I also have to go back & try the smoothies and the other natural drinks that they offer. I'm glad to have some vegetarian & vegan options within Market Sq. So I guess I can deem this a new favorite spot although it has been there for sometime; it was a new discovery for me. Check it out the next time your in the square."

The wrap had great flavor, and the Mac n cheese was homemade and absolutely delish! Highly recommend for a great homemade lunch in the area!"

Abigail R. "I'm shook that this place doesn't have a perfect rating. I suppose with delivery it's bound to happen that something ends up cold or forgotten. But they certainly have the best pies (and rolis) around. And the best ranch dressing (though the extra charge for it is a bit high IMO). After trying pretty much every pizza shop that will deliver to our radius, this is best."

R L. "This is my first visit and won't be my last. The service and food was excellent! I placed my order for Chicken Shawarma wrap, Spinach pie and Mouttabal dip and it was hot, fresh, and ready in less than 15 minutes. The check out process was quick. The food was phenomenal. The spinach pie was a nice appetizer size portion with ample amounts of seasoned juicy spinach with a tad bit of walnuts for texture. There were just the right amount of other ingredients to compliment the flavor from the spinach. The chicken shawarma wrap was a nice sized wrap with generous amounts of filling-chicken, sauces, pickle and not too much garlic. My favorite was the sauce, which reminded me of warm cream cheese. It was yummy! The mouttabal dip was cold, but had a great flavor and texture. The smokiness of the grilled eggplant, countered by the acidity made me want more. I highly recommend this place for fresh, friendly and authentic Middle Eastern 'Tasty' fast food."

There is a cute little self serve dessert rack as well as biscotti and juices. They serve delicious coffee and everyone was ordering sandwiches and salads. There is art along the walls, a small stage, book shelves and meeting tables. The fireplace was lit and was a warm welcome as I walked in."

Betsy C. "We ordered a pizza on the Slice app from Gavino's before a show at the Roxian the other night. We lucked out with a free parking spot right in front, too! The pizza was ready when it was supposed to be and it was really good! Only downfall was we got 1/2 sausage 1/2 mushroom and there was barely any sausage on it. We would definitely consider ordering like that again next time we're at the Roxian!"

Valerie C. "Piada may be a chain, but this location tops them all!All the staff is so friendly, kind and welcoming. The manager on shift also went around the tables to ensure that the patrons were well fed and pleased with their service. I really enjoyed this aspect about this location. The ingredients are fresh and plentiful. The food is well kept, clean and organized. I pleasantly enjoyed my Farmer's Market Salad with Grilled Chicken. The lettuce was fresh and the chicken was warm! Could have used a touch less dressing, but I didn't specify how much at the time. The pasta is cooked to perfection and tossed with yummy sauce. The piada wraps are also delicious! The restaurant space is beautiful, modern and clean. Enjoyed the ambiance. What's best is there is a large parking lot and plenty of other stores in the plaza to explore! Definitely would come back soon. food 4/5service 5/5ambiance 5/5"

Morgan A. "My new favorite sub shop! Sorry Subway! The other night instead of making dinner my dad decided to just grab subs. I was thinking subway but he said no, there's this new place I heard about! I was the runner for the order and went to the shop. The shop itself is very spacious with lots of seating. I went around 4:30 aka "power hour" where you get a dollar off subs, which made my order that much cheaper. For two 12" subs, two 6" subs, and a chicken salad, it cost only $34 dollars ! I had to wait a little bit because I ordered so many and there was only one person making the sandwiches. The sub itself was HUGE. It was delicious and came with a really good house dressing and you can choose toppings besides the ones that come with it. Honestly there was so much meat on it I could barely finish it all, but I did (:Love this place !"

Arlene M. "Upon a suggestion of another business owner I stopped over here to grab lunch. They have a huge parking lot in the back and you need to enter the front through a fenced alley. This place is huge! Not only do they have a full bar but they also have a banquet room for entertaining. I was seated immediately at a booth and my very friendly and helpful waitress guided me through the menu. Still on the mend from my tooth extraction I had to adjust my ordering. Sandwiches normally come with a side of fries but for a slight upcharge you can order the soup of the day in its place.I decided to go with the vegetarian wrap and the cook told me she would heat the vegetables up so that I wouldn't have difficulty eating it. I also went with their French onion soup which comes in a bowl. The soup was good and the crackers crisp. The vegetarian wrap was delicious and soft for me to chew on.Upon inquiry I did learn that they offer both gluten free and vegan options. Let them know if you have any special needs. It was nice to find a nice reasonably priced restaurant and bar in the heart of the small town of Steubenville. Located at the corner of 5th St and Washington St. they have plenty of parking in the back."

THE LETTUCE BOWL

THE LETTUCE BOWL

★★★★☆ 3.9 (8)

Lawrence P. "I can't believe this place hasn't been reviewed yet, so let me give you the run down. The Lettuce Bowl looks simple at first, but you have what seems like an infinite number of options to choose from. Salads, sandwiches, specials of the day, all with a seemingly endless array of toppings to choose from. I ordered the Cobb salad, which started with a bed of nice, darker greens. Then they loaded up the toppings. An entire corner dedicated to bacon, one to cheese, one to eggs, and tomatoes. I'm not a fan of blue cheese, so they happily substituted shredded mozzarella for me. This salad was then piled up with fresh chicken, and given to me to enjoy with two containers of French dressing. I'm a bigger guy, and I certainly did not leave hungry. My wife ordered the Buffalo chicken salad, and thoroughly enjoyed her salad....she just couldn't finish all of the generous portion! We also ordered my daughter a salad, and the staff allowed her to pick the few toppings she would eat, customizing the salad to my daughter's tastes. As a paying customer, that was sincerely appreciated, so my daughter would eat what we paid for. This was our first visit, but it definitely won't be our last. My only regret is I didn't take a picture to share with you!"

This was a delicious well made pita wrap. All the ingredients were fresh and tasteful. The customer service was also excellent. I'm pretty sure the owner waited on me and she was so kind and friendly, the kind of person you want to hug, friendly. It was clean inside too. Can't wait to go back and try other things in the menu and maybe a salad. Since the lettuce was fresh cut and not bagged, If you have had any kind of gall bladder, stomach or digestive issues we all know how important that is."

If you want good pizza, for a good price, delivered to your door, I highly recommend. If you like greasy pizza that gives you heartburn (a lot of people do for some reason) then this isn't your place, but if you like quality ingredients and dough, you should definitely check out this spot.I always order the Margarita pizza or the Buffalo chicken pizza for parties or just pizza nights in.Their wings are OK, so I'd say stick to the pies and the breadsticks"

For appetizers we got the spinach sambosa and the no crab cake. The sambosa was great with the sauce and the no-crab cake was tasty but didn't hold its shape together. I really loved the jollof rice, falafel burger, and the ful madammas. Everything was vegan and really good. Even my mom loved it!Would recommend coming here and trying out some of everything!
