Bubba's

Better than your church lady's pierogi, haluski and halupki! Kind servers and just hands down, the BEST comfort food around. I'm from beaver county and I would drive all the way here, over attending any other pierogi sale in my area to get my cabbage fix. I don't know what their secret is but wow, just wow. Such good food! Decently priced, and by no rights I didn't have to spend as much as I did , but I sure did spend 150 dollars on cabbage done various ways and better believe I would do it again.

I'll write a full review soon! We loved this clean casual restaurant, quick friendly staff, delicious homemade foods, and frozen takeout! We ate pillowy pierogis, a flavorful kielbasa sandwich, and hot crispy-edged fries. Close enough you I-76 for a quick stop or takeout. We did both, and got frozen pierogis to make at home :-)

In the case of Bubba's the rating is from someone who really digs Polish food.Bubba's is a former DQ that they transformed into a little dinerish eatery. It's small, just 8 tables for four. It's pretty casual but the dining area is quaintly decorated and comfortable.Bubba's is known primarily for their Polish cuisine, but they have a couple other items if someone in your party isn't in to the Polish thing. (I'm into it, hence the four-star rating.)The food is genuine Polish. It's outstanding...just like my babcia used to make. Seriously, no need to explain more than that.Finally, the service is equally fitting. Like they took your Polish aunts and brought them in to run the place. Food tastes authentic Polish. Outdoor area was a place to sit. I bought some extra frozen pierogies to take home with me.

We were driving the turnpike and wanted a nice stop for lunch and Bubba'd didn't disappoint! We ordered the Pierogi pizza with bacon and the Polish Platter. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. The pierogi pizza, for those curious, is a Detroit style pizza with puréed potato mixed in with the cheese blend (the cheese pierogi filling), and no tomato sauce on top. We will definitely be back on our return trip to pick up frozen pierogi to bring back home!

Took home frozen jalapeño pirogies. Cooked them exactly like their instructions said 8 min. They were too thick dough and very little potato taste. The best pierogis are in Moon, Pa, Forgotten Taste Pierogis....now those are amazing. Bubba's could learn a thing or two.

Great food everytime. The pierogies are cooked to perfection and the chicken lips as they call them have so many variety's you just have to try them all. From the friendly staff to the great service it doesn't matter if you're eating in or taking it to go they treat you right.

They have very good great food, just wish Bunba's would stick to their operations of beef my open, it's a hit or miss in North Huntington, 15642x, they seem to close whenever they want too.

This is the absolute worst restaurant in all of western PA. Pierogies were leaden and tasteless. Soups were boring and service was horrible. How they can ruin pierogies is beyond me.
