Came back to try the veg masala sandwich. It wasn't bad, but it was too greasy/cheesy for me.

The place is solid, but they have just newly opened. They are still smoothing out the delivery process and what not, so I have a little bit of feedback. I tried their aloo mutter (potato with peas) sandwich as well as the Ferro Rocher milkshake. The sandwich was really good. The bread was pretty crispy and well-charred. The aloo mutter patty was creamy on the inside, and a little crispy on the outside. It had a nice amount of spice without being overwhelming. I would definitely recommend it, and it's a cool unique item. Portion was good for the price. However, the milkshake feel short. It tasted like chocolate milk with a random piece of Ferrero chocolate floating in it. It's also quite overpriced. When I received this milkshake, it had been packed in with the food for delivery (everything all in one bag), and it spilled everywhere. I would definitely recommend keeping drinks separate for future delivery orders. All in all, the sandwiches at this spot are definitely delicious. However, some items like the milkshakes still need some work. With time, I think this place has a lot of potential.

Had outstanding Samosa Chaat & Alu Tiki Chaat. Service was great as well as ambiance. To top it off, the big screen was playing IPL!!!

Ooh! New chaat spot right next to the Indian grocery store on Centre between Craig and Neville. We had an excellent snack. The Bhel puri was really good. The sandwiches were yummy - flavorful and came with chips and ketchup. This is exactly the kind of sandwich shop you would see in India outside college campuses and finally have a quick place to drop by in the evenings (when you don't feel like having a full Indian meal!). The place is run by a friendly couple, and I had a nice time chatting with them about their offerings. The service was pretty quick. The ambiance was pretty neat, and it was like any other chaat place that you can see in India. Given the fact that it is close to the CMU shuttle stop and the bus stops, I think it will be really convenient during the cold winters. By definition, chaat doesn't travel well, and I would recommend having the Bhel puri and such in person. We got sandwiches to go and they traveled well. I am excited to try the vada pav next time!

A super casual Indian street food place with an all vegetarian menu. This is honestly one of the best Indian places I have had in Pittsburgh in quite some time, the menu is pretty unique in comparison. Options include Indian style sandwiches and chaat. Went in with some friends and had samosa chaat, aloo tiki chaat, vada pav, chili cheese mayo grilled sandwich, and pani puri. Honestly, I would skip the pani puri, it was nothing special, but that is the only relatively bad thing I have to say about the food. Both chaat's were large in portion and super tasty, I was partial to the samosa chaat. The tiki in the vada pav was made with mustard seed that gave it a really incredible flavor and I will definitely be ordering again. The sandwich can be made with Amul cheese or regular cheese, we got amul cheese and it was definitely the correct choice! As this is a more casual place, you place your order at the counter and then dishes are brought out as they're finished. The service was great, the woman taking our order was kind and patient and made certain to make our order as specified due to a food allergy. The food was quick, hot, and perfectly spicy. I will definitely be visiting again to try everything else on their menu, cannot more highly recommend!

Indian... sandwiches? YES.I stopped in for a chaat (Indian street food style snack) but when I saw that they offer sandwiches too I had to try one. A delicious grilled triple decker aloo Mattar club sandwich was the result. Highly recommended. I can't wait to stop in and try all the chaats.

Incredible and authentic chaat! My husband is from India and we both agreed that Chaai and Chaatwala has the best pani puri in town. Will definitely be returning and recommending to our friends!
