Had great cocktails! Enjoyed the food--thankful this place was open later than a lot of other places at 9pm on a Monday. Service at the bar was wonderful!

I consider myself a foodie and go to many restaurants and this was by far the worst!I had made reservations a month in advance and about a couple hours before the reservation, the restaurant sent me a message through OpenTable just seeing if I was still going to make my reservation time. Which is fine, however; with OpenTable they confirm your reservation 24 hours beforehand anyways. This is the first time I've ever seen a restaurant do that again. That should've been my first sign that something was up. When we get to the restaurant, they can't find my reservation, but according to the hostess and my own eyes, there was still room to be seated for us. I pulled up my reservation on OpenTable because at the end of the day I did want my points. We got seated and it took not even lying 10 minutes to get water. When we finally got the water, then the fire alarm started going off. Since it's an open kitchen, I looked down at the kitchen to make sure the kitchen wasn't on fire/I need to evacuate since nobody was moving. None of the patrons were moving, the only people moving were the waitress and hostess kind of like running around. They told us oh don't worry about it don't worry about it, but what's going on. After that, we never saw a waitress. The hostess basically became our waitress and took our order. Mind you another couple was in our section and saw a waitress at one time but that waitress avoided eye contact with us and ignored us like we were wearing an invisibility cloak! The hostess took our drank order our food order, and everything like that. It did take a very long time for her to realize no waitress had been to us, and we had not been served. That just tells me that they need more staff. Also remind you, this was New Year's Eve and it wasn't crowded at all and it's a holiday and usually you know there's specials they had a special New Year's Eve menu everything like that. The whole time that we were there which was for a couple of hours because how slow the service was, we still never saw waitress. They were closing, so the dishwasher came up to get our dishes so he could go home understandable. We talked to the hostess. This is that the only person we saw about like how long there was a wait and all that stuff in the service and she gave us a 10% discount. Honestly, if we fought it more the meals probably should've been free. The only person that was attentive and it was on it was the valet coming to say hey do you all want your car? Are you all doing ok? You know just making small talk. The food itself was OK. It wasn't spectacular especially for that price. We had planned on spending a lot of money like getting an entrée dessert multiple drinks, but since we never saw a waitress, nobody came to us, we just got our food and left. I feel like our New Year's Eve dinner was kind of ruined.

I really wanted to love it on my second return here, but this time didn't cut it. We came for a Christmas Eve dinner and I felt so terrible that only one waitress was the server and hostess for the entire bar and restaurant. Our waitress was FANTASTIC, but the restaurant really needed to staff more people for a day like this. The whole time we just felt so bad for her. I had made this dinner reservation a month in advance and there was no table reserved for us either upon arrival. Luckily there was a large enough table for 6 of us to sit at. To top it off, apparently their smoke detectors had been acting up (a known problem). The fire alarm activated towards the end of our meal which rang for about 30 minutes until the fire department showed up. The food was not as good as I remembered, and it was somewhat cold by the time it arrived to our table. Maybe it was an off day given it was Christmas Eve, but I really was hoping for a better experience.

Gabby and Sydney were beyond amazing. We had the best time with them. Gave us great recommendations to check out and places to see. Hands down best bartenders in the area, glad I got to know them. Place has a super cool vibe with great music giving total relaxing vibes. Lowly light with a funky style with a palmy like feel. Great hotel highly recommend.... will be back

My boyfriend and I came here for dinner on a Wednesday night. I made reservations for 7:30 pm, but we did not need them. The restaurant was not full; which I was surprised by. We were sat right away and the server introduced himself right when we sat down. He told us of dishes he recommended and gave us some time to explore the menu. For a cocktail, I ordered the Lemon Pie. It was good; the presentation was a bit lacking in my opinion but still a delicious cocktail. We shared the Montreal-Style Poutine as an appetizer. This was the best poutine I've ever had, hands down. The gravy was sooo delicious and flavorful and the fries were cooked perfectly. I decided to have a Caesar salad for my main course. It was pretty good. I really liked how the romaine was roasted on top.The atmosphere and overall vibe of the restaurant is very classy and trendy. I would like to come back here again to try a different main course and maybe a glass of wine.

Such a disappointment. Service was terrible, food was fair at best, they were out of quite a few dishes, and it was entirely too expensive for what you get.I was so excited to check this place out, but that quickly changed. Scallops were under seasoned and undercooked. Poutine was terrible, and gravy was so salty that it was barely edible. The mac and cheese was watery. The French onion soup was the only highlight of the day.They were out of the filet and baked potatoes when we got there at 6pm on a Saturday. The bartender was either high or drunk or both. Overall, I was incredibly underwhelmed.

Two bartenders one of them being the general manager were there the night we were. Both took forever to serve us (15 min or so). The bartender who made our drinks was decent. She was nice but she was distracted and could not make our drinks right. While she was making our drinks she kept arguing with the manager about tips and the cook about the food being brought to tables. Personally not something you do in front of customers. The four of us ordered two expresso martinis and two beers. All the drinks were good but the martinis were made wrong and they were lumpy. The general manager is what ruined the experience for us. As people who are out of town we didn't know any food places to go to. The bar seemed separate from the hotel restaurant so we didn't know it was also part of the restaurant. We had asked food recommendations and were returned with a snarky response about how we were rude to ask. It led to hostile comments from the manager when we had said we felt uncomfortable. Look we get it. We didn't know it was a restaurant but there were nicer ways to respond where we weren't left angry and uncomfortable.

We can not revirw the food because after 45 minutes all we were served was a glass of water. We understand that on Valentine's Day, things are slower. But there was no apology or even acknowledgment that we waited for 15 minutes fir the waitress to stop at our table. We ordered drinks and water. It took 30 minutes for the water. We watched our server hang out at the bar chatting. She had us ordered our appetizer and food at the same time. Food was sitting under warming lights for 30 minutes without a waitress going near them. We finally gave up and left and ordered pizza from DoorDash.The manger and wait staff need to fired. Do not even think of going there. Service and attitude is awful. The table next to us left after they sat for over an hour and received part of their appetizer and could not get the drinks they ordered after 20 minutes.

This place is absolutely terrible. If I could leave a zero I would. My wife and I waited 20 minutes to be seated and there was nobody even in the restaurant. Just a few business men at the bar. Food took 45 minutes to arrive and was overcooked and terrible I'll never return to this restaurant
