"I'd like to comment on the Thanksgiving buffet our family had at DeNunzio's Latrobe. We always enjoy dining there but yesterday's buffet was exceptional. I tried a small spoon of everything and honesty couldn't find a flaw in anything! It was truly a five star experience so much so we've already booked the family Christmas Buffet! Truly delicious food, serving staff over the top attentive and from what I could see and hear the other guests were all raving about the experience! Well done, see you in December!Kevin"
"What a cute little gem all by itself! The views are Amazing! The waitress was very good and very busy for 2 in the afternoon. It was a very rainy cold day and the soup was bean and ham and it was very good. Everything is made from scratch from hot turkey sandwich to the pie. Prices are very ready snd it's a very clean cute environment"
"Good buffet, lots of options and $12.80 for dinner. Plenty of chicken, shrimp and beef.Chow mein was delicious."
"Excellent! I Love This China Buffet! Staff are Extremely Friendly! Food is Delicious! I really like their Fried Rice and Crab Rangoon! Will Always Come Back!"
"Good food, low prices! We've never been disappointed when we've eaten there!Highly recommend!"
"We were on our way back to NY and wanted to grab dinner. Searched for restaurants along the route and decided to come here! It has a great selection of hot foods, sushi and desserts. Recommend ending your meal with a scoop or two of their ice cream! The food was better than expected. Our waitress was attentive and nice. The Sunday night buffet cost was $15.99 per person."
"First off, "china" isn't on the sign outside so really wasn't sure what kind of buffet I was getting. Dining room might or might not have been clean. Even at lunch the room was dim and everything was very cramp. The cashier was very friendly. Food was just kind of there. Wasn't any dish that stood out from the rest. Sorry. I wanted to like it."
"I've recently been coming here for karaoke. This place is fun and welcoming and the food is great too. It's a good place to go for a drink and share apps with friends. Nice open area with a pool table and bar too. I will be frequenting this establishment as they seem to have a decent amount of entertainment as well.Just a note you must try the stuffed provolone zucchini rolls. They are phenomenal!"
"The 56 Buffet was great. The food was delicious and the buffet was fully stocked. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I look forward to visiting again when I'm in the area."
"Food was delicious and authentic. Made fresh on site. Have eaten several times and different menu items and all fantastic. Carry out, order in, doesn't matter all quality and highly recommended!! Wish I had some mouth watering pics to share, but I devour my food when it arrives."
"A traditional college dining experience. This is Pitt's main dining hall located beneath Litchfield Towers. It is open all day, but typically has more options at peak lunch and dinner hours. When you walk in, there is a make to order omelet stations, burgers, chicken patties, veggie burgers, fries, etc. Then to the left, there is a pizza station and pasta station. There is a make to order stir fry station. In the very back, there is a vegetarian/vegan station. I will say from when I started coming here three years ago, they have made an effort to improve vegetarian and vegan option. When you walk in and go the right, there is usually a home cooked type meal place, wraps, and dessert! Overall, the food quality is pretty average. There is nothing too special, but satisfactory for a hungry college student. It can get monotonous, if you have to go everyday but once a while it is fine."
"Food- 8/10 It's a small American Chinese buffet but it ticks off all the boxes for when you're craving this kind of food. It filling and if you're looking for spice, don't miss the chili oil cause it made even me tear up. So good. Service- 10/10 The ladies working are always around to help. Very straight and to the point cause they're usually busy. Ambiance- 8/10 Your usual buffet ambiance. Nothing to write home about but the place is clean and bright. My family always likes to go here at least once when we come up. Good solid food at a good price."

Came here hopeful cause it was close to the airport and reviews were good. Maybe they are having a bad night? CONS - First I they advertise excellent bar service and in-fact the Manhattan is engraved on their windows. I ordered a Bourbon Manhattan than can with too much ice, lots of bourbon and no bitters. Ruined a good bourbon.Next - I order the 40.00 8oz Filet Mignon Medium with veggies. I ordered it medium, it came out rare and untested. I sent it back and less than 2 min later THeY BROUGHT ME the same steak I had already cut into, still rare!! Sent it back a third time with clear guidance to bring me a new steak that was MEDIUM. Third time they brought me out the SAME steak and still rare... seriously? After that I was done...Pros - the waitress was awesome, she was trying her best. The manager came and spoke with me, apologized and comped my meal. I also had the lemon cake (home made) and it was delicious!

My hubby and I decided to take a ride down to Ohiopyle State Park and on our way we were hungry for breakfast. So we kept driving and driving hoping to find a diamond in the rough and low and behold we found Zambos Country Cottage. The food was phenomenal and they even had horseradish for my ham. When I go back I definitely plan on stopping again.

Best Chinese buffet in the Youngstown/Warren area! The Crab Bake is spectacular. The best bang for the buck of any buffet I know of

Definitely not impressed. The only thing warm I had to eat there was off the Hibachi... maybe it was due to the artic wind blowing directly on me from the vent above but I don't think so. The temp jus wasn't there to cool THAT fast. Bourbon chicken, General TSO, black pepper chicken... all had the same temp if you took it out of the fridge and left it sit on the counter for an hour. Price was good but even after I had my complaint they seemed like they didn't really care and did nothing except "apologize". I should have just went to SHEETZ across the street and got a burrito. I suggest you pass.

