"When you come I hope the have the shrimp and corn chowder soup it's amazing. The beer is cold and a good selection."
"We stop by this place often on the way to our cabin. The food and atmosphere is very good! They have a full bar and offer a wide variety of food choices. Pizzas, burgers, sandwiches, seafood and steaks! They also offer daily specials for each day of the week which are all appetizing. You can't go wrong with the pizza! It's always a hit! They also offer a great kids menu with lots of choices. The service can be a bit slow at times due to short staff, which lefts face it, that is an issue with most places anymore. So go and enjoy yourself, relax and enjoy great food!"

"In WV for an event and trying to find somewhere to dine in. I called here and the lady seemed shocked that I wondered if it was open. When we arrived, there were smokers outside, visible from the parking lot. My brother says that you shouldn't go anywhere claiming to be a bbq place without that. Good to know.Definately more dive bar than family restaurant, but we seated ourselves with a table of 7. I had the smoked prime rib and it was good, but not what I expected. My daughter had the ribs and they were awesome. Everyone else seemed to enjoy their food. Our waitress was very friendly and was great with kids. However, expect to get a blank stare when asking about anything menu related. We had cocktails and dessert and my bill was somewhere around $40...can't beat that!If I am ever in Morgantown again, I would definately stop in."
"The beer was cold, the wings were anorexic. The menu says 1lb for $12.99. Do you know how many wings weigh 1lb? No, me neither... But the bartender said it was 8. That info would have been great... IF... I was told before I ordered. And why would anyone mix French Dressing with Blue Cheese...? I don't know either, but it wasn't good. They didn't offer just blue cheese. Yea, first AND LAST experience at TJ's..."
"Was wanting prime rib, had tried Edwards a couple times. Meh... made the trip to Starwood. Very happy with the choice. The interior is very nice. Nicer decor than Edwards, and the waiter was much more familiar with the food and what went into it. The prime rib was beautifully trimmed, had just enough fat for taste. The beef was waaaay better than Edwards. Tender and tasty. A pronounced beefy flavor. Seriously happy with the choice to come here. Horseradish sauce on the side of the prime rib. Was mild, but added a nice counterpoint to the richness of the beef. Overall, a great meal."
"Wings and subs were on point. The staff on the evening of 3/10/22 hustled and were pleasant and helpful. What more good could you ask for? Coming back for more!"
"Who wouldn't love Joe's, oldest place in town to eat and never fails to deliver a bad any thing."
"Chef Ray already has a great little restaurant up in Calcutta... now he has expanded to downtown East Liverpool with a magnificent Sports Bar and Grill. The bar area features five large screen televisions. The dining area is big with a full view of all the TV's.During warmer months, this establishment has pull up garage doors to open the place to beautiful warm Summer nights. Daily Specials and Happy Hour Specials. The menu is fabulous with all kinds of selections ranging from appetizers, lunch, burgers, specialty sandwiches, and dinners. So far, we've enjoyed the Philly Steak Sandwich and the mouth watering Open Face Prime Rib Sandwich. As always, Chef Ray has one of the best fish sandwiches in the entire area."
"Very friendly staff and the food is excellent. They also have a range of home cooked meals."
"Welcoming little hometown place with good food and good prices. Went here on a recommendation after being in the area and wanting breakfast and it seems like they have a busy enough business to have fresh ingredients and some standards."
"Wow! So good from the salad, to the steak wrapped up with the Funnel Fries, so full and so satisfied. Toni took very good care of us. We will be back again s"

The superb pork chop was excellent and is to die for. I highly recommend it since it was absolutely fabulous and perfectly prepared - so tender you could have cut it with a fork. It was doused with a bacon and bourbon glaze. Kudos compliments to the chef for a well seasoned and prepared pork chop. The relaxing environment was nicely appreciated. The service was great by the cordial and enthusiasticTaylor!!

We went for a wing eating contest to benefit a great cause, our first time there. The staff and atmosphere were very nice, the other patrons were fun, and I have to say if you want to go to a place that is relaxed and you can talk to just about anyone, this might be your place. Our group of four all ordered food, most of it was very good, we especially liked the mac and cheese, it had a smoky flavor that we all found interesting. Overall, it was a nice little, very unexpectedly nice, spot. We all commented on the cleanliness of the place after we left. We plan to go back.

