"Woo hoo! What a fun place! I am an adult and went and had a blast. The staff helped guide you along the track with driving tips that keep you feeling comfortable and ready to drive on! When I went the last 2 times, there were not many people there and we had the track to ourselves, which was awesome! The pricing was good for the fun I had here! This isn't the place to ride upscale go karts or ride around on intense tracks, it is for a beginner who just wants to ride around and have a good time. The cars and tracks are slightly outdated, though I barely recognized this small detail because I was having so much fun it didn't really matter at all! Really great and entertaining place if you come here looking to have some fast and furious, simple fun with your friends and family!"
"Was in the area for a craft show but my husband wanted to practice for a round of golf the next day. This place is so nice!!! Self service ball drop for the driving range allowed for easy social distancing. I will absolutely be back! We even talked about taking lunch with us because they have a super nice deck area! Worth the drive from Pittsburgh."
"My boyfriend and I went to North Park Sports Complex to try out their mini golf course. We had a Groupon, but typically, it's $8.00 per person. The course looked newly renovated and was very clean. The holes were pretty challenging, but definitely would also be fun for kids and families! The only disappointment was the fact that the decorative water features were not running; functioning water features really would have have added the "wow" aspect to the course. Overall, it was a great course, and we had a lot of fun!"
"This mini golf course is nothing crazy, but still a lot of fun. While some of the holes are very unique, others lack the creativity that many mini golf courses have. The course itself certainly needs some work, however it is not so bad that it is unplayable. It is certainly worth it for the price. After the first round you are given the option to play a second round for just $2 and even a third round for an additional $1. This is the type of course you can play many times through competing against friends and family."
"My new favorite mini golf course in Pittsburgh! Not only do they have 27 courses, but each course is unique and has a fun theme. From Batman to barnyard to Super Mario to pirates to The Grinch, you travel from one fun and creative course to the next. Many of these courses are even engineered very creatively, where the ball enters a building and travels through and triggers obstacles and other entertaining objects to pop out. There's even a few surprises for golfers of water cannons and moving holes, all making it more exciting. The courses are fun, not too difficult to complete, and very well maintained. A round of mini golf is only $8 a person for all 27 courses, which is an excellent deal considering the price for simple 18 hole courses. Definitely a fun place to bring the whole family or a group of friends!"
"Last Friday, it was decided that we would go Go-Karting. After further research, we narrowed it down to Statler's; the track has lots of turns and elevation changes and big enough for 24 Go-Karts at the same time!In the end, 14 of us drove down to Statler's from Pittsburgh to go Go-Karting. We rented the entire track for an hour for private use. I spoke with Dan, the proprietor, over the phone beforehand because in theory if you want to book the track it requires a 5 day notice and a cash deposit, but he was completely cool with our same day booking.Out of the 24 Go-Karts, there are 10 "Pro Karts" (distinguished by their blue paint) that have a more powerful engine, and the rest are regular single karts and double karts. "Pro Karts" require a drivers license while single karts are for kids at least 10 years old. They pumped up the single karts for us to be comparable to the "Pro Karts", but in the end they couldn't really compete. The track itself is a pretty low key track; it's good for some solid fun but there isn't a way of keeping track of lap times or anything. It was okay though, there was a lot more fun to be had in passing people and/or blocking people from passing you.Renting the track is $450 per hour, which when split among all drivers isn't bad at all (less than $35 a head for for the full hour). If you're going with a smaller group and just buying time on the track, "Pro Karts" run around $22 for only 15 minutes; we basically saved like $55 each. Note: one hour seems like a long time, but when you're driving the time flies by...Only con? Your face gets completely owned by the small debris from the karts/track (?), so you gotta wash your face afterwards. They gave us protective eye wear, but masks of some sort would've been nice; next time I'll be sporting a Halloween mask for protection (and some added fun). They're only open Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays after the summer season is over; during the summer they're open M-F at from 4 PM until dusk."
"I pass this place regularly when traveling up the mountain. I did some investigating on Facebook to see some reviews and was surprised how negative they were. We decided to try it out anyway as a surprise for our son on his last day of school. The other reviews were a far cry from my experience. The staff was courteous and attentive. Being a bunch of young teenagers, I was happy to see no one on their phones. Everyone was pleasant and helpful. We tried out the Grand Prix, Bumper Boats, and the batting cages. I used an online coupon and for the three of us it was only $20! We will definitely be making another trip here this summer to try out their miniature golf course and maybe a few other things. I have a very happy 6 year old right now, so for me that's a win!"
"If your looking for a serene, adorable miniature golf course, this is it! We had so much fun at Forsythe Miniature Golf! We went around 8:00 p.m., and it was pretty crowded. We didn't have anywhere to be, so the wait in between holes didn't bother us. They have a few "specialty" holes, which we really enjoyed. For instance, there are a few holes that have multiple cups, and if you get it in the more difficult, gold cup, you subtract a stroke from your final score. Hole 8 was one of of favorites because you got to hit the ball from the top of a hill down to the green. It was $7 per person, which seems to be the average for mini golf just about everywhere anymore (they do take cards). If you get a hole in one on hole 19, you get a free game! On the way out, I saw that they had a little ice cream shack and a place to grab snacks. It was set up in an old fashioned manner; we plan to try the ice cream during our next visit!"
"Fun times in Funland! We vacationed in Deep Creek over the Thanksgiving holiday and had a ball here with my younger nieces and nephews. Food: We ordered pizza and soft drinks. Great customer service and good pizza. Good for large groups but call ahead to make it easier. We were a group of 12. Needed something to help the kids burn energy on a rainy day. Activities: We were pleasantly surprised. There was alot to do. They offer bumper cars, go kart riding, miniature golf, a rock wall to climb and they have an arcade. We probably had more fun than the kids. This place has alot of old charm and really brought back some great childhood memories. The website is super old and dated but give this one a chance!"

