"Delicious, fast and perfect for our 3 toddlers. We were in and out within the hour. From the hostess to the server everyone was attentive and efficient. We had the white pizza, vodka pizza (yum!), meatball and a side of butter noodles. Kids were happily covered in sauce by the end of the meal, scooping every last bit of the sauce by hand and finishing all of the crust. Such a great experience while passing through cranberry. Only wish there was a location closer to our home. Recommend 10/10."

"I've had the mushroom melt 2 times, it's delicious and enough to share. I love the in-house-brewed seltzer. They were sold out the first time I ate here! You can add any flavor you like but I had it with just a lemon wedge and it hit the spot. There were no servers when I was there, I think it's always this way. The bartender who took my order was very friendly :) They do have an app for orders which is useful. I don't like to use apps to order unless it's take out though. I assume that they do a lot of take out business here.The front room gets wonderful daylight, even on the rainy day when I was there. I really enjoyed the atmosphere, this is a great place to meet with friends and family.I found it to be an affordable (by comparison) and casual dining experience in the heart of Lawrenceville. I'm rarely there so this was a great find to me. What's not to love?"

"Very disappointed in the many fruit flies that were swarming our table. When I cut my sandwich in half one managed to land in my bun and was crawling in it and had to dig it out. The orange slice garnish on my drink also appeared dirty and removed that right away. The drink also was very weak (the Aloha one). The food was good but was annoyed the whole time. Service was good. Didn't need to wait long for food."

"I've been to Gianna Vias a few time and I've also ordered take out. The food is in my opinion "just alright". Not outstanding but nothing to write home about. They have a large menu, so plenty to choose from. I have never been there for breakfast, but would like to try to sometime. The desserts are good. Parking is never an issue. They offer outdoor seating, which is always a plus even though the parking lot is no special outside view. The service is lacking, but I feel like it's that way a lot of places these days. I wouldn't go out of my way to go here, but it's a decent local spot."

"We went to this place for lunch on a Friday. The ambiance is exactly what you expect in the area. Beautiful, spacious, with nice decor and large TVs. We were seated immediately. The service was friendly and timely. We ordered pretzels, baby back ribs, a burger, and peanut butter and chocolate pie for the dessert. Everything, including the ale drink, was great. The pretzel was warm and fresh. The burger was prepared exactly as my wife had ordered and expected. And the baby back, oh my Gosh! Hands down, the best I have ever had. The price was also reasonable. We really enjoyed our visit and will visit again."

"I would definitely eat here again! Everything was great! No wait, we seated fast. Chips and salsas were very addicting. We had two orders before our food came. Waiter was attentive. The num nums: We both ordered the jumbo quesadilla made with beef tips. It also came with lettuce, sour cream, pico de gallo and Mexican rice. I really enjoyed the crispness of the tortilla. Then mushrooms and beef with a bit of cheese inside hit the spot. Parking situation was good too. Pay on the way out and see you next time!"

"I come to Pittsburgh (Etna/Shaler/Millvale area) at least twice a year. Every time I visit Porky's. I grew up in Shaler and this is the place to be. Delicious food, awesome service, live bands, and just a great atmosphere. Fiona has been our server/ bartender a few times. She's great. Honestly she was there for us through the good times and the not so great, but made them better. Thank you for having a consistently awesome hometown, Pittsburgh, bar. We love Porky's!"

The food was plentiful and tasted good. However, the food could have been hotter and for Mexican food it could have been spicier. I would recommend, just be aware of the food temp and spice level."
