"Loved this Thai restaurant and can't believe it took us this long to try it. We came in right when it opened and there were already folks waiting to get in. We got Boat Noodles, Panang curry, Chicken fried rice and Mango sticky rice for dessert. Our main dishes were cooked with spice level 3, except the my boat noodles was a 4. The spice was just right for us and anything more would make the dish very difficult to enjoy. We have been to Thailand several times and this place transported us back to Bangkok! The dishes were pretty large and the price point was right on. This will be our top Thai restaurant in this part of town."

Thai, is one of my favorite foods and I was not disappointed by the Curry Duck. It came out perfect temperature and the flavor was amazing. The service was awesome. I never had to wait for someone to check on me, and they were very cordial and always smiling; that's a huge plus for me. The ambiance was that if most Thai places but still was very colorful and clean. I would definitely venture here again."

"Our family wanted to try some ethnic food that had many vegetarian options. Jolina's popped up as a suggested restaurant, and we are happy we checked this place out. All of us liked it. The lady was really nice, and had a table ready for us at 1:30 pm as we had requested. We tried a few of the appetizers. I had the lentil soup which was good and I was surprised by the lemony flavor that it seemed to have. My son had the spanakopita, which he absolutely loved, and my daughter had the spinach pie, which she liked a lot. After that we went for the vegetarian Mazza, which was an assortment of falafel, baba ganoush, hummus, grape leaves stuffed with rice, etc. All the items were fresh and tasted delicious. We finished off with Baklavas for dessert: simply superb.The ambience is simple, but clean. It is very obvious that the owner couple are working hard to run a Lebanese restaurant and are managing on a tight budget.I will strongly recommend this place, especially if you are a vegetarian.Will strongly recommend this place."

When I arrived I didn't realize they opened at 8 am so I had to sit outside for a few minutes. When walking in the staff wasn't the most personable but they were quick and effective on getting our orders and making them. Quickly after entering there were about 10 other customers who arrived--popular place. I loved the ambiance of the restaurant. It gave a homey feel while also accommodating by having lots of seating options. I suggest not sitting near the door on a cold day due to the breeze when it's opened. I got a hot Caramel latte. The latte doesn't have a strong Caramel taste, but it was good. It was super hot so I couldn't drink it for a bit after ordering."

My pulled pork sandwich had plenty of tender, savory meat, and the table had two different bottles of Dee Jay's BBQ sauce to choose from. I don't know if they have some sort of unique spiral cutter to fry potatoes on the premises, or if there's a more complicated manufacturing process, but honestly the result is yum.It looks like they host events sometimes, and there was a fun huge prize wheel, so I think with a little planning ahead a visit to Dee Jay's could be a fun evening in addition to good food."

My honey very much enjoyed the Spanish feta omelette with baby spinach, sun-dried tomato, and sheep feta omelet, topped with horseradish & chive cheddar cheese, she remarked on how light and fresh it was. My son and I had the simple Scramble which is scrambled eggs, green onion,  side of Sujuk which is a mildly spicy breakfast sausage that's%100 beef, and amazing, with  homefries and toast. It was tasty and fresh but the was the star! Bottom line: This place is very trendy, clean, and comfortable with a very attentive and delightful staff that serve up some 5 star fresh food at a reasonable price that is a great spot in Squirrel Hill. The lettuce was fresh and the chicken was warm! Could have used a touch less dressing, but I didn't specify how much at the time. The pasta is cooked to perfection and tossed with yummy sauce. The piada wraps are also delicious! The restaurant space is beautiful, modern and clean. Enjoyed the ambiance. The owner & his brother were very friendly and welcoming....they let me try falafel since I had mentioned I never had it before. It was very good but I decided to go with the Gyro platter to go. This consisted of a generous portion of gyro meat over rice, a side salad, side of hummus, 2 pitas on the side and a generous portion of cucumber sauce. Let me tell you this cucumber sauce is amazing big hunks of fresh cucumber in it....the best I have had. I really enjoyed the side salad. The spices were just right on it! Would stop by again.