The go-karts are the best... there is a slick track that has a small circular track and a larger track with turns. If you like bumper boats you can do that too, but they are difficult to steer. An arcade room is in the building; however, mini-golf is also lots of fun.

Great price! Great views! We read that is was a challenging course and we laughed and laughed and then we played it and it is! We loved the challenge. Lots of places where your ball can dip in beautiful water falls, streams and holes but plenty of ways to easily get them out. Also they have an ice cream place with 24 soft serve flavors! What a great place to spend our only night in town.

This course must be someone's labor of love. Dates back to 1959. Something like 27 holes each with a unique character such as holes that disappear so you have to time your out, ones where your ball goes through pipes with flowing water to land on the course, one where your ball goes down a pinball game to determine which hole it comes out onto the green, etc. If you are looking for "professional" mini golf this is not for you. If you want a zany experience with friends or family you will not be disappointed

So much fun! The staff was really friendly and awesome. The go-karts were awesome! The only downfall - no ATM. Stop for cash before heading in! We had to jump back in the car and ride up the hill to First Commonwealth, the nearest bank. It was only a minute away, but kept us from spending even more time there.

Went 7/5/2018. Purchased 1 hour bracelets. Outdated. Sad atmosphere. Not everything open or you have to run around to find staff to open the rides. Which you'll find all the teenage staff in the snack shack sitting around on their phones, eating and goofing off and we heard cussing from them while my small kids and I sat nearby. When you disrupt their "fun" asking them to open up a ride they seem annoyed. My kids actually liked the bumper boats...we were pretty much the only people there but after three minutes the guy was like okay times up and made my kids get off and he left without asking if we wanted to go again or do something and he ran back to the snack shack to hang out even though we paid for an hour bracelet my kids should have been able to ride that for an hour if they wanted...since nobody was in line but the staff worker was more worried about getting back to his friends, phone, and food. The arcade was not fun. EXTREMELY expensive (for 20$ you only get 56 tokens that's .35 cents a token not a quarter like you'd expect and most machines took 2 or more tokens) and just a handful of games. The machines give out barely any tickets to make up for it which they double the tickets but it's still not worth it. The girls in the arcade were polite and helpful though compared to the other staff we encountered. My four year old had to pay full price which then you have to pay for an adult to ride with her anyways on bumper boats and karts. Also all the inflatables were deflated which she probably would have liked but still no discount or anything. My 8 year old was completely bored...the rides either too big to ride alone or too small so all he enjoyed was bumper boats and mini golf. The 14 year olds enjoyed the big go karts (which they technically were not supposed to be let on the sign said over 16) and mini golf and that's about it.Paid for an hour which I assumed covered most activities but still had to pay to do batting cages, driving range, and paintball which we passed on because nobody around to let us do those things even if we wanted to.There is an odor throughout the place....smells like stagnant moldy water. And the bathroom by the arcade was completely gross and only other option was port a potties.I would not eat the food, the pretzels look like they've been in the warmer for 3 weeks and it does not look like hygiene is a big priority. I would not go back. We were anxious for our hour to be up. Needs a big makeover...the guy from bar rescue needs to do a Caddy Shak rescue.

Forsythe Mini Golf adds little extra bonuses to your mini golf experience! The courses are very unique, some with extra bonuses if you complete the given task. I thought that some of the courses were more difficult than others, but that's what the fun is all about! There is a bonus 19th hole where you can try for your chance at a free game. We had a fun time and it looked like families around us were also enjoying their evening.

