The quality of the food has gone downhill. We had rude service and I will no longer return. This used to be one of my favorite fast Chinese food place

I don't write reviews often, but this customer service is actually the worst thing I've ever experienced in my life. My girlfriend places an order with a modification (1wonton soup/1 egg roll). They read it back to each other. We go pick up the order only to realize when we got to the car that she gave us an extra wonton soup with no egg roll. When I brought this to their attention they kept saying that not what we said & we have to pay extra for an egg roll. I ask for the receipt for the order and I couldn't even get a word in because she kept shaking her head and cutting me off. There so many better places to get your food from. Our wrong order wasn't even worth the money. You can't get our order wrong, not do anything to fix it & also have below average food. Pick a struggle.

When we were looking for a quick, easy, affordable diner this hit the spot. The quality was pretty good too. I would definitely recommend this for some good Chinese food!

Absolutely fowl I ordered the Sesame chicken and sweet & sour chicken for my son The sesame chicken was what looked to be covered in ketchup and vinegar the smell from it was so over whelming so nasty But after working a hard hot day I had to eat something and no choice but to eat that mess But never again

This is by far the best Chinese place I have been to in Pittsburgh. Lots of options and the food is made fresh in front of you. I have some food sensitivities and usually get very bloated and sick feeling after eating most Chinese food, but I do not get sick from here. This is also a very convienent location with ample free parking. During normal times, you can eat inside or order to go. They have some decent lunch and dinner deals. I was particularly impressed with their current COVID19 precautions as they have the entire order area plexi-glassed off and even made a contraption with a plexi-glass doggy door type thing to give the food to people while keeping both sides protected. Also, all employees were wearing masks and customers are required to wear masks. The one downside here is that most of the employees don't have the best English skills which has led to some difficulty ordering or minor mix-ups, but they have good customer service and will correct anything mixed up. Overall, I highly recommend this resaurant!

Great place for a Chinese takeout fix. The General Tso's was wonderful and cooked beautifully. The service was quick even for a Friday night. I have been pleasantly satisfied with the food from this location.

I went to the restaurant and was very excited for my General Tso's that did not taste good at all. And the rice tasted old. I did let the staff know and they did not seem to care in helping. They basically made it seem as if I was the problem. I let them know that I enjoyed the egg roll and fried crab wonton. Needless to say, I will not return. I'm not a fan at all.

The food was good. Had good portions for the price. The food came out within 10 minutes of me ordering which was amazing. The only weird thing when i went to pay i handed the worker my AMEX card and they said AMEX doesn't work on our machines and i said i left my wallet at home and this is all i had unless i ran home and then they proceeded to use the AMEX card with no problems

My family has been getting takeout from here for years and have never been disappointed. Everyone looks forward to Chinese food night. Particular favorites are steamed dumplings and Singapore Chow Mei Fun. The price is more than fair and they always get our orders right. I'm going there tonight.

Best take out in SS or anywhere else around. This includes Fort Myers area where we now live. Wish they were here in Florida.
