Currently, all of the other reviews on Yelp are years old, and most likely the problematic employees have since then been replaced. When I visited this restaurant today, the employees at this restaurant were very friendly, and they quickly and accurately performed their jobs. The food, though, was just OK. I did not finish my chicken teriyaki sandwich. I did eat all of my cheese fries, because those tasted good. My husband said that his Philly cheesesteak sandwich tasted OK. The total price including tax was $25. Other menu items include chicken Phillys, deli subs, and fruit lemonades.

Talk about the service being terrible!! The mall was closing in about 30 minutes so I wanted to grab something to eat. The manager was on his phone when I came up to the counter, so I waited. He started talking to me while still on the phone. He took my order while still on the phone. I ordered a California chicken and it comes with ranch which was splattered all over the place. I asked the manager where the napkins were, he pointed to the end of the counter. I walked over there and there were no napkins. I asked for a side of mayo and was told I had to pay 75 cents. It is too bad that this location gives Charleys a bad name.

The service here was horrible!!!! I go to order my food trying to make up my mind what I want & the girl taking my order was trying to rush me. Not only that she had a very bad attitude & got smart with me when I told her I asked for peach lemonade not regular... The drink was not even the same color on the poster, looked like regular lemonade. It just had chunks of peaches at the bottom of the drink, which I almost choked on since I wasn't expecting that. The guys preparing the food barely speak English so I had a hard time understanding what they were asking me. They served me my sandwich without my fries that I ordered. I noticed fries sitting on their counter & had to ask if they were mine. They just sat them there & didn't notify. I don't think I want to eat here again!

EXTREMELY DISRESPECTFUL! HORRIBLE and RUDE people! I never write a review but felt compelled to. I went at 5:50pm for a cup of water and the old lady would not even look at me. Finally another coworker asked "are you gonna take her order?", she looked at the clock and said it's "6 o'clock we are closed"... All I wanted was a cup for water.

well I can say that the location at the Ross park mall is just plane out and out bad mold on the cheese the manager teresa was rude i overheard her cussing at the employee the employee jay according to her name tag then teresa was mumbling under her breath about how stupid the customers was I couldn't even eat my food because of the mold I had to give this place one star because they don't have -5 stars and they need to step up their game get new management because they are all around bad. This is not my first time to the location there are a few good employees there the last time I was here Miss Jay was on the register. She was quite helpful. Help me with service. Help me find the food that I would like. Helped me with the app did they offer and at the time she was helping me Miss Teresa yelled at her for taking too long, I do not like this woman, because of her inability to lead a crew come on Charleys, get a better management

very disappointed with my visit. i got yelled at to order while clearly browsing the menu! then got yelled at to take my fries while PUTTING MY CHANGE AWAY. very disappointed with these bitchy workers. not to mention i couldn't even eat my food after seeing three large bugs in the corner of the kitchen. served me orange cheese (it was supposed to be provolone) and undercooked meat. would not return 0/10. if i could give 0 stars i would.