TJ's is always a treat when I'm in the area! My co-workers and I will always stop by for a cold beer, good food and friendly service after a long day. The garden salad with salmon is my go to. They also have a variety of beers on tap- and they carry my favorite brand which is difficult to find in this part of the country- Dos Equis!!! Highly recommend!

Pay no attention to negative reviews about this restaurant. Been going here since 1996 after moving to Slippery Rock from another state. If you want the most delicious BBQ Wings or ribs come to Starwood! Their homemade bleu cheese is INSANE, their BBQ sauce unsurpassed! Their ribs have a perfect pull and chew and are delicious! Their steaks esp prime rib absolutely mouth watering! Service is always stellar, the food here is superb. Fun to sit in the bar area where hubs and I prefer. Its bright and lively and we really enjoy it. I am a cook and a die hard foody...I know good food, I worked in the restaurant business 25 years and I highly recommend Starwood. Steer clear of Fat Jimmy's. I got such attitude from a lowly cook who refused to divide up a dozen wings with a few different sauces so we could sample them. In front of my hubs and I he said to the waitress charge her for the different wings if she wants different sauces! He was so rude and I told him to stick his wings up his ass then we left!! When I tried to call the owner I never could get a hold of her and she never returned my calls. That was 2 yrs ago and we never went back. We were there a couple times and weren't impressed. Take my advice, The Starwood is a bright spot of New Castle without having to venture into the heart of the town. It's a great restaurant!

The "Big Easy" aka a muffaletta is a favorite of mine. I've had some good times in this bar, whether it's catching the pens game, chatting with Nerd, or hearing the local gossip. Haha. Good times and good food at Legends.

"The Runner Stone Mill House Restaurant & Bar Coraopolis PA Wed 2/16/22©Arrived to Pittsburgh late in the evening and headed to my hotel Marriott Bonvoy, 10 minutes Uber ride from the Pittsburgh Airport, dreaming of food at the Runner Stone Mill House, I researched on the plane. Glad to learn they serve full restaurant menu at the bar till Midnight, what would we do otherwise? Met up with my associates at the lounge and had a meal at the hotel restaurant & bar. Eat, drink, and call it a day!Runner Stone Mill House Restaurant & Bar serves American fare. Chick atmosphere at the bar. I imagine dining by the large windows during daytime is very nice. Elegant ambience and convenient setting, fully approved by yours truly! My late night dinner had to be the ribs! Absolutely excellent, scrumptious plate that I have had, truly surprised me, or perhaps I was too hungry? It comes with a side of coleslaw, delicious. All food consumed pretty fast behind the conversation, as we had to put our heads together in preparation for the morning business meetings.Cocktails, wines, and local brews are available at the Mill House bar. I had old fashioned and tomato juice with my ribs. Diverse menu with seasonal ingredients will serve you well.Other food ordered were fish tacos, served with a side of house salad or Caesar salad, my colleagues immensely enjoyed. Dinner Caesar salad with grilled salmon, also fresh and a perfect meal!Runner Stone Mill House seems quite popular, there were several more groups like ours, all well distanced, immersed into their business.I've learned that breakfast is served from 6am to 10am every day. The bar is open from 5pm to 12am Sunday through Thursday & from 4pm to midnight on Fridays & Saturdays. All in all, great food and great service, very clean and comfortable atmosphere. Given first business trip flying across the states (or anywhere, really) in 2.5 pandemic years, I found my first evening's dinner to be absolutely terrific!Perfect start or end to your day!*ThoughtsLike scattered leavesSlowed in midfallInto the streamsReview #691 posted with 7 pictures on February 17, 2022Tomato Juice At the Bar! @The Runner Stone Mill House Restaurant & Bar/ Pittsburgh Airport Marriott Wed 2/16/22Ribs! "fantastic fried buffalo chicken sandwich. A+ fries. Good mozz sticks. Delicious "killer hot" wings. Lettuce for the Caesar salad was turning brown which made it look "dingy". First time in this neighborhood so I'm not sure what the competition is like but this place is solid! Pool tables, great patio, nice staff. I'll be back!"
