I wish I could say it was just as good the second time around. But it was disappointing. The price was higher from the last time we ordered, even though we got a smaller pizza. It was actually more expensive by $3. Idek how that happens. And the pizza did not have the same quality to it as before. It tasted dry and kinda dull. Like whoever made it didn't really care. Completely different from the first time. The most disappointing part was that we asked for mild wings and were given chicken tenders. If someone says mild wings, and you confuse them by asking if they want sauce, and they say just the mild wings....that doesn't mean you give them plain chicken tenders. If you're really unsure what they mean you should clarify, not just say whatever and give them plain chicken tenders. I just found it to be rude, both the action and the conversational tone. After this experience it's hard to know if it'll be good or bad next time, we probably won't come back. The service and price is off putting enough all on its own.

The best pizza in the Fox Chapel Area. Don't let the small storefront off the main drag fool you - the family that runs this makes incredible pies and are good thoughtful people. Their specialty ones are stellar but also make really solid basics the kids in my life will eat - that I can also enjoy! Always transparent on timing when there's a line. The salads are also delicious and they sell pop bottles to go. Expect to see regulars if you pick up on a weeknight and call your order in early on Halloween as they're in a trick or treat hot spot. Their hours are good - from what I've experienced for holidays they only really close for Mother's Day. Seating wise they only have a few outdoor high tops so plan to take it home or to one of the nearby parks. Hint - if you come from the main borough parking lot there's a tunnel that leads right to the restaurant...it always smells good and since it's next to the fire department you can check out the trucks in their window.

This is a great little pizza shop! They definitely have super high quality ingredients and have been a staple in the local community (over 30 years, and I believe the oldest in Aspinwall). The local area is also nice to walk through. Today, I tried out the plain cheese calzone.This was a fantastic calzone. The size was pretty good for a regular and the price wasn't too expensive ($13). But, it was more so the quality that stood out. The dough is quite tasty, and there is a good balance of dough to cheese in the calzone. I like how much butter and parm they put on top of and around the calzone. The cheese inside was also very good. This is quite heavy on ricotta, which I enjoy. Definitely high quality and creamy ricotta cheese. Only down side of the calzone was the sauce. It was served in a somewhat small dipping cu and it was quite watery (no tomato chunks, but that's a personal preference).I must also add: the employee on the phone was one of the nicest employees I've interacted with in a long time. Very friendly, doesn't upsell, answers all questions clearly, A+ for that guy. All in all, a great place to get pizza I'm sure and definitely a great calzone spot. Keep in mind there are no desserts though.

Pizza is delicious, not greasy and fresh (it's the only take out pizza my moms will get). The chicken BLT salad is my favorite, chicken is hot, lettuce is fresh, fries are crispy. I got the wings for the first time last night and they were also very good, crispy and well seasoned. I can always depend on Casa Del Sole for quality food.

Small pizza shop in Aspinwall. The pizza is very good. All of their toppings are the same price including premium ones like chicken. The service is very friendly. A little pricey but pizza is very good as previously stated. Parking can be a challenge.

3.5 stars. Not the best pizza but good. I prefer Caliente. Parking always dicey in Aspinwall and this place has no lot. No place to dine in either.Super friendly staff and legit kitchen atmosphere.Extra marinara was still fairly dry but good flavor. Other ingredients reasonably good and fairly plentiful if not over abundant.Zucchini planks recommended by another reviewer were almost all breading and so disappointed.With Caliente right nearby I may not be back.

No the best pizza I've had in Pittsburgh but I do appreciate that they have a whole pizza category for ranch pizza so naturally that's what I got. I went with the Honey Mustard Chicken pizza. I really liked the flavor on it. It was super cheesy though which isn't my favorite. The prices are unbeatable though, I will say that. For a medium specialty pizza it's only around $14. Everywhere else you're paying at least $20. I'm glad I tried it but I don't think I'll be back because it just wasn't quite "wow." It's such a tiny little shop. I'm not sure they even have a dining area. I could see where this might be a neighborhood favorite but it's just not worth it to me to drive all the way to Aspinwall for again.

This is our favorite neighborhood pizza spot. The Buffalo chicken pizza is a fan favorite. Best pizza in Pittsburgh, hands down and friendly service too! Highly recommend!

This is a place that has street parking while you pick up your delicious pizza. It was ready on time and hot. Family owned. A good find.
