"Great place ! Always super friendly and helpful. It's truly a hidden Gem ! Huge variety and vast selection beers. Very reasonable prices too. It's on a side road underneath the main building. Found this place a few years back, soooo glad I stopped. Anyways if you're by south hills village mall or out that way make sure you stop in"
"Kay and I were referred here by the swell people over at D's Six Pax and Dogs since their prices were better. Ya gotta love honesty. A few evenings ago, we managed to snag a case each of Blue Moon and Smirnoff Ice for our housewarming party.Hey, just 'cause I don't drink doesn't mean there won't be booze at my parties, ok?Anyway, we found their selection to be as wide as D's but with more affordable pricing when buying by the case. The employee minding the store reminded me of a comics shop clerk for some reason. I'm not sure if that is good or bad.As we walked back to the car, a gentleman shouted to us from one of the neighborhood's bars, "Hey, you better have some orange slices for those Blue Moons." Ooops! Regent Square sure is lively on a Friday night, no?"
"Shopping for beer while seated in your air conditioned car is actually pretty civilized. Telling someone what you want and having them put it in your trunk is even better. If they would follow me home and stash it in my fridge I'd give them 5 stars. I suspect that's not gonna happen though. So you get the idea I like the drive through feature at Bud's. Prices are comparable to most everywhere else around the area. Selection may not be as big as some others but for me, the ultimate test is that they always have what I want IN STOCK when I get there. And I always want Terrapin Hopsecutioner. Always. And they have it. Every time. That's huge. So for the times I want to "browse" the aisles and look for something to speak to me, I'll go elsewhere. But for my standby? It's Bud's Suds."
"Such a great find during the pandemic! Spend at least $150 in items at their website Beverages2U.com and get free delivery in PA. Easy, quick, and professional services. The hardest part is probably picking out your order! If you can't make it to $150, find a friend to go in on an order with, but if you're like us getting out to the store can be challenging so stock up!Beverages2u carries over 300 different craft beers, imports, & domestics, and plenty of non-alcoholic items and beer related gear."
"I go to Wine & Beverage Merchants to get some of my kegs for my kegerator. They are the Northern Panhandle (of WV) distributor for Great Lakes Brewing. They also have Coors brands, Killians, Guinness and several other quality imports. It's been a few months since I've been there, so I can't recall all of the brands they offer. Basically, almost anything other than Budweiser brands and Yuengling. I typically get 1/6 barrels of Great Lakes and they are very well-priced (comes out to about $1 per 12 oz. serving). The only downside is that they don't take credit cards (cash-only)."
"Great prices, friendly staff, full selection...If they don't have it, they will order it.Single beers in the cooler- Old English, Four Loco, anything 'malt'... get you some and enjoy the hangover in the am."
"I'm not sure what I'd do without this place. The other reviewer said you can get Yuengling here...whoopies. You can get that anywhere. What you really need to know is that they stock microbrews, and it's really the only place in the area to get them. They have a nice East Coast selection, tons of Victory Brewing brews (it's a tasty, Philly-area brewery). They also carry select West Coast beers, such as Rogue, Stone, etc. I've been told that you can order anything and they'll stock it for you. My husband, a Portland native, said it was one of the best beer selections he's seen anywhere. They also have a small tasting area. Hooray for a place that sells something besides Coors Light and Rolling Rock!"
"I love this beer distributor. Located right in Cochran rod, it is super convenient for me. Bridge City beverage is told old Crouse Wayne beer distributor in the plaza with chipotle. Wayne retired, so it is now under new ownership. The staff at bridge city beverage are the best. Don't even think about carrying out your own case to your car, nope. They won't let you lift a finger! Me of the guys will carry everything for you, even if you insist on carrying it yourself. They have a great selection of beverages and the prices are competitive with other beer distributors in the area. Remodeling will be happening at the end of Feb & they are even giving people a remodeling discount right now on all purchases. This place is my go to. If you haven't been here yet, check it out. They have a parking space right in front of the door reserved for customers only as this plaza get a little hard to find a spot at times. Great local business!"