"BOOM! Steak Night achieved. Listen, I like the chill decor. You can tell an old school nerd rocks this place, but also with a touch of class and eclectic history for Fayetteville-Nam. I dig it. I have heard legends of this Delmonico steak night for some time and glad I finally journeyed out of my cave in Scottdale to witness. Will post photos in the comments of this review. Before I get to the steak... can I discuss the Guinness??? It was a perfect pour, which seems rare in these parts, and perfect temperature too. Some people serve Guinness way too frosty cold which is dumb. Not at Hutch's! I had to have two. Because... well nobody can drink just one good pint. I was disappointed there was no cheese sticks because I see they are also legendary, BUT I was here for the steak mainly. Longer story short, the steak was perfect to me. Tender, not over seasoned, not a bunch of fatty junk hanging out. Nobody wants a bunch of fatty junk hanging around their steak, man. I also respected that the added grilled vegetables weren't crazily over cooked. Listen, it's 8:30pm and I was there at 6p and I'm still stuffed. I won't persuade you against ordering an appetizer, but brother you're not gonna need that cause this monster $10.99 Delmonico steak is gonna fill your ass up fast. Super tasty. And I don't know about any other foodies out there, but when I roll up on a new joint to me as see a packed house, well I reckon there's a reason, and I saw a ton of burgers and other food coming out as well. So... I'll be back for more grub and perfect Guinness soon."
"You gotta love a place that just does it right... Since moving to Beaver county 4 months ago I have been surrounded by pizza joints and bar & grilles serving pub grub, pizza and wings, and that's fine, but sometimes you just want good home cooked style meals and i finally found it here at the Grand Valley Inn. I have driven by a few dozen times now and have always noticed a very full parking lot whenever they were open. Now I know why. My family and I stopped for dinner and quickly settled into a booth among lots of locals filling up the dining room next to the bar. The place was busy and most all tables were full, even the side dining room that seemed to be hosting some sort of game night as well. after a few short minutes we ordered and then were blessed with a basket of the world's best and freshest dinner rolls. To say they were pillow soft would do them an injustice. I also ordered the spinach artichoke dip with fry bread chips as well as deep fried mozzarella sticks for my son. The dip was fantastic and the frybread was the perfect vehicle to get it from the bowl to my mouth. Mozzarella sticks were just o.k, nothing special but a solid appetizer. My wife ordered the chicken picatta which she loved and I went with the weekly special of Danish baby back bbq ribs with waffle cut sweet potato fries. The ribs were amazing, so tender and yes fall off the bone delicious. The fries were perfect as well. Overall the service was good even with a very busy dining room. The food was very good, everything was home cooked from scratch and the prices were very good for what you got, especially the daily special prices, Aloha"
"Good Food + friendly service. A favorite place to eat. Breakfast, lunch or anytime . Good basic Bar. Nothing fancy. PLUS Sports "
"This is such an underrated restaurant in South Side! I've never heard of this place before and stumbled upon it in my search for restaurants in South Side. The food menu is quite big and is sure to have something for everyone. They do not take reservations but my group of 5 had no issues getting seated right away on a Friday night. I tried the ahi tuna wrap and the detox retox cocktail. Both were delicious! The wrap was way more flavorful than i expected and the sweet potato tots I got on the side with it were phenomenal. Everyone in my group loved what they got as well and we were all quite impressed with this place. Definitely will be coming back again!"
"First time here and loved it. Quiet Friday afternoon so the place wasn't crowded, but I liked the local day drinkers at the bar(s) and the laid back atmosphere. The new(er) outdoor dining room and bar is fantastic. I chose to eat al fresco and that was a perfect choice. My Smash Burger was a delicious, juicy, two handed treat and the accompanying seasoned fries were da' bomb! Since it was my birthday, I treated myself to a lunchtime Long Island Iced Tea, which was served "properly" in a TALL glass! I highly recommend this "old standard" hangout turned NEW. I'm guessing Thursday Bike nights, with a Corona bucket special, is a crowded fun time. I'll be back!!"
