4.5 stars. Bubble Bee is a local bubble-tea chain restaurant that offers dozens of flavors of beverages. I stopped by this particular location to buy teas for my husband and me. Two employees did not seem to speak much English, but they immediately and politely took my order, took my payment, and made my teas. The total cost for two regular-sized teas with popping boba was $11 plus a tip. This place did not have seating, but I wanted to get take-out anyway. My husband and I drank our teas at home. We really enjoyed the taste of the mango tea and the passionfruit tea.

I've come here while shopping a couple times. Both times I was so happy that the boba was actually chewy. I've had some bad boba before, and it completely ruins the drink - but not here!Additionally, I came today on a very busy Labor Day Saturday, and there were a lot of people in front of me. But the line went super quick, and I only waited a few minutes for my order. I thought about leaving when I saw how full the store was - but it wasn't an issue at all. I docked one star because the last flavor I got (honeydew) was only meh. It didn't taste very much like honeydew to me.

I got the matcha milk tea with boba ($7). The drink tasted watered down and didn't fully reach the top. I tasted more water than any milky flavor. The boba was sweet and chewy at least. I was disappointed with the drink quality, but it was convenient being in the mall. Drink: 4.7Staff/service: 7.0Value: 4.0Overall: 5.1/10

Stopped in while we shopped around. I got the kumquat green tea with grass jelly and crystal boba, and my partner got the mango green tea with crystal boba. The waiting area of the store needed to be cleaned a bit, but I did like that they had displays and instructions of how you could order and modify your drink. Both the option to use a touch screen to order or at the counter. The people working there seemed nice. Cute place, love the bee theme!

They are always out of boba. What's the point of being open? They don't even have a number for me to call and ask if they got it back. The atmosphere in there is fine they do a good job as in the workers and such. Management however must be messing it up for everyone. Not ordering the correct amount or type of products. Ruins the experience.

Good communicative staff and service. However not enough staff for amount of demand. Our experience would've been better if they provided atleast one more person. The vibe is bad. I get it that it's new, but they have all of the old decoration and branding from the previous lot owner (chai time) gives a dingy unclean vibe. (There was also used wrappers and unclean counters and flooring) They had such good business they had to go and make more tapioca boba pearls. They informed us about the wait (we are fine with waiting for good quality) Now I'm unsure of their process, but it took about 30 minutes for preparation. These were the worst tapioca pearls ever. Unsweet, not chewy. Flavorless play dough. I treat Boba like a Treat, it's a unnecessary indulgence. That being said, it SHOULD be expensive. However, I paid 16.50 for TWO DRINKS! NOT COUNTING TIP. I blew essentially 20 bucks on two drinks we didn't enjoy. Not even shitty Starbucks is that cold. PAY YOUR WORKERS HIRE MORE STAFF.

My girls always love their poppin bubble tea. I normally don't get anything but they now have brown sugar milk tea- which is what I got with the normal tapioca pearls. It was very good! I highly recommend it!

I am disappointed in the fact that after coming nearly weekly and trying all the different teas I asked for a slightly different drink and was told outright that they can't do it. There was no logical explanation except she couldn't charge me for it, even though I offered to pay for a higher cost drink. I don't know why modifications is only possible in sugar level and not the type of tea.You have lost a regular customer.

Mango smoothie was good. I might see if they can do less sugar next time. Son got the hazelnut milk tea and said it was too sweet and not cold enough. Husband said his mango milk tea had too much ice. My daughter liked the popping Boba. A little bit of a wait on a Friday evening but not too bad.
