but hey it happens.

NEWNEVER AGAIN! We ordered 5 dozen cutout cookies for a baby shower almost 2 weeks before the shower. Nothing crazy - it was a berry theme, so we asked for strawberries and onesies. They did not have a strawberry cookie cutter, but they said if we found one, they would use it. We just had to have it to them at least 2 days before the order was to be picked up. I found one, and my daughter dropped it off the Thursday before the Sunday pick up, since they are closed Monday - Wednesday. Nothing seemed off; they took the cookie cutter without mentioning any potential issues. On Saturday at 2:50 pm - less than 24 hours before they 9:00 am Sunday pick-up - they called my daughter and left a message that the strawberry cookie cutter wasn't working out. No problem. My daughter called them back and asked if they could do a different shape instead. They changed their story a couple more times and finally said they were unable to fulfill the order at all. My daughter asked if we could just get some of the flower cut out cookies they always have in their display case, but was told that, since it was the holiday weekend (July 4th), they only had red, white and blue icing. We didn't order anything out of the ordinary. 5 dozen iced sugar cookies was not an exotic request. It was extremely ignorant and unprofessional to cancel on us with essentially no notice. To not even offer an alternative was ridiculous! I will not go back and would advise anyone looking to plan for an event to find another vendor. To add insult to injury, a friend stopped in there the morning of the shower and sent me pictures of the cookies in their case. Notice the flowers we requested as an alternative, but were told weren't an option.

Love this place sm best bakery in boardman. I always get these like white square things with fondant like frosting its so good.

Classic Bakery is such an appropriate name for this local gem! It's like traveling back in time. Everyone is dressed in all white, the bakery is all white and there are cakes, cookies and bread as far as the eye can see. Of heaven has a smell , this is it! My parents recently celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary and we had their wedding cake too recreated. Classic Bakery did an amazing job and it was beautiful. But the taste?!? This is by far the best white almond cake I've ever eaten! It was absolutely perfect in every way. Will definitely be going back for cookies in the near future and of course, more cake.

Fantastic donuts, cakes, and pastries! In particular the cream sticks are the best in town!!

Their customer service needs a lot of work. Very disappointed. It's so sad that people can be so mean and unpleasant to others. If you can't come to work pleasant and happy please stay home. I hate to say it but no stars for classic. Been going for years, I will not be returning.