"This was one of the funnest dates I ever went on! My husband decided it'd be fun to get out and do something, so he took me here. Apparently it's been around awhile and his family went when he was a kid. It's a really nice little facility. The staff was friendly and the course seemed well kept and cute. It was an all around good experience, and we'll definitely be back."
"This miniature golf course, located on Babcock BLVD, right by the DQ is so cute. They lack parking which I assume can be an issue, but fortunately we found some. This establishment offers two 18-hole courses, you can choose to do one or both. The pricing is very fair $6.50 a person. Cash only!We decided to only golf one course. I really liked the creativity of the course and the upkeep of the course. My favorite holes were those featuring railroad themes. Everyone had a good time, and we will definitely be back especially since my stepdaughter got a hole in one on the last hole and received a free game. It was really crowded so prepare for a wait if there is a larger group in front of you. Per the girl working the counter, they will stay open so long as the weather permits. Typically, mid to late October. Weekends only now that summer is all but over, and call ahead if any doubt, the answering machine will be updated with current hours."
"I would highly recommend this mini golf course. My husband has been begging me to go mini golfing so we decided to try it. I wasn't too interested in the idea at first, but I had a wonderful time. I loved that it was a mix of easy and more challenging holes. We really enjoyed our time. We don't have kids yet but there were plenty of little ones playing that seemed to be having a great time. It was very family friendly and all of the staff were very polite."
"We happened upon this place on the way home from a different adventure and I'm so glad we did. My 12 year old son and I did the sidewinder maze where we had to run through, collecting 4 different stamps. It took longer than I thought it would and we finished around 16 minutes. Then, we played mini golf. The course was challenging enough to be fun without being frustrating. There was a structure there that used to be a ropes course but it was no longer in use. The guy working there was really friendly and kind. We will definitely stop there again for some Summer fun."
"This place is a great 9 hole that isn't too expensive and all are under 220 yards par 3. Their pitch and putt is a good practice before the a 9 hole and is only $7.50. If you do a 9 hole and the pitch and putt they'll charge you $15.50 instead of $17.50, as of June 2023. You could use a golf cart but it's not really needed. The price is great and worth practicing on."
"This place is the very definition of simple but fun. The cost, $5/person a game or $10 for three games, is very reasonable especially since the third game can be used at anytime does not expire. Staff is friendly. There's not much challenge or much variety amongst the three courses, so I'm not sure it keeps the attention of the competitive mini-golfer but it's right in the name Par 2. It also means almost everyone is guaranteed at least one hole in one which was great fun accompanied by an 8 year old. Lower ratings probably come from the fact that it's SO simple, it's just classic mini golf, oldies music, and that's it. Additionally, the selling proposition includes much more than is actually available. The arcade is closed, as was the ice cream shop. It didn't appear there were any other food or drink options outside of some cash only vending machines. This makes it difficult for this to be a place you "make a day out of" but the 11 am open time aligns well with this as a pre lunch activity. Absolutely plan to return!"
"it was awesome! I was looking for something different to do on my birthday and ended up stumbling upon this place. It totally exceeded my expectations. If you're from WV or just Appalachia in general, you'll love it here for all of its cryptid sculptures and decor. There is also an amazing gift shop with neat things! I got handmade bigfoot earrings! go here if you want to have a lil' fun!"
"Went here with a group and it was really fun! Mini golf was great and the ice cream didn't disappoint!!"
"We really enjoyed our first visit to Frontier Falls! I'm glad to find a great mini golf course close to home. It seems right now they are only open Friday to Sunday, not sure if that is temporary. The course is clearly well-maintained, with just-challenging enough holes. The scenery is also lovely, and that waterfall is picture perfect. Definitely will return."
"Pete is the best!! Came in for a group event and our server was a 10/10. He was prompt, friendly, communicative, and helpful. The beers came quickly and we never had empty glasses. The food was just ok! Looked way better than it tasted, but was definitelynot bad. Just what you would expect for average bar food. The course we played was somewhat challenging and a ton of fun. Some of the holes were more interactive than others and our group truly had a great time. The bright neon lighting adds to the overall ambiance of a fun night out."
"A competitive game of mini-golf was in order for a sunny Sunday. Husband and I wanted something fun to do and this was the solution. Willowbrook is well maintained and has been at this location for many years. The price was economical and kept both of us entertained for the entire 18 holes. The driving range was busier and had more patrons. That worked out well for us as we could take our time playing through the mini-golf course. It isn't difficult, but we wanted something low key and enjoyable. That is exactly what we got. Nice activity for most."
"This was the step-up from Hogan's Golf, just down the street. I always liked Hogan's mini golf better than Bill's when I was a kid, but Bill's also has a great driving range, full arcade, pro-shop, and a full restaurant that also has some pretty good ice cream. :-)They've since added dek hockey and beach volleyball, and the driving range is still great. Well done!"
"We come here pretty frequently to hit golf balls. There are many, many spaces so you'll never be left looking for one. It's always pretty busy, too. The pro shop there is great, and the staff members are super knowledgable. I just signed up for lessons, so I'll be sure to update my review after a few of them!"
