Chef Ray already has a great little restaurant up in Calcutta... now he has expanded to downtown East Liverpool with a magnificent Sports Bar and Grill. The bar area features five large screen televisions. The dining area is big with a full view of all the TV's.During warmer months, this establishment has pull up garage doors to open the place to beautiful warm Summer nights. Daily Specials and Happy Hour Specials. The menu is fabulous with all kinds of selections ranging from appetizers, lunch, burgers, specialty sandwiches, and dinners. So far, we've enjoyed the Philly Steak Sandwich and the mouth watering Open Face Prime Rib Sandwich. As always, Chef Ray has one of the best fish sandwiches in the entire area.

my order tonight has left me disappointed. i got 2 fish fillet sandwiches in hopes to leave a good review on this place. the wait wasn't too long and i now understand why. there was no effort put into my food being made. the sandwhich was a disaster & fell apart! the bun was so soggy. i didn't get the ranch cups i ordered either.

When you come to East Liverpool make sure you come to Chef Ray's. The food is good and very well priced. The steaks are superior, as well as the baked cod. The staff are very friendly and very responsive. They have very low priced Early menu. Once you come you'll be coming back!

Excellent service, food & beverages! Nightly specials are very reasonably priced. Has an outside fenced in area that is very nice to sit at after the sun goes down.
