Great ice cream! Cash only. I had a peanut parfait, excellent. So much better than DQ. The so had a oreo belly buster with all the cookie goodness. Husband had a mini banana split. He the pineapple was too sweet but it was good nevertheless. Service was excellent with smiling faces. Ambiance was outside seating and clean parking lot area. Definitely will stop again.

CASH ONLY!Been going here since I was little and it really is the best ice cream. They have an ATM on site if you need to use it, you just have to ask. The service was so quick and atmosphere is always so friendly. The Belly Busters are the perfect thickness and they put the perfect amount of topping to mix in. I tried the Brownie Belly Buster for the first time and it's my new favorite! The brownie seemed like it was homemade not just those little brownie bites most places use, which made it 10x better. They have so many soft serve flavors too, which I'll probably do next time.

In addition to the ice cream stand, there's a small diner at the back of the building. This review covers that diner.Ranking based on comparison with the "ideal diner". PROS: -- Solid diner food. In a diner atmosphere. Old enough to evoke diners of my parents' era.-- Clean.-- Range of hoagies, sandwiches, grill items, and specials to cover most tastes.-- Good fries.-- Picnic tables outside where you can enjoy the creek and nice weather; table umbrella optional.CONS:-- Small place. So hope it doesn't become more popular! But we've never had a problem having to wait too long (like 5 min at most) during the lunch rush. I find the slightly cramped atmosphere charming.-- Cash only. ATM available.-- Kitchen fan is only a few yards away from the picnic tables, so the babbling brook is often drowned out by the fan.-- Outside service can be spotty. If someone didn't show up for work, it's hit and miss on whether the waitresses will come out to the picnic tables. I always ask before we sit down. Never been denied outside service.Overall: Solid diner food, quaint atmosphere, and good outdoor dining in nice weather.

Love Casciola's, perfect road trip for soft serve! A summertime favorite for us. It's a little out of the way but if you'd like a little summer drive it's perfect. What else is there to say about a place that does soft serve and does it right?

We were looking for ice cream in the area, and we decided to go here. When we finished, I was like !Amazing! Such a big variety of flavors, the ice cream is phenomenal, the staff is amazing, however, we came hour until closing, so the diner was closed. Definitely recommend if you are in the area! And what can be a wonderful creamery but Casciola's twin twist and Diner.
