I recently visited this new restaurant and tried their smashburger. The burger was delicious and came in a pita instead of a traditional bun, which was a pleasant and tasty twist. Definitely worth a visit!

This guy.... Buys super high quality ribeye, which costs him a lot but says meat quality is important. He also cuts the steaks himself. Takes a few for the steak to cook, he adds peppers and onions, gives it a good chop, with some seasoning. He toasts the soft roll, which seems locally made, it's perfectly soft but doesn't get soggy. I ordered the spicy Philly cheese steak, so he adds hoagie spread straight to the steak on the grill. He adds cheese, waits for it to melt and then puts it upside down on the bun so the roll stays nice. He even keeps his sodas extra cold in a really clean refrigerator. I will definitely be going back here. Didn't get great photos, they don't do it Justice.
