Carol of Casey's Pizza

Got the steak sandwich on focaccia , simply one of the best sandwiches I've had from a pizza establishment. The 3 guys working were very friendly.

Pretty solid food, but not the best quality. The inside is small and definitely seems like a less popular, hole in the wall type of pizza joint. After all, it is located in a strip-mall type place and rammed in the corner of a turn.The food itself is not bad, just very average. I had the cheese calzone. It was much smaller than I had anticipated. This would make for a decent lunch, but not enough for leftovers or a smaller than average dinner. The price was also decent but I've seen better deals.The tomato sauce on the inside was a bit sweet and seemed like a standard canned sauce. There was an adequate amount of cheese, although I did get the impression it was lower quality. Too much tomato sauce. The crust was decent but was covered in cheese that was crunchy and just plain odd.All in all, I wasn't a huge fan of this calzone. It wasn't terrible, but I've definitely had much better. The size was small and the quality was not that great.

The pizza wasn't done still doughy, no crisp, the bottom still white, just disgusting! I called and they told me to bring it back and when you order you have to ask for your pizza to be cooked twice! Bring it back when we was already there now we have to make a second trip. Lesson learned! Also, there was no sorry no type of quality customer service! Never again will we order from this place!

I have been patronizing carol of Casey's since 2010. The ownership,so awesome, everytime that I picked up or had delivery, I was greated and waited on in a timely fashion and w very nice demeanor. Never once since I started ordering have I had an issue. I'm making sure to give feedback because, local small business owners are going through alot. I truly LOVE this one! Great pizza. Great chicken parm. Meatball sub was okay. Too much sauce. Excellent customer service on both the phone and by the delivery person.

I just started ordering from there but the owner Paul( I think) is very rude and uncharged me like $6 for half red peppers and took my order not telling me it went to a " specialty" pizza just because of red peppers. I get half pepperonis and half red peppers everytime I order and it's about $15! Not to even say it went up $6 is ludicrous. A specialty is wayyyyyy more than a half topping. He was not trying to take anything off or satisfy me as a new customer. Its always him who his rude or charging extra even if you use your debit card. I'm not happy and I said he really ripped me off. He gave a hand written receipt not to use any paper! Very cheap but will tax the message out of a customer. That was really wrong of him. I cabt believe it. Look at their specialty pizzas, nothing like I received for a half of topping without being notified of the uncharged. Mind you, he rung me up plenty of times before and it's always been $12.99 plus tax. Like if you need money thst bad just raise your prices instead of charging customers an additional half of the entire price. He has no custome service skills nor dies her give a freak about keeping good paying customers. I really feel like I git scammed. He's the only one there who always want to uncharged you. I got a chicken salad before ,he tells me once I get there oh it's more because you got olives. Like what! It's sad to be a little mom & dad shop and treat your customers like he does! Be careful when ordering with him and ask for a receipt because he does not like to give you one. He really wrote it on a piece of paper! I won't be back unless he's not working or he retires or somethng.Just sad. ​

Terrible customer service. While at a gathering with friends, we placed an order for delivery. After a 2 hour wait we called and were told all orders were out for delivery. After another hour we called back and after being told there was nothing that could be done because the delivery driver was gone, it was discovered that our order or ticket was lost and was never made. We will never be ordering from this pizza shop again!

Absolutely the best cheesesteak and buffalo chicken pizza you'll find. And at a reasonable price

This pizza shop is amazing. Nothing but great service and great food. When I walked in to pick up my order they had my food hot and ready to go. I ordered a pepperoni pizza, buffalo chicken pizza, steak hoagie and meatball hoagie. All were amazing. I love their Buffalo chicken pizza (it's crispy chicken not grilled like everywhere else) and the bread they use for hoagies is really fresh. Their meatballs are also homemade and the sauce is amazing. The inside of the building has a really cute charm to it as well. I definitely recommend this place and will continue to go back. Good food horrible staff they definitely need a revamp on appearance and staff be prepared to be put on hold then hung up on by the ignorant lady who is supposed to take orders
