"Absolutely amazing sausage! In Pittsburgh visiting family and came down to the Strip district. They don't have a whole lot of selection, but that's probably a good thing because what they do do, they do it well.I got the hot, mild and spicy sausage as well as the breakfast sausage. TBD on the breakfast (that's for tomorrow morning) but the others were amazing. Cooked it according to the guy behind the counter's recommendation in the style of Italian peppers and onions (and used the handy-dandy instructions he gave me) and it came out amazing! My favorite was definitely the mild. It had a slight sweetness I was super digging. The hot and spicy were great too...but the mild hit the spot for me.Next time I'm in town, I'll be back! Heard they even ship, too!"
"Murray Avenue Kosher I really the only Kosher supermarket around. It is on the small side as far as supermarkets go.They only carry kosher foods and items.I found the prices to be higher than the Giant Eagle across the street. If you have to have kosher then this is the place you have to go especially for meats and stuff.I am not a big fan of kosher but when my daughters come to visit I have to shop there. There is no customer service so if you are looking for something you are basically out of luck.I was there yesterday and they already have a huge passover section set up, more than half the store is set up for strictly passover items.I would go there again. If you are in the need for a strictly kosher supermarket then Murray Avenue is the place to go."
"Patsy's is a great little gem of a market/deli tucked on a side street in Verona, PA. They do a bunch of meats in house and homemade wedding soup. The hot sausage and meatball hoagies are excellent and everything is reasonably priced. To top it all off, the owners are so friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend this spot and am proud to support this small local business."

We stopped by while showing a friend from out of town through the Strip. Planned to get some items to take home and cook so we wanted to see what the selection here was like. One of the people in our group doesn't eat pork, so the veal sausage that was advertised was what drew us in. The selection of meats looked great and the store had an efficient setup. After asking the man at the counter what pork-free options they offered, he said it would just be the veal sausage. They didn't have any at the counter, only frozen, so he brought us out two packages of frozen sausages. We paid (~$16 for 8 sausage links) and went home to begin preparing our food. Unfortunately, when we opened our package of veal sausage, we saw that the second ingredient listed was pork fat. We had other proteins around to prepare for our pork-free friend, but it was still disappointing after being advised that the product did not have any pork. However, being a sausage shop, I'm sure it's not often that people request pork free products, so the man at the counter may not have known. Those of us who were able to eat what we had purchased thought it was very tasty though! I'll definitely keep them in mind for future purchases while I'm in the area!

Nice inexpensive place to come purchase some Kosher delites. We stopped here and got some lunch to eat, and than did a little grocery shopping to take back to our hotel room. Store was clean with lots of fresh produce, and fresh meat deli area. Nice owners and staff. We were happy with all of the fresh fruits and meats. WIll be a go to place of mine, whenever in town.

Not a bad little market, I just stopped in for a drink but they seem to have a nice sandwich menu. The place seems clean and the staff are friendly. I recommend a visit if you happen to be in the area.

Ordered takeout from The Meatball Company via Doordash. It was delicious!!The 4 meatballs sub-style had fresh soft bread with meatballs and a robust tomato sauce inside. I chose the provolone/mozzarella on top. The meatballs seemed to be stored separately from the sauce (which makes sense as they offer multiple sauce options) as the meatballs were just a teeny bit tougher than I prefer, but they were absolutely delicious nonetheless.I also got a side of the Italian pasta salad. They don't make pasta salad like this anymore! Lots of herby dressing coating every single piece of pasta with kalamata olives, diced pepperoni, feta cheese, and 2 pepperoncinis on top. It was total comfort food for me.I ordered a Diet Pepsi and got a Pepsi zero calorie, which wasn't what I had in mind, but it was ice cold so I enjoyed it! I would definitely order from here again. This time I went old school, but next time I'll be more adventurous!

"Come get some balls. Neat little meatball shop. Choose your balls: choose you type and number of balls. The choose your base: sub style, over pasta or free ballin. The choose your sauce. The style it with cheese or other add ons. You can order online and they use the QR code to see the menu. Good stuff. My pork and bacon balls were good with the diabolo sauce (which was spicy) and add some cheese and some fresh basil. Stop in if you are in the mood from some balls."