"A local pub really needs to step up their game to earn a 5 star rank in my book and these guys deliver! The restaurant itself is nothing special. A front door that is difficult to open and close, a narrow seating area and a beat up bar. They have two TV's in the bar and only one works. So how in the world do they get 5 stars you ask? The food. Plain and simple. The menu has a nice variety of choices. Justine, the bar keep tonight recommends several choices on the menu and then says the one thing I ALWAYS get. The Grilled Reuben. I order it with onion rings. The sandwich looks formidable. A half pound of chopped corned beef smoked in house between two beautiful slices of rye with melted Swiss, grilled sauerkraut and plenty of 1000 island dressing. The onion rings are not hand made... disappointing... but still very nice. This sandwich though... wow! Superb, juicy, flavorful, perfect... simply perfect! For my taste I would toss the corned beef with a little sour cream and a touch of horseradish but, that's me. It really doesn't need it, this stands on it own very nicely. But really the piece de resistance is the Macadamia Key Lime Pie. Hand made by the mother of the owner, this is a one of a kind dessert. The crust, flaky and wonderful, the filling, perfectly tart, the whipped cream is fresh and it is finished with chopped macadamia nuts and toasted coconut. Now, I hate coconut on pies. I feel this would be literally the greatest pie ever if the coconut were simply removed and used as a garnish on the plate. If Ma Mike were to do that and then toast the macadamia nuts it would easily be in my top 2 desserts of all time. But, even with that said, even with the coconut on there, I look forward to eating it again. It was simply amazing. So, if you find yourself near Salem. Drop into Mike's. It is worth the time and the prices are very fair. Say hi to Justin for me."
"My go-to for breakfast when I'm in town! Today I tried the special pumpkin stuffed French Toast and am sooooo glad I did! Ooey gooey cream cheese pumpkin goodness stuffed inside of perfectly cooked French Toast topped with walnuts. Heaven! Paired perfectly with coffee and I added bacon on the side. It was so filling I skipped lunch! And loved that all of the staff were in costumes for Halloween, even at 9 AM. Just a comfortable atmosphere with no frills makes this a top choice for a relaxing meal."
"We've been here in the past however they just moved into this new location so we decided to check it out with our group of about 10 after a volleyball game. Place is larger than their last spot. Service weas friendly and we were seated within minutes of getting there. We enjoyed cold beer while we perused the menu for apps and entree's. For apps, we decided on the fried cheese skewer and Bull chips. The fried cheese was delicious cubes of breaded cheese fried to a golden brown. The Bull chips are deep fried pepperoni slices served with ranch for dipping and let me tell ya, these things are addicting and simply tasty. For my entree', I decided on the Grizzly burger which is a 1/3rd pound burger topped with roasted peppers and baby portabella mushrooms smothered in cheese with lettuce, tomato, onion, pickle, and our garlic aioli. I must say that they do burgers right here. The burger was cooked to my preference of medium and with all the toppings, it made for a excellent burger. Everyone in our group had a nice experience and enjoyed their choices for meals and appetizers. Give them a visit if ever in the area."
"I ended up stopping here for a late breakfast after morning in Pittsburgh for doctors appointments. It was my first visit, although I'd heard nothing but good things! My husband and I were seated promptly. The waitstaff was very kind and ver efficient. I ordered the egg and avocado toast. Now, I'll be the first to admit that I'm a complete snob when it comes to avocado... I love the stuff. But this avocado toast was very tasty. My ONLY complaint is that I wish the avocado had been mashed as opposed to just put on the toast in slices. Nevertheless, it was tasty, and affordably priced. Can't wait to return for another delicious meal at the Lamplighter soon!"
"Ate brunch here and the food was excellent. Service was fast. Will definitely be back to try more off of their menu"
"Another HOME RUN steak by the Maples. Let me just comment on one of the other reviews... Someone criticized the price - $69 for a 16oz steak and $154 for a family of 3... and it "wasn't Downtown"... then criticized the restrooms.. First - let me get the laughter out of the way.. :'-DLet me ask you this: what is your average expense to drive from the south hills to a downtown steakhouse? Average distance, say, 20 Miles (oneway)?... 1) Gas (roundtrip): $15-202) Tolls (given you take 43): $5-73) Parking: $5-154) Burdon of Personal Time - 30-45min each way.. 1.5h total, conservatively, say $50 per couple..5) Intangible cost - DUI risk, babysitter, traffic ticket risk, stress of driving for 45min plus... etcConservative Total: $75-92 per couple per TRIP to the City! NOT EVEN INCLUDING ANYTHING REGARDING DINNER! And you're complaining about the best overall streak dinner in all of the tristate area costing $69 per head (salad and giant baked potato included!)? WOW... you're clearly well thought out... :) Grow up my friend... maybe the illusion to you of eating in "the city" is this amazing thing and well worth that cost... but take it from someone who has lived years in each of New York City, Chicago, Miami, Boston, Hartford, and Providence... You are not going tonight find a better "Good Old Boys" steakhouse anywhere..The fact that there are only 3-5 things on the menu is a GOOD THING! That = quality and consistency... (get your redneck out of your b-hole)... and as far as the restrooms - what, are you going to do? shit? shave? shower? OR to have an effin STEAK?? Priorities my friend! If you don't want it to BE THE VALLEY anymore? Then STOP MAKING IT THE VALLEY... go somewhere else to eat shitty fried food and garbage over-cooked skirt steak for cents on the dollar... Trust me, you are not wanted at the Maples anyway!"
