Because for 8-10 bucks and 5 minutes you can be walking out the door with a nice panini, pickle spear, and a bag of chips. Is it going to change your worldview on American cuisine? No it's just a deli on Butler, but it will fill you up - and they got an extensive menu, so I can fully recommend stopping in if you want a sandwich!"

The university area is filled with cafes and coffee shops which don't tend to have many *real* options for breakfast. Bagel factory has omelettes and skillets available, in addition to french toast and sandwiches. You also get a bagel for free on the side (at least with the skillets and omelettes you do) which is nice and there's a bit of variety.I was never really blown away but it was decent, and much better than having crepes or something. They also make milkshakes which tend to be good, but that isn't their main thing."

They don't have a whole lot of selection, but that's probably a good thing because what they do do, they do it well.I got the hot, mild and spicy sausage as well as the breakfast sausage. TBD on the breakfast (that's for tomorrow morning) but the others were amazing. Cooked it according to the guy behind the counter's recommendation in the style of Italian peppers and onions (and used the handy-dandy instructions he gave me) and it came out amazing! My favorite was definitely the mild. I came here for lunch and got a falafel sandwich. It was very tasty with a lot of a very tangy sauce, a touch of mint and some kind of pickle in addition to the falafel, lettuce and tomato. It was a good deal for a $7.50 sandwich. The menu is large with a good selection of different sandwiches and platters. The place is very small with a few tables. Not fancy at all, but just fine for a quick lunch. You order at a counter and then your food will be delivered out to you. The gentlemen taking orders is very friendly in an old world type of way. Carrie N. "For a little dumpy, hole in the wall, dive of a deli, they serve tasty quality sammies. Located close to work, Export Deli uses only Boars Head meats. I am a bit of a snob anymore about nitrates and Boars head has many preservative and nitrate free meats and cheeses including the kind in my Cajun Turkey sandwich today. This place is not fancy, but they have a lot of choices from their deli sandwiches to salads and sides. I think I saw they make burgers too. Not sure. The menu is written on the wall. My sandwich had some cute name like the Cajunator or something. I really don't recall, but I got it on wheat and they can serve it hot or cold. Hot is more my speed, so after a short wait, out came my sandwich. The bread was nicely toasted, and fresh tasting. There was plenty of meat stacked high and the right amount of veggies to compliment the sandwich. I thought I would only eat half, but nope I found room. Very good. Would definitely make a return visit. I really wish they served their sandwiches with a dill pickle on the side like many other delis. Missed that sour crunch."

Tim W. "A Bodega with great take out sandwiches. For those who don't know Hanini's Market is a Cleveland based market. I had seen them throughout Cleveland during our many trips there, but never tried them. I was happy to see a location pop up in Wilkinsburg and had to check them out. Hanini's is a corner store that has just about every snack you could ever want like candy, chips, pop and a few grocery staples like milk, bread and eggs. You can also buy t shirts, hats and other clothing, play the lottery and get "smoking supplies" as well, but the REAL reason to come here is for the sandwiches! It's more convenience store than restaurant so to go is the only option. The sandwich counter set up is very similar to Subway's in which you tell them which sandwich you and what bread you want it on and if you want it heated or not and them what veges you want. What i like about Hanini's is that their meats and vegetables are of much better quality than what I have typically find at Subway. What really sets Hanini's over the top is the fact that they offer so many different types of sandwiches like paninis, reubens, gyros, wraps, burgers, hot dogs, quesadillas and Polish Boys just to name a few. They also offer different salads and loaded tater tots.My families go to sandwich is always a cold corned beef sub on white bread. They are HUGE and come packed with a couple big handfuls of meat. We all get our own sandwiches as we are not about to share with each other. The sandwich is definitely big enough to have half for lunch the next day. The corned beef is very tender and melts in your mouth. Cleveland is known for great corned beef sandwiches with places like Slyman's so I'm thankful to get a taste of Cleveland here in Pittsburgh thanks to Hanini's Market."

I got the hot capicola sandwich which was really good. Also picked up a fish taco while I was there. Looked over the meat area and picked up a few things. They wrap it up and take it to the front. I found that kinda easy to work with since well I did more shopping. The meat was really fresh and flavorful. Smaller selection but I was happy with what I got. Not the cheapest place to buy from. I'd say maybe a little over priced but still better then getting from a grocery. The hot food prices were pretty reasonable overall. For what I got I felt I received a really good value for what it was and flavor. 4 stars just because it's a little costly to some places but well there aren't many places like this that are good left."

Will R. "You know this place. It doesn't matter if you've been here before or not, as soon as you walk through the doors of Nova Cafe in Millvale, you know where you are. It is familiar, but not too familiar, but not too not familiar. It is, in the best sense of that word, a deli.I love sandwiches. The sheer variety that comes with the word is breathtaking so, it follows, that I love delis. There is a balance to be struck with a good deli. Accessible, but not chain. Clean, but not spotless. Inexpensive but not cheap. Well lit, but not an operating theater. Lots of options, but not too many. welcoming, but not the kind of place you would spend your whole day in. This balance is extremely rare, especially with the influx of artisan eateries popping up on every corner. (Sidenote: I throw no shade at artisan eateries. Food service is a rich tapestry with room for all varietals.)Nova Cafe strikes this mythical balance. I could eat every meal from here, and not only because they have both breakfast and dinner service. The food is of fantastic quality and they hit the high notes beautifully. They don't skimp on the meat when you order a sandwich. There is no filler. Each sandwich comes with a pickle spear and a bag of chips. I like to pair the whole deal with a small container of pasta salad, you know, the kind that's red for some reason and has both olives AND cucumbers in it? I told you, you knew this place. On my first visit, I tried out their Chicken Tortilini soup. Despite it being swelteringly hot that day, the soup was a wonderful decision. I also went with the club sandwich and the aformentioned reddish pasta salad, assuming these items were a baseline for whatever else they had to offer.I returned the next day.The staff is friendly, the service remarkably fast and the food, as mentioned, tremendous. Nova Cafe is there in Millvale, just waiting for your return."

Katelynn D. "This was my first visit to Jersey Mike's Subs, and I have to say the whole ordering process was a bit unclear. When an employee asked what we wanted, I told him it was my first time at Jersey Mike's, but he didn't take it as his cue to explain anything to me. I ended up ordering a Philly sub, but also wanted to add cold toppings. He told me that I was supposed to tell him at the beginning, which again, I would have no way of knowing. I ended up getting my sub the way I wanted, and it was pretty delicious; the "Regular" size was definitely filling! The subs were a bit pricey... it was about $9 for a regular sub, and I believe around $15 for a giant size. Ultimately, my boyfriend and I both enjoyed our subs, but we thought the customer service could use some improvement."