"I pop into BrewBurgh from time to time, it's very convenient and on my major path. Here's what I love: Friendly service. I don't know much about beer, but I have a pal who does and this pal likes his IPA, so I depend on the kindness of others to help me get something appropriate and interesting for my IPA pal. I also like that if the occasion warrants, there is assistance getting my boxes to my car. It's easy to buy more beer than you can carry - especially at the beginning of the summer!I also love the parking and also the fact that you can take away cold cases. Not so much is the pricing, but that point cannot override convenience, service and almost being home!"
"Great Great Establishment I love the craft beer selections and even the domestic ones as well. The people that works there are very nice and knowledgeable of the entire store. Too too bad for that anal person who can't understand about restroom breaks. Just a fact of life. I will always give this business a Five Star Plus Review"
"I've been here a few more times and had a couple of meals, so am updating the review. The food is strictly pub fare, with wings, burgers and sandwiches. I had a chicken sandwich called the drunken bird or something like that, and a steak sandwich. The sandwiches are really good and pretty big servings. They come with either fries or chips, and I like their chips, which are homemade, not out of a bag. All sandwiches on the menu are $7.50, a good price. Overall, this is a nice neighborhood pub."
"Sams has been here forever and there the go to place in Arnold for Beer and snacks. They have your normal beer specials plus a big selection of snacks for your party needs and Sunday Football. Don't drink and drive ever It's next to the Police station"

Come here instead of D's if you need to buy cases of beer. They're cheaper than D's and everything is easy to find. Thanks to the peeps at D's for the referral.

With a pandemic going on, I was looking for a good beverage distributor that would deliver. Although I am on the opposite side of the state, B2U's website assured delivery (by courier!) out here to me. Well, I certainly was not disappointed! It arrived only 6 business days later (ordered on a Friday, received 2 Mondays afterwards). I admit, I got a little worried when's week later I still hadn't heard from the courier. But today (Monday), I got a text and an email from the courier announcing that the delivery was on its way from a nearby distribution center. Less than two hours later, the courier was at my door with the nicely packed array of the beverages I ordered. Well done, and I'm looking forward to using their services again!

Made it to Bridge City today but didn't have a lot of time to look around. Really good selection from what I could see though. Some interesting varieties that aren't available everywhere, especially regional / local brews. Some nice growler fill choices also. Prices are reasonable too. Can't wait to go back. Might have to make this my 'go-to' craft beer store/ distributor in the South Hills!

"Food truck service in the event space (outback in a separate fenced area)Many bathrooms so you're not hanging out waiting Many varieties from IPA, wheats to stouts (even barrel aged) The staff is friendly, pricing is amazing and hopefully they offer military, police and fire support =]Nestled on a quiet street that has free parking areas. Small businesses and just a small town vibe. This is one of the best micro brews that I've experienced get on the east coast region. Many varieties, Fowlers and Growlers both a available and a space to lunge, talk, hangout, go outside, literally so many spaces for any type of person."
"House of 1000 beers is AMAZING! I honestly have never had a bad experience whether having a drink and food there OR getting it to go. The pizza is ALWAYS consistently good. I order extra cheese and you can ALWAYS tell they put it on. The poutine is amazingly good too with a huge portion. Love the staff and this spot. Lucky it's so close to me!"
"I used to buy craft beer and get my CO2 tanks refilled here. Today I was charged $60 for 20 pounds - which is DOUBLE the going rate. West Penn Laco charges me $28.31 for 20 pounds. They'll never see my face again with this kind of price gouging! Plenty of other beer distributors and CO2 refillers to choose from..."
