The portions are HUGE!!! We had to take a lot to go. The max wait time for door was 10 minutes after ordering. The owner was nice and brought out our food. The egg rolls were delicious and I loved my soup. There's only a few tables inside, and the bathrooms were clean. Will def come back.

Chan An serves passable Chinese food. If you're in the Ingram Crafton Shopping center it's your closest option, which is probably why you're here.To summarize, the food prices are very competitive (lunch for under $10), an extensive menu, slightly bland food (needs more seasoning), have had issues with my orders (things like soup missing from my order), large portions, barely-average quality, comparable to panda express. Service is relatively fast, but again they have the potential to get your order incorrect, always double check if you are taking out. The ambiance and decor is typical Chinese restaurant from the 80-90s. They would receive a 2.5 from me if possible (panda would receive a 2), it would be a 3 if there weren't issues with my orders on multiple occasions. Their prices and portions are good but quality (both quality assurance and food quality) needs to improve to get a higher rating.

To start the front counter gentleman is very courteous and sorta funny. As our crew orders our food he's amazed of our group. Lol. The food is perfect, General Tsos for me. The sauce is a bit gravier than normal but still spot on. Plenty of food and delicious so who could ask for more?

Staff was very friendly!! Food was very good and portions were definitely worth the money!! Restaurant was nice and clean!!

Very good food. Service is adequate. Limited seated. Appropriate for all ages. Parking is limited near the restaurant so you may have walk a little at times, but it's worth it.

Food was excellent! Amazing quality and portions for the price. We got the sesame chicken, general tso's, steamed dumpling and pork egg rolls. Super easy to use online ordering system. The only reason I gave 4is because I asked for it spicy and it didn't really come that way, also no way to indicate it on website. Totally will be going back!!!

This is my favorite Chinese Place to eat in the area. It is a little out of the way for us but it is so good. We ordered the chicken and broccoli for 2. My boyfriend love it . Lots of meat, veggies, and rice to feed 3 actual people. He can eat it all in one sitting but he feels miserable after. He gets egg rolls for free since we spend 25 dollars I believe I always get the cheese wontons because they are super filling and very delicious. You have to ask for the sweet and sour sauce. I usually get the general tso chickens with rice and it's always filling and filled to the rim.We always come back here every time we want Chinese food because it is always good.

I picked up sesame chicken, egg rolls and wonton soup. The sesame chicken must have sat all day, it was crunchy and hard to chew. The egg rolls were mushy. I did like the soup. I've ordered from here often and it's quite disappointing that what I ordered was not fresh.

I've been ordering from this place for a long time mostly because of convenience. today, after knee surgery, I'm trying to order things and she was literally on top of me while I'm trying to go through the menu and match what people want. I get home and an item is wrong! i ordered chicken lo mein and sge said Choy mein. I e never eaten that in my life! next the chop suey my Mom truss was far from appetizing. When I called to discuss this with the owner she was VERY RUDE and when she recited her piece she simply hung up! RUDE!!
