I am not even going to lie..... This might be the best Chinese food in Pittsburgh. I order from this place at least 6 times a month! My food is always piping hot , flavorful, and fresh. The quality of produce that is used is impeccable! I normally rotate the Shrimp Mai Fun, General Tso, Sesame Chicken, Lo mein , chicken dumplings, Curry Shrimp/Chicken, Shrimp fried rice, chicken fried rice, Crab Ragoon. All of it was good .

I brought take out garlic shrimp yesterday, when I got home and started eating it I kept biting on something chewy and hard I noticed it was the undercooked peas in the garlic shrimp. I called Chop Stick House and spoke to the female/owner and she kept repeating that the peas were cooked with the rice, not trying to understand why I was complaining,I kept telling her that I'm pretty sure I won't be the only one calling complaining about the undercooked peas and If they don't care about their customers they will lose business. I know someone that witnessed a man complaining about hair being in his food at Chop Stick House and he was told to take the hair out, that is not the response either of us should have gotten, I won't be going back there, If the majority of their customers which is the black community stops buying their food they will most likely go out of business. We as consumers black and white need to be concerned with how businesses treat us they need to take our complaints seriously.
