Bruster's Real Ice Cream

Great ice cream....interesting flavors and creations. Very friendly and efficient staff.Large parking lot surrounded by some picnic benches.Reasonably-priced.

Even though, I'm not local to the area, I find any icecream stand in another state that serves customers in December gets my praises. Flavors are fantastic, they even offer a reward program. When I'm in PA, when I can I like to frequent Bruster's, for their excellent service, and fantastic flavors. My selection for my birthday reward: I indulged and went with one scoop of Gingerbread Man, and Peppermint Stick. They also offer online ordering as well. Look forward to when they will eventually be my go to ice cream when I move to PA.

I've tried many different flavors at Brusters over the years--from cookie dough, strawberry cheesecake (my 2nd favorite!), coffee flavored, and many others, my absolute favorite is the key lime pie (which is typically served during the warmer months). This was such a treat today! My hubby and daughter always get strawberry ice cream or strawberry milkshakes. They absolutely love it! This was a great way to end our vacation! They have all kinds of seasonal flavors too. You won't be disappointed!!

Let me start by saying that there is absolutely nothing wrong with this location, it's easy to get to and there's tons of parking; what IS wrong here is the butter pecan ice cream. I've never in my entire adult life have disregarded any ice cream at any time. Along with the chaos and hell of the past two years, I experienced another layer of such and had to throw my creamy dairy treat from the clutches of my waffle cone. I exclaimed in disgust, an outcry bellowed from the deepest part of my core to perform such an act which I did so only out of sheer necessity. It was that bad. What made it so was the utterly horrible and ENORMOUS pecans, where did they find these things and why would they assume anyone would want proteins this large in their ice cream?!?They were overwhelming, literally stamped out the creaminess of the ice cream and assaulted the flavor of the waffle cone. A crime against my taste buds and daily caloric intake. Alas, the waffle cone was fantastic so I will give Bruster's four stars until my next visit when I sample another flavor.

Very friendly staff and several affordable options! We tried the following flavors: oreo, birthday cake, strawberry, mint chocolate chip, double fudge, special dark, and another chocolate I can't remember the name of. All were fantastic. Would love more seating.

Always one of my fave spots in the summer- I'm partial to the chocolate ice cream with the raspberry swirl, but you can't go wrong with strawberry either!

Never had bad ice cream at any Bruster's location. Been to this one probably upwards of 10x since they opened. The Blasts have a ton of candy in them. And the regular Blast is HUGE, so small will suffice for most. I always get cookie dough & Butter Fingers and they mix it in, plus dump extra on top. It's in a 16 oz soda cup. They have regular & waffle cones, sundaes, cakes & free cones for kids under 40". Usually staffed by high school kids. Worth a stop year round.

Delicious ice cream. Nice variety of flavors including seasonal changes. Great service.

We come here often. My wife lives their dairy-free ice cream. It is also great they are open year round. Service is always fast.

Over the years we've tried a number of ice cream venues and have always gravitated back to Bruster's. We have pretty much eaten through all their selections. Have enjoyed their milkshakes, sundaes (including banana splits), sugar and waffle cones and the wide variety of ice cream flavors of which I'm partial to the black raspberry. Very consistent in the thickness, flavoring, toppings and additions such as nuts and coconut. Very clean, great service even when they get quite busy. Good spot that won't disappoint.
