Carmody's Grille

When we want a good meal that is consistent, we always goto Carmody's! Their staff is beyond amazing and even with different staff we have an amazing experience. We love the change of space whether it be a date night, night out with our family, friends or coworkers the atmosphere delivers for all crowds.

Always a nice weeknight or weekend venue to eat with friends, family and perhaps a few drinks? ‍ the bartenders are always great and remember frequent visitors:) I just love the Pretzel and the Italian Beef, and not to mention the awesome burgers and Turtle Soup.Sports always on... Quizzes and Games on TVs and good music...Casual warm, neighborhood vibes every time.

We loved Carmody's! This place is super cute! We sat outside because it was a beautiful day but it had a sheltered patio incase it did happen to rain! The waitress was amazing! Super kind & had great recommendations! Everyone around us had the fried zucchini so we had to order & it did not disappoint! The breading was so thin & flaky! We also ordered the special of angel hair with crab meat, unfortunately this was super bland, but still good quality food! The wings were pretty good & decently priced! We will definitely be returning soon to try more food!

This family restaurant is a few minutes away from the Roxian Theater so we decided to check it out before a show. We arrived around 5:30 and were seated right away. Shortly after that, there was a wait and a long line. The service was excellent on a very busy night. They have a decent beer selection on tap and the food came out pretty fast. We ordered the fish tacos and the reuben. The tacos were sort of skimpy on filling to be honest and the fish was not well seasoned. They forgot the cabbage filling entirely and we had to ask for it after they brought them. The reuben was pretty good but really needed more corned beef for the $14 price tag. This place really packs them in on Saturday nights. We sat in the bar area and could see all of the families coming in with big parties. They run a tight ship and get the orders in quickly and efficiently. We enjoyed our visit but would probably order something different.

Great food, great service!! We had the French dip sandwich and it was outstanding. Real beef, reasonably priced. A+

The French Dip sandwich was awesome! The fish was also good. Jeff was a great waiter. All of the staff acknowledged us as we left. So glad we tried Carmody's. We will go back!

Visited for lunch for the first time. Love the indoor patio. The BEST fried pickles I have had in a loooong time, no cucumber taste, not greasy. The seafood bisque is GREAT! I hope they keep it on the menu! I didn't love my grilled chicken salad, chicken definitely needed more seasoning. My fiancé got the chicken & waffles, he said they were delicious. My father got the crab cakes, was not impressed that the "vegetable" was corn but liked the crab cakes for sure. The brown butter cake was heavenly. 90% of the food was absolutely delicious, server could've been faster but she was also working the bar so I understand. Will definitely be back often!

We visited here over the holidays and had a great experience. Our server, Ron (I believe his full first name is Sharon) was delightful. He gave helpful recommendations from the menu and also took great care of my daughter who was feeling poorly and just needed some cucumbers to feel better. I had the hot sausage sandwich, which was undercooked more than I would like, but Ron handled it like a pro and brought it back in a short time and it was perfect. I wish I could remember what everyone else ate! There were five of us, and we all got something different, and everyone left feeling satisfied and happy. I would not hesitate to go back again.

Service was extremely slow. Ordered side salad & the burger medium rare. Salad was very small, burger was cooked medium well. Younger female bartender working very hard. A bald male bar tender doing not much of anything. Was never asked how my meal was. Very disappointed. The bar area was not that busy.

Great food as always. Sydney's last day is this Friday. Great bartender will be missed. Comfortable atmosphere.