If I could give less than one star, I would. I don't know what happened to this place but it's absolutely disgusting. If you're in the mood for over cooked day old food, you should probably just eat here. We have a 40 minute drive home and honestly I can't tell if I'm going to vomit or defecate myself. This place was absolutely awful. If you do go, and decide to visit the restroom while you're there, plug your nose, or just go ahead and find a port-a-John at your local county fair, I'm sure it would smell better.

Today at 5 pm I and my family came to this restaurant, the owner is a Chinese, they treat my family is very warm, particularly good service attitude, food looks very fresh and very delicious. Not like Ms. Elizabeth said particularly greasy, (this is only my personal view). Thank you for their warm hospitality to give us a happy night. Especially the waitress, her smile is particularly sweet, thank you

Checked out the rose bar this week for their slap stick comedy show, had dinner and drinks, and overall a good time. The shrimp tacos were really delicious!

"Most flavorful Chinese food around.Good buffet not real big but the flavor of the food is very good. I normally order General Tao or garlic chicken for take out and like the option of making it spicier. Family owned business with great service."
"The best time to go in is about 15 minutes after opening to 1 1/2 hours. The food I'd hot and fresh. The atmosphere is very relaxed. Honestly I do not like my food under the heat lamps for long. Including after the new food gets brought out the old food gets placed on top of the new food. Since we are limited in All You Can Eat restaurants in the area and I'd rather support locally this one fits the situation. I love the booth section over the chairs."
"Take a ride to Flavortown.... Yes using G.F's reference is a bit cheesy, but the food at Taj Mahal is anything but. I stopped in for the lunch buffet and as soon as I walked in all my senses were tingling, and in the good way. There were 3 seperate food areas with a ton of delicious looking items. I did not know what 90% of the dishes were, but everything looked so good and the aroma was so intoxicating that I sampled every single thing they had on the line. By the time I was finished I felt like a local stepping off the train in Mumbai. All the food was absolutely delicious and each dish prepared so beautifully. The service was top notch, I never needed for anything and my server also made some excellent suggestions, as to my eating experience I would definitely go back for the buffet. Prices were good for what you got and who knew I loved goat curry, Aloha"
"It is really good food and it is priced very well. I have come here for the buffet a couple times in the past, and it is really good. I recommend coming here for the buffet or for takeout."
"This place is still amazing. Wanted to update with some photos. Tried this place a few years ago and I think it just keeps getting better."
"When I went there Kay & Bill the Original Owners ran the Place. The Food & Service was always Good and you didn't walk away Hungry if you did it was your own Fault.Would be interesting to go there now and make a Comparison"
"This was one of the best meal experiences I've had in Pittsburgh. The sushi was amazing, the servers were very helpful I understanding how the menu worked, and the overall vibe of the place is really cool. I came here on a Sunday and it was such a good decision. If you have the opportunity to check it out I definitely recommend."
"The food was dried out so badly it was brown. I regret not leaving as soon as I lifted the lid on the mashed potatoes that had scorched around the edges. Then as if that wasn't bad enough my bottle of soda was expired in October. Big waste of money"
"Food is good, interior needs a lot of work. Visited right around Covid and the local community loves this place as a staple. Typical busy days of Friday Saturday evenings."
"I went on Thanksgiving Day '24 when very few, if any, other places around there were open. I called in advance to learn they were doing breakfast first then at about 11:00am dinner would begin until 4:00pm. As it turned out, there were many many others there at about 1:30pm; actually more than I imagined, so we got in line; had to be at least 100 people ahead of us. But it moved fairly quick & we got to the cash registers in about 20 minutes & waited about another 10 mins for a table to open.To their credit, they must have had all-hands-on-deck. The cashier quickly checked us out & a hostess sat us when a clean table become open when we made it to the front of the line. A waitress appeared soon after for our beverage orders. Given how many folks were there, I wasn't expecting miracles for the food, but it was generally fine. The turkey was not carved to order, but pre-cut in the kitchen and placed in a steam table. Given the crowd, that made the most sense. There were also the regular side dishes like stuffing, mashed potatoes, cranberry sauce etc. There were also some other cooked vegetables and other main courses besides turkey. They even had out the salad items, which are not typical on Thanksgiving. And there were a nice selection of desserts, which I appreciated as a non-pumpkin pie eater; I had some soft ice cream from the machine with strawberry topping. The whole thing was perfectly fine for the reasonable price of about $40 for two & the service was as good as could have been expected, given the crowd."