"Big fan of this dive bar! Perfect place if you need quick food and a drink, and can sit at the bar. Also great to go with a group after a long bike ride on the trails! All the wraps are 10/10. Pump track wrap and rail trail are my favorite. I've had the best burgers ever here but they are not consistent. I think it depends on who is cooking because sometimes the are cooked to perfection, and other times they are dry and over done. But the toppings are always unique and good. Service is what you would expect from a dive bar, always friendly and attentive but let you be with your food and beer. Cool place."
"There's no other place in the South Hills that has the selection Brews Brothers provides. If you enjoy craft beer, this is the place."
"By far the best place to get a case of Miller lite in the area. They carry it to your car and nobody around can beat their prices. Friendly helpful staff too."
"J C Wine Cellars has become our go-to "fancy date" restaurant, and I have yet to be disappointed. Although a bit pricey, the food is always stellar. On my most recent visit, I had bacci formaggio- homemade tender pockets of pasta filled with three Italian cheeses in a tomato basil cream sauce. My fiance had rock shrimp stuffed with crab. Both were perfectly prepared and absolutely delicious. Each meal is served with a delicious fresh salad (I recommend the Gorgonzola dressing...well worth the extra charge) and fresh, crusty Italian bread. Despite a somewhat strange decor (it's housed in a renovated garage), the staff does everything they can to provide an elegant dining experience. The house wine is quite good as well. Although it is a little bit of a long drive from Wheeling, it's well worth it for a special occasion-the drive is quite pleasant in good weather."
"If you want it, Duffy's has it. If they don't, they'll get it (if you promise to come back for it). They have all the 'Case' beer you could ever want or drink and a 'singles' cooler for those 'grab-n-go' times where you just don't want to be bogged down with an entire case of beer. What? Why? Who said that? Noo... the Singles cooler is for those times where you're not sure if you want a full case of something so you buy a 'single' to try it out. Don't feel like paying a mortgage payment for a case of Pumpking beer just to try it? Instead of filling your car's gas tank, buy a single. Lol... No, not trying to say their prices are high, cause they're not! You can find them on-line to check prices if you want. Cashiers are ALWAYS super friendly, especially the cute 'older' lady that works the front counter. Say Hi for me, will ya?"
"Wow. To say the least, I was overwhelmed by the size and selection of this place, but I mean overwhelmed in a good way!Any bottle of alochol that I have even seen featrured on the internet as being rare or different was in this place. Bacon vodka, PB and J, a wide and endless variety of wine. They even had wine tastings right when you walked into the door. I already cannot wait to go back. I don't think my local wine and spirits store will ever fulfuill my needs after going here."
"This is my go to spot when I'm in town for not only smelts but lamb and anything else on the menu. The employees there are some of the nicest people that you'll ever meet and even when they're busy they have time for you. My suggestion is to try the smelts and if you've never had one this is the place to go."
"I'd Never heard of Lincoln Avenue Brewery, until I attended an event recently. From the moment I walked in, it was as if I was in an episode of "Cheers;" or what I assume the show is like I've never watched it . The point is, it was better than anything I could've assumed it would be like. Grant, Lisa, and the staff were very personable and make you feel welcome from the first step inside. I gotta be honest, I'm not a beer drinker. "So why did you go?" Why not? Experiencing new things lead to discovery. I tried the Lincoln Avenue Aye Matey area salt/lime gosey, bulldog dipa, ESB, and the mead. All solid beers, but I can't get over how delicious the sour was. I'm normally not one to like like any lemon/ lime flavored things because they usually taste artificial. However, the sour was so natural and refreshing. Definitely made me more curious about exploring sours. While the beers were noteworthy, and the chicken Caesar wrap was delicious, it is the pickle dip I keep telling everyone about. I got a mouth-watering flavor that made me feel ready to party. I took some of the dip with me and I wish I had taken more. Does anyone know if they sell a jar of this? I want to buy some to bring to share at parties!!I definitely plan to return! I'm currently trying to vet the people that can hang and will mesh well with the laid back vibe. Or maybe I'll just return on my own. Either way, stop reading this and go check this little gem out!"
