Outside view
Goat curry with red beans and rice. Never had cauliflower as it's own side before and this place showed me I've been wrong for 39 years
Menu
Rasta Pasta is delicious. I heard that people who order this 1x a week are 30% better than those who don't. In all metrics
This is the sign that will lead you to culinary bliss

Food was incredible. There was 1 guy working and we came in as a party of 6 with 3 kids. He didn't rush us, he actually took the time to walk us through the menu and make suggestions. He even showed us the food to give us a visual idea of what we were ordering. I got the Rasta Pasta and the large goat curry. Absolutely phenomenal, all of it. I have never had Caribbean food before but decided to jump in head first and see how goat tastes. Turns out when you order it from this restaurant it's unbelievably tender and cooked and seasoned to perfection. I didn't even want the Rasta Pasta till he showed us it. Fantastic side. You could just order this and leave happy.Other dishes ordered were the fried chicken wings, the curry chicken meal, and the jerk chicken. I've never seen our kids devour food like this before. We had a 15mo old baby with us who would have stormed a castle to get another bite. I can't explain how much of a hidden gem this place is. We were originally going to a restaurant with a shared entrance called "The Yard" but they had an hour long wait time. We decided to leave and my wife casually asked the guy by the door if he had any restaurant suggestions. He pointed to the door for Carribean Fine Food and said they had been open a few weeks but to give them a shot. So happy we did. We're in Pittsburgh from Chicago for a hockey tournament so we can't be patrons of this restaurant long term, but if we lived within an hour or two from here, we would be. Listen to me here resident's of Pittsburgh, if you don't keep this place in business and make them standing room only to the point they need 5 more locations to just barely meet the demands, you will be considered a failed city.5 stars on food, 5 stars on service. Try the goat, try the jerk chicken, try the curry chicken, definitely get that Rasta Pasta. The fried wings were good but there's only so much you can do with wings that hasn't already been done. Maybe... maybe coat them things in that curry sauce.

The brown stew chicken was fantastic - savory, spicy, sweet, so many flavors going on at once, but it was wonderful. The coco bread was nice and fluffy and went well with the stew. The lady serving at the counter was super nice and helpful with the menu. (Note: there are many many many items but on a given day, they may only be serving a handful of entrees / sides.) My food was to-go but the interior of the restaurant is pretty nifty (think beaches, license plates from different islands in the Caribbean, etc) and adds to the cool vibe. Hope to get back soon for jerk chicken and mac 'n' cheese but definitely give them a try if you're in the area.

Almost missed it the first time walking by! Tucked under street level is a laid back, Caribbean-vibey newcomer to Market Square. The menu is solid Caribbean fare with items familiar to anyone who's vacationed in the islands. The chicken curry ($10 small) was a solid five served with dirty rice and delicious cabbage. More than enough for two meals, if you ask me. There are specials starting on WED for those who crave something extra and unique. The entire place has an island feel that is a lovely break from the corporate life just outside. Plenty of vegetarian options on the menu for all to enjoy!

The staff are so friendly and welcoming, and the food is definitely a must. This hole-in-the-wall place is definitely better than any fast food option we could've chosen.
