Their dinner series is a CANNOT MISS. We were there for Cafe Du Jour and I could've stayed for another ten courses. It was a BYOB and had five courses that incorporated ingredients directly from the farm. I cannot wait to sign up for their next series!

My friend had an extra ticket to churchview farms picnic series and invited me. I've seen different churchview farm events and they've always seemed so fun so I was excited when I got the chance to go. This dinner was a collaboration with drift wood oven. When we got there was super impress with the set. The garden is beautiful and the decor/set up is really nice. We got a picnic basket full of great food and then also got an amazing fresh pizza. The food was amazing and the atmosphere was perfect!I will definitely be back for more events!

I'd give it 4.5 stars if Yelp would let me, but it was an overall good experience, so I'll stick with 5.My partner and I dined at the last On The Farm series "Farm Dinner with Friends." The atmosphere and food were wonderful. However, for $125, I hoped for larger portions. It was nice this event was BYOB, but they also offer other dinners with wine pairings (for a higher price). It was a colder night, and we had to ask the staff to turn on the outdoor heat lamps and lower the curtains to keep warm. After that, it felt very comfortable. Unfortunately the seating is less to be desired - very small wooden chairs on gravel and our table had 8 seats that barely fit. But that's farm life, right? You have to walk up a fairly steep hill that's half paved, half gravel. You can be dropped off at the top if you have mobility issues. Also, there's only one bathroom - a modern outhouse - and typically a line to wait since their events cater to 60 people.Overall, a wonderful experience! My most urgent feedback is to offer more food for the price of dinner.

I did a seasonal farm dinner with Chef Csilla and was overall really pleased with the meal. It was on the expensive side with wine pairings, but I thought it was inventive and worth it as an experience. The farm is really pretty and everyone was friendly and happy about what they were doing. I will say that comfort is a little lacking, especially for what was a sort of extended dinner. Small wooden folding chairs on gravel and a table leg in my way all night. I did also get eaten alive by bugs (they did have a can of bug spray, but the damage was done by the time I asked) and it was pretty muggy that day. The parking at the bottom of the hill in the grass was also a little weird, but now that I know, I'd just dress a little differently. Overall, a fun experience once in a while.

This was our second visit to the farm and as expected, it was wonderful. This particular one was a collab between Chefs Csilla and Zozula of 40 North. The menu was beautifully curated with fresh ingredients incorporated from the garden. The Allora group, who deal with Italian wine, had wonderful wines which were a great accompaniment to each of the courses. My absolute favorites were the Borsht, the nasturtium butter crostini and the zucchini pancakes. Fran the dog and Henry the duck make for an all around entertaining dinner.Tara and the rest of the crew have made this little farm into such a remarkable space that eating dinners out here is always a treat. For more pictures and more reviews of other incredible places in the city follow me on IG.

Churchview Farm is a really cute farm that pairs with amazing chefs from restaurants all over town to host farm dinners. They have beautiful gardens and an open space with a pavilion that is ideal for hosting events. I've attended a couple farm dinners and they were awesome, Despite being outside, they are rain or shine because of the pavilion and tents they put up. I've never attended a wedding here, but this would be a cool venue for a small wedding.Parking is a little tricky. You have to park at the bottom of the steep driveway and walk up. They usually have someone down at the entrance directing folks. There are chickens, ducks, goats, and a farm dog milling around, which is also really fun. There are many great photo ops all around the farm. I believe the family that runs this farm also lives here so tours/visits are by appointment only.