"I've been in here a few times. My brother lives in Forest Hills, so sometimes when taking the long way (avoiding 376) on the way back to the city, we pass here and decide to stop. They have a nice selection plus a cooler with chilled cases of beer & malt liquor. They also sell cigarettes and on our last visit here, we noticed vape pens. The prices for the beer are reasonable and the employees have always been nice to us."
"This place is pretty much brand, spanking, new. Very clean, great selection, and a helpful, knowledgeable staff. I became the Duke here today, and since I had the "Golden Ticket," they gave me a free Fat Heads Brewing pin ... very cool ... Cheers!!!"
"We went for a tasting with a group of friends to celebrate a special occasion. It was very cool. Place was packed with folks you would swear you have known all your life. A great selection of choices to taste. All reasonable priced. As your getting a pour the knowable folks provide a little interesting background on your selection making coming back for another a must. Spend a few hours on a Saturday afternoon. You will have a good time."
"This beer distributor saves me every holiday. Northside Beer and Beverage Center is open on most major holidays including the Fourth of July and Memorial day. They are normally running some sale too. Today I purchased 24, 7oz Carona bottles for $16.00. They also have a decent size walk in freezer of cold brews and are well stocked on Penn Brewery beers and has a rather decent variety of Belgium beers too. This is a great location and has a jitney station right next door.Northside Beer and Beverage Center gets my stamp of approval for being open on holidays selling cases of beer for cheap and for the proximity to my apartment."
"If ONLY we had a place like Arsenal in our neighborhood - I mean, I would drive an hour for a place like it. Alas, I live in California and have to keep Arsenal at the top of the itinerary whenever we visit Pittsburgh. Arsenal is so unique - I haven't been anywhere like it, from the tap handles and decor, to the cider selection, outdoor area and personalization of growlers. Staff are so warm and welcoming whenever we come in - they make recommendations based on tastes, and they make every visit personal. The ciders are so refreshing, flavorful and potent! We brought growlers home, and I loved that mine said Sergeant Sammi. The outdoor area is great, especially with fire pits in the fall and winter. I'll just have to wait until my next Pittsburgh visit - which I might just schedule soon - to go back!"
"Small store but good selection. Fair prices and a helpful staff. Good selection of craft beers."
"This place has decent collection of beers. Open till late night. Especially till 2:00AM on Friday, Saturday and 12:30 AM on weekdays."
"Every year I come here only once a year ; stock up on a few of my favorites and try new ones. I really like the fact that their mission is to save bees and make wine with their honey. The wine is delicious and sweet. Blood honey comes in a bottle that looks like a bourbon bottle and it is eye catching. I also love what I call "church wine" which is their concord red wine. It is delicious. I like that there are tables to sit down and take a load off. If you mix their "happy apple pie" with apples and whipped cream in a hot crockpot it is DELICIOUS ! Until next year :)"
"The food is always amazing! This is one of my favorite places to eat in Morgantown. I get the lettuce wrap every time. The tots are cooked to perfection. They have such a nice crunch to them. The wings are divine! We got lemon pepper dry rub and some buffalo sauce to dip. The gumbo is always a favorite. They make the best gumbo in town. It has some heat to it. Service is always great! Everyone is so kind and attentive.Ambiance is a fun sports bar. They always have tvs on and they play some good music."
"Excellent customer service by friendly staff. Glad, I can still get Duquesne beer when I visit my home town. Good selection of other beers."
"Kind of an eclectic place, in a good way. I'm totally baffled by the choice of location, but hey it is central to downtown and an easy off/on from the highway. In any event, we had our choice of six bespoke sandwiches, a quiche or soup de jour. Sandwiches served on fresh toothsome baguettes, with a side of olives and a mini biscotti cookie. Super high quality ingredients on the sandwiches. Nice selection of top end bottles of olive oil and Italian jarred specialty items for purchase. We were passing through so I didn't have time to browse the wine shop. Order your food at the back counter."
