Maureen R. "My husband was in the mood for pho, and Trams has been on the list for awhile. It was hands down the most flavorful broth we've ever tasted. He had the beef and meatball pho. I had the bún bò hué and it was also phenomenal, has a good kick of spice if you're into that. And we each had an egg roll. The sauce that they give you with the egg roll was also excellent. We did takeout and live about 15 min away. Everything was still steaming hot when we got home. We'll definitely be having this again!"

Melissa T. "I work in Allegheny County and needed to do some groceries before heading back down to Washington. Decided to pick up some Vietnamese which I have never had before. I got their photai noodle soup, spring rolls and crispy cheese wontons. Their portion for their photai noodle soup is huuuge, I mean just look at it. The photai noodle soup has Slice rare beef, onion, cilantro. Then all their soups include siding FRESH bean sprout, basil, pepper, lime,plum-sauce and Sriracha Pho Beef broth. I don't even think I put a dent in it! I absolutely enjoyed all their fresh ingredients that they provided me for it. And am excited to have it for a couple lunches. Their spring rolls were delicious absolutely loved their house fish sauce. The crispy wontons definitely lived up to their name, perfect amount of crispiness. I did have an issue with finding their website. So I ended up asking for a paper menu and then they told me their website is .net which causes some confusion. Which is nice to know because they have such a bigger selection than what I saw on the @yelp menu. The lady at the front was suuuuper helpful with that information and just all around really nice!"

Megan P. "Pho LV, where the interior might not win any design awards (think dingy chic), but the food? Oh honey, it's a culinary masterpiece that makes up for the lackluster surroundings tenfold! Seriously, if you're looking for ambiance, you might want to bring your own fairy lights. But once you taste the broth, you'll forget all about the decor.Let's talk about that broth. It's like a spicy hug in a bowl. Authentic, flavorful, and just the right amount of kick--it's the kind of broth that makes you want to dance in your seat. They've got a menu packed with options that'll make your taste buds do backflips: vermicelli, pork, chicken, and even a vegetarian chicken pho that's so good, you might just convert to plant-based eating (but no promises!).Now, here's where I go full-on fangirl: their chili garlic sauce is my all-time favorite thing in the universe. I swear it's made with love (and maybe a touch of magic). Drizzle that on anything, and you're in for a flavor explosion! And don't even get me started on the meatballs in the pho--out of sight, out of this world!Pro tip: always ask for extra noodles and pickled onions. Trust me, the more mint, bean sprouts, and jalapeños you can pile in there, the better. Add a splash of Sriracha, and you've got yourself a symphony in your mouth! And let's not forget about their house tea. I can't quite figure out if it's green tea or jasmine, but either way, it's the perfect refreshing complement to your meal. It's like a warm blanket for your insides, especially on a cold or rainy day.Best part? You won't experience sticker shock when the bill comes! Pho LV proves that deliciousness doesn't have to break the bank. So if you're in the mood for some soul-soothing, authentic pho, grab a friend (or two), and head on over. You won't regret it!"

Deah B. "4/1/2023 Stopped in for dinner on a Saturday. We had the Pork Bulgogi Fries. Amazing. We were looking for the jalapeños but nevertheless it was good. We had the Fried Eggs with Scrimp, served with bokchoy and rice. It was a very large serving. I would definitely get again. Whatever the sauce was added flavor and depth. Service was great. Food arrived quickly. We were in no rush. Ambiance was bright and clean. Cute plants in the windows."

Jennifer G. "Yum! Everyone in our family loves pho so it is always fun to try out a new place. The space was very clearly a different type of estrangement before (I'm guessing some sort of deli) so don't expect anything special about the decor. But that doesn't matter because the food and service are delicious! The menu has traditional Vietnamese options (pho, bahn mi, noodle bowls) but also has things the less adventurous eaters will enjoy (fried rice)We started with fried spring rolls and fresh spring rolls. The fresh ones are a really nice size and the peanut sauce served with them is delicious.Something we loved is that there is a kids portion size for the pho! It was $9.99 and still a nice size portion. They also don't add the onions. My daughter was thrilled!I had the beef pho. Huge portion, tasty broth and a variety of meat. I don't like the meatballs (nothing against their preparation of them, I don't like them anywhere) so when we go back I'll make sure to tell them not to include them.My son had the chicken fried rice and while it was a pretty standard fried rice, he really enjoyed it. One thing to note is that the entire staff is a husband and wife team (she cooks, he's the host/server) so if there are several parties in the restaurant it might take awhile to get your food. It is absolutely worth the wait, though!"

Catherine W. "I'm not an expert on Vietnamese cuisine, but this place is a gem where you'd least expect it. It's a casual atmosphere with takeout or dine-in.The Baguette Sandwich is basically Bahn Mi - great flavor! My favorite entree is the Stir Fried Rice with Beef. The name sounds bland but the taste is anything but - it has some serious umami."

Jenn G. "I've been looking for the most authentic Vietnamese food and so far, this is my clear winner. I can't wait to have their pho. So far I've had their bah mi, which was delicious and not dry, and their grilled chicken bun (vermicelli noodle bowl) which was MASSIVE and so fresh. I had a few questions about what the blood tofu was on the menu and if the bun bowl was a vermicelli bowl. I can't tell you the answers, honestly. Waters were refilled promptly. The ambiance is meh. Parking can get a bit crowded all over the street but we parked in a residential area and it was free to do so."

My dad was craving pho so it was perfect. The restaurant is clean and cute. The servers were really kind. The food was good. Pho is always great on a cold day. Them being a byo is also a plus. Also had the dumplings (not pictured) and they had a good ratio of meat to dumpling. Very fresh. Everything was hot and service was fast and friendly. The inside was small, clean, and cozy. I really liked the laterns on the ceiling. I would definitely come back."

Oh, it also came very fast :) We had beef pho, a honey chicken bahn mi, spring rolls, veggie rolls and a roast pork rice bowl. Everything was really yummy. The bahn mi was like a double portion--easily could have been two meals but I couldn't resist eating all of it :) The Vietnamese iced coffee also did not disappoint. Will definitely be back."