"Americana at its finest. And they have a great bar and it's right next to the oldest suspension bridge in America. A true gem!!!"
"First time here and we had The pulled pork nachos and the fried chicken salad. Portions were very large and very delicious. Service was quick, respectful and friendly. Great, relaxed atmosphere in a comfortable setting. We will definitely be back."
"Our welcome was pretty surly was a side of annoyance but once we were seated it was pleasant and attentive service. The restaurant was recommend while we were traveling in the area for the view, and it was definitely the best restaurant view in the area of the Ohio River. Our group of five ordered a bit of everything and nothing disappointed! From the crab and shrimp salad to the BLT, the cheeseburger to the drink made to order, it was all very good. My burger and sweet potatoes fries, for being your standard casual American order, were borderline amazing. Perfectly cooked and seasoned. We will be sure to visit again during our next trip through town. Tip: ask for outdoor seating. The ambience is elevated compared to the outdated interior."
"This is a really cute diner. It has a basic menu that is cooked to perfection. Several choices of breakfast sandwiches, omelettes, and combo plates. If nothing meets your needs, just ask for it and they will provide whatever is on the menu to meet your taste. The service is prompt and the staff treats you like family. Their family, not yours! I highly recommend Kelly's if you are a long time resident or just passing through town like we were."
"Kids had a party to go at the bowling and laser tag next door.Went to the bar and found a great selection of draft beers and a huge amount of tv's.Went ahead and ordered a shrimp po boy sandwich and was pleasantly surprised on how good it was.Got your typical bar food and as a bonus they have some great food offerings also.Great place to come to!"
"Nice Italian restaurant in downtown Youngstown right next to YSU. A good sized place with a full bar, dining area and a large indoor area with bocce courts. We were seated right away and that was the first sign of the quality of their service. Our server was attentive and friendly the entire meal. The table shared the greens appetizer and we got the hot pepper add-on. The greens were flavorful (lots of garlic) and the pepper was nicely browned and was hot. Really good app. My main course was linguine with clam sauce. Plenty of clams and a good sauce. Most importantly to me, al dente pasta. Great dish. We took a look at the bocce courts. It was a Wednesday night and they were packed. Great to see folks using the courts and having fun. Really good experience and I'll visit again next time in Youngstown."
"I was born and raised just outside of Johnstown and could absolutely kick myself for not getting here sooner. We grabbed an order for takeout and waited about 25 minutes which was absolutely worth it as the fried chicken came out hot and fresh. They go fairly light with their batter but it was crisp and perfectly seasoned. We also enjoyed the sides of mashed potatoes and gravy and coleslaw. Bonus points for their huge gob for dessert as well. The inside is no frills, but I can see why everyone raves about this place. Hopefully we can make it back here one day for breakfast."
"Decided to take my Pop's out for a a late breakfast and came upon this little gem-quaint restaurant with wonderful atmosphere. The food took a bit to come out but it was worth the wait! The biscuits and gravy simply melted in your mouth and had great flavor, our waitress was very attentive and overall great experience!"
"Had an early dinner here recently. My Dad got the seafood special & he said it was fresher & tastier than the Joe's Crab Shack he had the day before. The waitress was very friendly & said she would pass along my Dad's compliments to the chef. I got a bacon cheeseburger & it was on the small side, which is perfect for me. My Mom got a side with her burger, so if you're super hungry I'd go with a double burger. I can't wait to go back to try the seafood! It's little diners like this that I hope make it through COVID-19."
"My friends and I came here for dinner and loved it! The atmosphere was super cool, and the food was very good! Large menu selection, very reasonable prices, food tasted great! Bar area, and outside seating for warmer months. Also, lots of local beer to choose from. It is a bar, with typical bar food.. but better! There is also a dining area separate from bar area (family friendly)"