"ALL YOU CAN EAT CRAB LEGS FOR $21.99? Someone wake me up from this amazing dream! I mean, it has to be a dream right? Step aside Red Lobster, Gatsby is gonna take it from here! Who can pass up that kinda deal? Certainly not Ray Ray! Oh, and you can bring the kiddos for only $9.95. Most restaurants located in a casino are a no go for families. BUT, they have made it so you can bypass the casino and come as a family if you wish. Came here to celebrate the big 2-1 for someone special in my life and this buffet was really the entire reason we came. We kept seeing the sign for this deal on the side of the highway in Akron and decided there was no better way to ring in the true measure of ones adulthood than to stuff our faces with crab legs and clarified butter. First, the service here was VERY good. Which, I have to say pleasantly surprised me. Plenty of staff and all of them very attentive. Full plates didn't stay long on the table and they were quick to refill drinks. Second, this place was also clean. Floors, tables, plates and the buffet line were well kept, not greasy and presentable. Kudos to you Gatsby staff! Now, onto the REAL reason you come to a buffet. The food! The crab legs are HUGE and are FRESH. Seriously, the wait in line is well worth it. This isn't some cheap crab that is gross and soggy. The clarified butter is also extremely good. Not the fake crap out of a big jug. The other food I tasted, however, was just ok. Nothing to write home to mom about. Average, run of the mill buffet food. EXCEPT for the pumpkin pie which was awesome! We will definitely be back for more of this Slap Yo Momma goodness!"
"I brought my wife and daughter here for the weekend to celebrate a wedding shower of one of my daughters, best friends and roommates in college. I had to run a few errands while they were at the wedding shower and it just so happened. I ran across this Chinese buffet. I am so glad that I did. all of my food was very good and my favorite was the honey chicken. The place was clean and the service was very good as expected. If you are passing through this town, please find this hidden gem. The price was also very good. Enjoy!!!"
"Great good selection and service. This restaurant has good food, amicable staff and is very clean. When I'm in town I always try to stop in."
"We stop here occasionally when we're traveling back to our home in NJ after visiting family in Ohio. It's an almost halfway point right off the turnpike. Standard Chinese buffet. Clean. Decent selection. My kids don't like that they don't have fried shrimp. My husband thinks they could have a better seafood selection."
"If you're looking for a good and quick fix for your Chinese food craving, this is the place. They kept the food coming and didn't let it run out so everything was fresh and hot. Plenty of choices so sure to please almost anyone."
"Wait staff was attentive to our needs and double checked everything to accommodate our food allergies. There was a large event happening on site, but the staff kept everything moving along. Love the view."
"I ate here this past weekend for lunch with a dining companion. I had been here many times previously during my college days and decided to eat here once again since I was in Meadville. The decor of this restaurant is not terribly inspiring as there seems to be a clutter of stuff on the right whenever you walk in before the dining area although the dining area and buffet are both clean. My dining companion and I both had the buffet. The food was your traditional Chinese fare like General Tso's Chicken, Egg Rolls, Crab Rangoons, etc and nothing really stuck out as being amazing even though it was all solid. What is nice is that they also have a Mongolian grill. You are able to pick your proportions of meats (pork, beef, shrimp) and vegetables along with your sauce and have them cook it with what the little kid behind me called "some very large chop sticks". This is easily the best part about eating here and the food from the grill is good. The bottom line for me is that I will definitely be back here in the future. While the food is satisfactory, the value is great with the total cost for the buffet which included both the Mongolian Grill and a drink being just over $6/person. That is not a price that you will find too often and so I would easily recommend this place!"
"Went there for Easter brunch, where they had a buffet. We had made reservations, so we were seated promptly. It's a small, simple diner where the food was just homestyle dinners, but was pretty good. The service was friendly and attentive; the atmosphere was a lot like being in ones eat-in-kitchen. Nothing fancy at all, but decent overall. Prices were ok, but nothing great. Their reviews on FB I don't think reflect the experience we had for Easter brunch, but I can see the of the points of view of a couple of them. For another look, here's their Facebook page for further pics & information:https://www.facebook.com/chefrayscarryout/?ref=page_internal"
"Very cool old building (the only drawback is that noise bounces around it). Their steaks are great even as leftovers, which isn't the case with most restaurants. Their steak salad is the best around."
"Good selection, quality good for the money ( $17), hibachi cooked to order was really good, salad was fresh and the place was CLEAN!"
"I understand the negative reviews from past years. BUT .. WOW ! It's not an upscale buffet, but the place deserves 5 stars from me. I enjoyed the lunch and definitely will return. I found the place clean, warm and very comfortable place to sit for a nice hot/warm meal already made, serve yourself. I love the wood decor I think it works really well. It is a small place but just enough. The sushi was very good crab meat !! The fried rice was fresh and tasty. I like the chicken and broccoli sauce. I thought the Hersey Ice Cream cups as dessert other than a soft cone machine was a great idea !! The new price didn't bother me in the least 10.99 for lunch was a reasonable price and I felt it was with every penny. I like the Italian fish on a Chinese Buffet was GREAT !! hehe Highly recommended!! If your near Trader Joe's and want a good hot meal go to China Buffet!! I will return !!!"
"Quick and Cute buffet place. Not as big of a buffet as i was expecting, but enough. I went during the lunch hour special and it was honestly a really good price for being an all you can eat. Definitely recommend for anyone looking to grab a quick bite to eat. The food was pretty good, not the best i have had, but still satisfying, hot and fresh. The service was also good and attentive even though it was mostly self service they were still super nice and responsive."
