Rude. Incompetent. Unapologetic.On February 18th, 2022 I purchased two slices of pepperoni to go from this establishment. Two days later my debit card was charged "$12.50".Upon review of my card statement i could only assume the charges were a mistake as $12.50 for two slices of pepperoni pizza would be an absolutely ludicrous price.On February 24th 2022 around 2' oclock I visited Carlini's Pizza to bring the improper charges to thier attention. Upon entering i asked to speak to a manager in a polite manner and made sure to maintain a proper demeanor. A rather well-aged blonde woman stepped forward and told me she was the owner. I showed her the charges on my phone and informed her of my order and that I was under the impression the charges must have been a mistake.I was asked a series of illogical questions absolutely irrelevant to the matter at hand such as "Did I get extra cheese?" and "Was I sure I used my debit card that day?" I was told that she wasn't going to "just give me 10 dollars" without speaking to her manager to verify that what i was saying was correct. I couldn't help but feel i was accused of being dishonest.The owner told me that the manager was supposed to be in at 2 oclock but was late today and asked if "I was going to be walking around town" (it's a chilly February day however I digress) to come back in 30 minutes.I returned a half hour later to her manager and the owner counting the register on the front desk. She tells him "this is the kid." Luckily for me the manager remebered my order and in return for my rather large inconvenience the owner of this establishment hands me a crumbled, tore up ten dollar bill. She was entirely unapologetic and i was offered nothing in return for the "almost" theft of my last ten dollars other than a timid "sorry" . This is an absolutely abhorrent way to run a business.I urge the brothers and sisters of Shadyside to spend thier money in more kind and compassionate businesses. Thank you.***UPDATE***A short while after posting the above review on the Carlini's Pizza Facebook page while resting on a public park bench the owner of this establishment found it acceptable and in good taste to pull over in a one-way street while performing an illegal traffic maneuver to harass and shout obscenities to me. I told her to leve me alone and that I did not want her harrassment. I can only assume that her anger stems from my valid public exposure of her unfair and dishonest business practices. I encourage any and all recent customers to *DOUBLE-CHECK* any debit or credit transactions made at this restaurant.Also any potential customers or business partners PLEASE BE WELL-ADVISED of this woman's behavior.

This the best square pizza around. Wings are also great. I have no idea why its not 5 stars. I have lived in the valley for 20 years and tried all the pizza multiple times. This is the best... worth trying it out and deciding for yourself

we had a pizza loaded with seven ingredients. definitely the best pizza I've ever had. staff was helpful and very friendly to us being from out of town. we will be back the next time we are in town.

Best pepperoni rolls and pizza in the Ohio Valley. Also the steak hoagie with extra cheese is to die for! Owners are awesome people.
