I ordered for delivery, so I can't speak to the store experience. I can say the experience was overall better than average. I ordered wonton soup, shrimp lo mein and beef Singapore noodles. The soup was better than expected. Some wonton soups are nothing more than a soup base in hot water, but this one had more of a scratch made quality of broth. The bonus was that the wontons were firm and nicely cooked, not mush as they sometimes are.The flavor of both broth and wontons were better than I expected.I have to admit that I really enjoyed the Singapore noodles. The serving size was large and nicely done. The noodles being vermacelli size complemented the beef nicely. The beef was tender and full of flavor.I will admit that I didn't try much of the lo mein. I gave it to someone else, but not before trying a little for myself. What I did have, sadly, did not impress. I might have felt differently had I eaten more of it, but the piece of shrimp I got was a bit rubbery and over cooked. The noodles were bland for my taste. I'm used to a much bolder flavor from my lo mein. This wasn't bad, just not what I expected. The noodles were done well, but the sauce was flat.I might try a lo mein in the future, just to compare experiences. I would order the soup and Singapore noodles again without a 2nd thought. I saw other menu items that looked interesting.I'd like to try a few different things there.

I usually have great dishes from China House but this time was different. I got the beef chow fun and it was disappointing because the noodles were so overcooked that they were practically mush. The beef was overcooked and tough to eat. However, my husband enjoyed his General Tso's. Next time, I'll stick with what I normally get.

So out and about during the day and felt like some Chinese. This spot is right next to town. Small eating area, but great for a quick lunch or pick up dinner. Walked in and was greeted by happy person behind the counter with a smile. I just ordered the Pork with Garlic sauce and it was very tasty. No need for extra sauce ready to eat as prepared. With the fresh vegetables in the sauce I couldn't finish the entire lunch special. Looking forward to my next visit. I will be returning. If you are looking for fresh ingredient Chinese food stop by and pick up some for you and your family.

This has to be the best Chinese I've ate in the area. At first I was a little skeptical because when I went in there was plastic and a window sitting on a table that you order from, I'm guessing was for covid precautions. I ordered, food took about 15 minutes. The food was delicious and they give decent size portions. The price I felt was a little pricey but it was worth it. This will be my go to Chinese take out spot.

The food was pretty good. The spot itself is laid back, hole in the wall type of place. A solid choice for dinner (and the Oakmont Bakery is right there for dessert, too). I went for a simple order and just tried their fried dumplings. They were nothing special but not bad. The stuffing itself is pretty good. Pork, a lot of cabbage, a bit of other vegetables. Sort of bland on the inside, though. It pairs well with the dumpling sauce.I didn't really like the dumpling casing, though. It was very hard and tasted somewhat stale. The balance of stuffing to casing was a tad bit off as well.Otherwise, a solid spot. Nothing special but you have all the classic American-Chinese dishes offered here. Portions are okay, and prices are a bit higher than average.

Wow. Just Wow! Stopped here during a road trip/hotel night & this chinese is so amazing!! The noodles are the best lo mein I have tasted!!! And the sesame chicken was so juicy and crispy omg!! The service was very fast and it's a nice little spot to eat if you are not in a rush! Just hope you find parking! Definitely will be going back if I am in the area!

Like many post Covid establishments, China House is primarily take out and delivery. With a usual extensive Chinese menu, their food is pretty damn good, fresh with nice sized proportions, flavorful, and one of the few places that will actually make a spicy dish, 'extra spicy' if you ask. Love the online ordering, despite the $1 convenient fee (?), and $5 for delivery is pretty high. Other than that, it's a sweet experience.

First time ordering food to celebrate my daughter's birthday, and we were very disappointed. Yes, the portions were good, but everything was VERY SALTY. We spent $55 and wish we had selected another place.
